Sarah FIt was said we‘ll arrive at 9pm, it was 8pm.
The busdriver was honking every 5-10 minutes during this 12 hours trip.
The HK Buslines WhatsApp account told me they would arrange someone to pick us up at the Ton Duc Thang and bring us to our hotel. That never happened!
After the trip, the WhatsApp account of HK Buslines spammed me full with advertisings. So I had to block them!

Aja OIt was really expensive for the experience. My chair recliner was broken and the entertainment system did not work. It was not explained at all how it would but maybe that’s normal. And the driver worst of All was talking for most of the overnight bus. The Aircon was barely flowing so the cabin was quite warm.

Tine SThe worst bus experience ever. The one employee was groping my friend, he touched her bottom to „wake her up“ and said „Good morning honey“. They drove very fast and very extremly rude. They said we need to sleep in the walkthrough eventhough the cabins were still unoccupied. Never again!

Davis EThe crew was very rude and at first gave us the wrong meeting spot so our grab driver dropped us off only to find out later that it was almost 10 blocks down the road!! Then we had to drag our heavy luggage’s to the new meeting spot!! Then after hours of travel we seemed to have stopped and picked up some people who had nowhere to sleep so they layed down in the middle of the isle where no one could get by they treated us like we were prisoners as well by giving us a hurry get in your bunker and get out of my way… again very rude
