They ask me at Ko Chang Pier to pay 100bath more since my Hostel was not possible to select in the app when I was booking and they said they have to ride 15km further. In fact, my Hostel was just 3km further and on the only main road of the island, so we would pass it anyway since other customors would go even further. So I dont understand why they charge me 100bth extra.

Our pick up from the hotel was 45 minutes late. Of course we missed all connecting busses. Even the later busses were also delayed. After contacting service desk at Siamese Trans, employee Path helped us very generously with the rest of the trip. We were welcomed in Ranong busterminal with our names on a welcome sign and were accompanied tightly and very fast to Ranong pier and the ferry.

The driver was 30 Minutes too Late. He was very, very tired and fighted against sleep. We arrived at the Pier to Kho Payam at 11:30 and should have arrived at 13:40 on the Island Kho Payam. But the driver told us, that we habe to take the speed boat at 14:30 and we Had to wait 3 hours for the boat.
We asked at the Pier Counter and we had to buy Tickets!!! Allthough we payed for them by booking at 12go.asia. So we payed dobble for the Boat Tickets!

We were not contacted the night bevore as we found out was usual. That would have been important because we were choosing a pick up location we were close to but not resident at.
Then in the morning our hotel staff was missing the time to bring us over there and at the Hotline nobody answered for 20 minutes, then they said "we are late". So we took a taxi to the bus station. I wrote that to the WhatsApp number and then a guy called me, screaming at me cholericly that this is all my fault if I missed the bus.
Worst communication ever!!!
The guy at the station was also very unfriendly though they seemed to be uncertain how to proceed, we just followed their instructions.
And no reason for all that hustle. Cause the scheduled time of 6h was phantasy timing anyway.
We had to wait 1 1/2 h in Takua Pa and then drive 3h to Ranong, then wait there another 30 min to got to Koh Phayam where we arrived- 4:30 pm, 4 hours later then in their description.

The time was not respected and no support was given. The departure was at 7.30 and until 8.40 had no news then when we called they told us the departure was moved to 9am. I have paid more to arrive early and was money I don’t get back.
When there are changes the client should be able to cancel the trip or get a partial refund.

Finding driver in Surat Thani was not easy, whatsapp customer service said driver is waiting there anytime - which is not true. The person was also extremely rude, "open your eyes to find the driver". As if I was not looking everywhere before contacting help. The pickup committee showed up later, a woman yelling "Phuket", I went o her, showed her my ticket and she said no and rejected helping me. Only to find out 20 minutes later that she was actually the right pickup person.
I think a defined pickup time would help to find the pickup to the vans.
Driver on the other hand was extremely sweet and helpful, which helps my rating to go to 3 instead of 1 star.

We had made the mistake of selecting Krabi Town Transfer even though we stay in Ao Nang. Since Ao Nang is a part of Krabi, we thought that our hotel was included in the transfer option, but apparently not. We didn’t know this and we weren’t contacted by the company about the mistake.
We were supposed to be picked up at 11:30, and at 11:40 I contacted the company to hear if our driver was late. We were told that we had made a mistake but they would send a driver to come get us, and then we just had to pay an extra fee of 150 baht pr person, which is completely fine. We were told that the driver would be there in 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes, around 11:50, I got a text that the driver would be there at 12:40 instead. This was very frustrating to hear, since we had been waiting in the lobby since 11 am, because our voucher says to do so.
We then called the company to hear what was going on, and why we had to wait that long. He had such and attitude and kept telling us that everything was our own fault, because we were in Ao Nang and not Krabi. I asked why they didn’t contact us, when we booked the trip, and told us about the mistake. First he said, that they had tried to contact us, and I told him “no, you haven’t”, then he started saying, “we didn’t have your contact information, so we couldn’t contact you”, which is very weird, when he just tried to convince me, that they had tried to contact me. He was very rude throughout the whole conversation, and yelled a lot at us. We couldn’t really say anything because he kept interrupting, saying everything was our fault and “you lose this”.
I know we made a mistake, but I don’t get why they didn’t either contact us, cancel the trip or just get a driver to come pick us up in time, and we just had to pay a little extra?
Instead he just ended up cancelling our drive to the bus station and we had to get a grab instead. If we had known this, we would have gone by ourself a lot sooner, but instead we sat and waited for a driver that never came.
The rest of the trip was fine, except that they played loud and annoying music the whole way in the bus.

Unfortunately, the driver forgot us and we were waiting 2hrs to be collected. From communications with 12go support they tried to say that we were we not at our Hotel when they went to collect us, but they had actually left without collecting us, as we had been waiting outside our Hotel for over an hour at this point. I'd say the driver was probably on the road for 30mins before realising/12go support contacting him and returning for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time before our estimated arrival and check-in time at the airport. But others on the journey didnt have that buffer. It would have been alot more stressfull for us if that was the case. 12go Support were very good and responsive in trying to sort it for us.
My advice for all trips like this is to leave enough time especially if trying to catch a flight. Majority of the time services run on time, but things happen. This is the first trip with 12go that we have had an issue with and we have used their service loads plenty of times the past few years

We had to sit in the row next to the driver. It’s a row with three seats including the driver. The middle seat is very uncomfortable, it’s high, so your head hits the roof (even for an average-height person), and there’s no legroom.
Aside from that, the driver was very nice and helpful, and when I called the office, I received a quick and courteous response.

