El asiento cómodo pero de la nada a las 4 am pusieron una música muy fuerte para despertar a las personas. La asistente del bus jamás explicó que el ticket incluía comida en el lugar que paramos. Si no fuera porque yo ya había viajado antes en bus, no me hubiera enterado. Las últimas horas el conductor fue un poco brusco al manera pero en general todo bien. Entregan snacks y agua para el viaje lo cual está súper.

Todo perfecto, te dan algunos aperitivos durante el viaje y el autobús hace una parada si quieres cenar algo. Los sillones se reclinan lo suficiente para estar cómodo y tienen masaje. En nuestro caso, llegamos una hora antes de lo esperado. Te dan una manta que puede llegar a ser insuficiente si te toca debajo del aire acondicionado. Quitando eso, el viaje fue genial!

Se me quedó un objeto en el bus, me devolví a buscarlo 30 minutos después, sin embargo no me ayudaron los empleados, le solicité ayuda a 4 distintos y ninguno me ayudó

Una experiència para recordar toda la vida la verdad, los asientos muy comodos, nos ayudaron en todo, la cena hicieron una parada y bajamos en una estación a cenar (ya incluido en el precio) y volvimos al bus, lo volvería a coger sin duda

Por el precio bien en general, fueron puntuales. De todas formas aspectos por mejorar: los asientos serán reclinables a 150 grados aprox, el aire acondicionado es fuerte, al hacer paradas en el camino (aprox unas 3) prendían la luz y generaban que uno se despierte.

Se realizan muchas paradas, no es directo. Al menos hicimos 5 paradas para bajar o subir a más personas.
Es un bus nocturno y cada dos por tres te despiertan con las luces.
No es nada cómodo el asiento.

Very good thank you. I requested 12GO to reserve my seat but they said they couldn’t guarantee my request but when I got to Sombat my seat was reserved.
A message to 12GO, people want to reserve their seats sometimes, so come up with a better solution to allow people to choose.
Sombat tour bus station is very comfortable, the bus was clean and it left on time. The bus left at 4 pm and sat in Mo Chit until 6pm, I am not happy about adding time to my travel. They told me they would leave at 5:15 pm? Something list in translation may be?
Altogether, I am happy with 12GO and Sombat tour.

Snack and water was provided and a stop at approx 1:30am - for toilet break and food

The tour was excellent. We arrived over an hour early in chiang mai, check in was simple, seat comfortable and they provided a blanket. The toilet in the bus was CLEAN and worked! If you know flix bus in Europe this is 1000 times better. They gave water, and snacks. You can charge your phone on the bus and they do stop during the night for food at a restaurant. No internet on board but that isn’t promised either. They do turn off the lights during the night

Everything was good - timing, the snacks, temperature controls for each passenger. Only thing is, one of the drivers over night was driving very rashly. I think there was another driver in the morning and he was driving a lot better. This why I give it 5 instead of 5 stars. My rating is not impacted by this - The road to Mae hong. Son is windy and steep in places. Please carry motion sickness pills. This

However there should be a way to select the seats, it should not be random as I was travelling with my wife so we wanted to be together however the system put us separated without any access to change the seats after issuing the ticket

Nice welcome at office, staff speak english. Old bus very unconfortable, suspension so hard, lot of vibrations impossible to rest! Driver stop 4 times but never say anything so finaly i went out to restroom ...Ordinaire buses take same time to Hia in, nothing was Vip on that trip!

Comfortable ride. Bus was on time. Temperature in the bus was oke, just dress warm.
It would be nice if the bus driver would inform us what was happening during the trip. Oke I was informed that we would make a stop in between and we could have something to eat, but the driver did not tell for how long or where to go.
Same with the drop offs. The driver did not tell us at what location we were. You just have to ask yourself and keep track of the location of the bus yourself.
But it was a nice comfortabel ride.

Quiet bus ride, comfy reclining chairs way more space than you’d get on an airplane and only 20 mins late arriving so good vibes all round. Aircon was pretty cold so would recommend bringing an extra layer even though blankets were supplied

There was a strong, disgusting smell of shits and pees from a bus toilet coming in waves during the whole ride. That was the only thing that blown our minds and noses. Food was good enough, but we were confused about how to get it properly because English communication affordability was weak enough. Seats were really comfy, had usb chargers, however lights on a top pannel were not working and that was freezy enough because of air conditioning. And the last one thing is we bought two tickets in one purchase and finally got them separated. The bus was half empty and there were enough double seats to book for us.

Everything great, big seats, every person had his/her own seat with Screen. Only the toilet on Board could be better. But there is a Stop where you can go to toilet outside and also eat something. Overall we would do it again:)

A los 15 minutos de salir nos detuvieron en otra estación, nos hicieron bajar del colectivo y esperar 1 hora y media hasta volver a salir. El colectivo olía a orina. No fue una buena experiencia.
