Emilie We are extremely disappointed with this bus service.
When we arrived at the departure point, there was no proper infrastructure or signage indicating where the bus was leaving from, and there was no welcoming staff to guide us. We were immediately rushed towards the bus, our luggage was simply thrown into the luggage compartment, and our tickets were barely checked to make sure we were actually getting on the right bus.
The service was very poor throughout the journey. The staff were not friendly at all and spoke to us in a rude and aggressive manner. The seats were also extremely uncomfortable, despite the bus being advertised as suitable for sleeping.
The toilet breaks were only around 5 minutes long. By the time we reached the toilets, we already had to rush back to the bus, which was very stressful.
Finally, the driver was driving extremely fast. We arrived almost 2 hours earlier than the scheduled arrival time, which made us feel quite unsafe.
Overall, we are very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this bus service.

Errol JThe driver who dropped us off at the stop (not the first driver, but the last one who dropped you off at the stop) was very rude; he yelled at you when you asked him anything, and on top of that, he threw our suitcase on the ground when he took it out. He didn't even drop us off at the right stop; we asked him if that was the stop, and he just yelled at us.
The station staff (both in Da Nang and Hanoi) were very professional and friendly; it was only this last driver who dropped us off at the station who was rude.