Ao Nang hotel to Phuket Airport transfer booked- pick up time said 12pm. Waited until 1pm, no sign of van and no communication. Rang them, and they said they were on their way. Eventually turned up at 1:30pm. Arrived at airport at 4:15pm when booking said would be 3pm.

Bad:
- really bad communication/ instruction
- nobody at the pier, nor at the bus station was familiar with the ticket/ service and it usually took 3-5 people making calls until they could figure it out while we were cluelessly waiting
better option for „Hotel Transfer“:
- book a standard ticket to the coach/ van station in Surathani (320Baht pP)
- get a Grab an go to your desired spot (900Baht for us)
This is cheaper and way faster.

Wir wurden morgens so abgeholt, dass es unmöglich war den Anschlussbus zu bekommen. Wir wurden vom Fahrer an einem großen Busbahnhof ohne Info abgesetzt. Nach einger Suche habe wir den Minischalter dann gefunden. Leider hatte der nächste Anschluss dann auch so viel Verspätung, dass wir ca 4h am Bahnhof sitzen mussten. Danach hat dann alles weitere geklappt.

Premier bus de nuit mais sans couchette. Nous avons ensuite était déposé en plein milieu de la nuit à une gare routière sans informations. Une fois les premiers travailleurs sur place personne n'a su nous informer pour notre prochain bus. Après 4h d'attente un van est venu nous chercher et nous a demandé de payer en plus. Il nous a menacé de partir sans nous si on payait pas. Au final on est arrivé en retard à destination et le van nous a pas déposé au lieu demandé.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen ist wirklich unterirdisch. Wir haben nachts um 00:49 Bescheid bekommen, dass wir zwischen 07:30 und 08:30 abgeholt werden. Um 07:16 wurden wir dann angerufen, dass die Fahrerin jetzt da sei und wir in die Lobby kommen sollen. Wir sagten wir bräuchten noch 10 Minuten, da 07:30 vereinbart war. Als wir nach weniger als 10 Minuten in der Lobby waren, war keine Fahrerin da, vermutlich hat sie in der Zwischenzeit noch jemand andere abgeholt. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, sie sei in einer Minute da. Es dauerte trotzdem noch weitere 30 Minuten bis die Fahrerin dann endlich wieder da war. Zwischenzeitlich wurde mir ein Foto aus dem Van geschickt, mit der Frau die gerade abgeholt wurde und gefragt ob ich das sei. Nein?! Sonst würde ich ja nicht schreiben, dass ich noch vor dem Hotel stehe und warte.
Positiv war, dass wir nur 4 Passagiere in dem Van waren und somit viel Platz hatten. Wäre der Van voll gewesen, hätte aber niemals das komplette Gepäck der Passagiere reingepasst, dafür war der Kofferraum viel zu klein. In der Beschreibung stehen zwar Maße, welche das Gepäck haben darf, es heißt aber auch, dass wenn das Gepäckstück dann doch größer ist, man einfach einen Aufpreis zahlen muss, um einen „Gepäcksitz“ dazu zu buchen. Wie das funktionieren soll, wenn der Van komplett voll ist weiß ich nicht. Außerdem ist das Gepäck ja trotzdem genauso im Van wie wenn man keinen Aufpreis zahlt, das ist also nur Geldmacherei.
Wir sind kürzer gefahren als in der Beschreibung angeben. Der Fahrstil der Fahrerin war sehr holprig und zwischendrin auch echt gefährlich.
Alles in allem würden wir den Transfer so nicht nochmal buchen!

Die gebuchte Hotelabholung hat nicht stattgefunden. Man hat mich zudem darüber nicht informiert, also musste ich selbst nachfragen, nach einer Stunde Wartezeit. Dann sagte man mir, ich müsse selbst zum Pier kommen. Dort wurde mir dann gesagt, dass die nächste Fähre erst in einer Stunde fährt und dass ich statt um 16:30 Uhr (wie eigentlich geplant), erst um 19 Uhr in Phuket ankommen würde. Tatsächlich kam ich allerdings erst um 20 Uhr in Phuket an. Der Kundendienst von 12Go war dabei nicht hilfreich. Das Einzig Positive war der Fahrer, der mich dann noch immerhin zu meinem Hotel brachte.

L’expérience globale est très mitigée. En effet, après avoir pris le ferry depuis Koh Chang, je me retrouve à devoir attendre 1h30 avant que mon soi-disant bus arrive. Le personnel sur place parle très mal anglais. Sur mon billet, il est écrit « taxi ». Par la suite, j’ai donc dû prendre un grand bus. Le chauffeur et son accompagnant étaient sympas, nous avons reçu une petite collation. Nous sommes tout de même arrivé deux heures en retard par rapport à l’heure indiquée.
