The ferry will bring you tour some parts of the island before docking at Phi Phi Island. 20 mins delay before it sets off, reach the island at 11.15am instead of original 10.30am.

Everything went well and the driver picked us up at the hotel as requested in the pickup text and on time. Bit of a lack of communication on pickup confirmation but everything worked out well the way it was supposed to so I would recommend.

Tha reception person at the phuket pier was not behave good. Website show free travel to hotel(patong) but they take 150 bhat from me. I am not satisfied on this booking

First part of the trip was absolutely fine, well organized, boat was okay - spacious and it felt safe, it was the boat as displayed in the photographs when booking. All good. In Phi Phi island we had to change boats, which was well organized though a bit hectic. Then came another boat - and that was different (and a different operator). People were crammed inside and there was no possibility to be outside a breathe fresh air. It was pretty hot inside and there was no air condition, just fans.

Easy pick up from hotel. Ferry went from Phuket to Phi phi then change boats to get to Lanta, which was a surprise. Original ferry left 30min late, so ghe 2nd boat waited for us.

Included 3 legs, van hotel to ferry terminal, PHIphi cruiser to Ko PhiPhi, trf to Lanta ferry. Van was cool and not over crowded. PhiPhi cruiser was good size w plenty of seats. Top deck had ac inside and partial shade outside. Too hot to be in the sun constantly but wasn’t overcrowded on any level. Lower level did have food and drinks. Left late so connection to Lanta ferry had to wait 1/2 hour. But they prioritized us to go first and we boarded. Lanta cruiser was older smaller and showed its age. No ac. Windows broken wouldn’t slide. Wife sensitive to diesel but we made it. Crew helped load and unload our heavy suitcases. Overall good experience. I might choose to sit closer to the front to limit fuel smell. Sea was choppy 3-4’ but Lanta cruiser rut thru wo a lot of rolling.

Excellent transfer. Phi phi boat was great with many chairs outside on the deck and at the back of the boat. Transfer to the Ko Lanta boat was busy but well managed by the boat crew. We were channelled through the crowds at Phi Phi dock to the next boat. All seats were taken upstairs so we had to go down under - windows were a little dirty so not easy to see through but there was opportunity to sit on very front of boat with legs dangling over the edge for the journey so this is what we did. Very easy and pleasant transfer.

Arrived ok on time, but it was some unclear parts in regards to the transport. Mostly the change in phi phi to ko lanta was very stressful and I almost missed it

We booked a taxi through 12GoAsia to take us from our hotel to the ferry, but the taxi never arrived on time. Customer service was very hard to reach, and the few replies we received were not helpful at all.
In the end, we had to book our own taxi at the last minute to avoid missing the ferry. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Although the tickets to the ferry worked so that was a relife!
I would not recommend 12GoAsia based on this experience.

Departed on time and transfer was near enough around the estimated time of arrival. Friendly staff, no concerns or complaints. Straight forward transfer once off the ferry, with the name of our hotel as the indicator.

Hotel pickup worked great, Ferries were pretty much on time even tough wheather was really bad. Would recommend ferry over speedboat on bad wheather days anytime!

Crazy touristic... Had the feeling we were only a number. You don't travel directly from Phuket to Ko Lanta... Nooooo. You stop at the Phi Phi island and are then rushed like a suitcase thru seas of people on order to catch the connection to Ko Lanta. This happens in an old fisher Boat that was pulled up... Fuller than any limitations with allow and we had to spend the 1 hour trip in the floor lying between suitcases and sweaty feet of other guest.
If you are young do it ... Fun adventurous... But you if have any possibility hoof

Great experience over all but the taxi was late to collect us from the hotel by 20 minutes so the journey to the ferry was slightly stressful in all honesty. I was concerned we wouldn’t make it to boarding but the drive got us straight to the appropriate gate and it was easy peasy from there the ferry was lovely refreshments were available for a fair price and it was a leisurely journey :)

They did not give clear information on when the shuttle would be there to pick me up, and I had already waited an hour past the time I though the shuttle would be there- so I booked a second ferry ticket and took my own taxi there since I thought I had missed the previous ferry

Pretty seamless trip all the way thru. Got picked up in Karon area, taxi was a little late but we made it on the ferry with no issues. Their sticker system seems to work very well, and we transferred to a different ferry on phi phi really quickly. Was a comfortable ride on the ferry, not too choppy. Only had to pay 10 baht when getting to lanta. Would do again

The trip was smooth. The pickup van arrived before time at the hotel. Reached the Rassada Pier at time and were handed over the boarding passes for the journey.
Boarded the Asean ferry by Phi Phi Cruiser to Koh Samui. The ferry had unreserved seating but that wasn't a problem finding a good seat at the base level. We had luggage that we kept at the front of the seating area. PSA carry a light coverup or full sleeve shirt/light jacket since the AC is pretty strong. The ferry passes by Phi Phi Leh across the Maya bay for quick sightseeing.
At Koh Phi Phi, the ferry had to be changed for Koh Lanta. 1/ This and the ferry details wasn't clearly communicated until the actual boarding passes were handed over at Rassada Pier. 2/ No formal assistance with baggage, and the staff at the boat told to carry the baggage yourself. We had manageable luggage, but an old couple ahead of us had large bags that needed assistance. Deducting 1 star for this. Though some helpful folks came up for assistance with luggage when stepping off from the boat.
We disembarked at the Tonsak pier and boarded a smaller ferry to Koh Lanta operated by Petpailin after a short walk on the way. Transfer was quick ~5 mins, ferry to ferry. This was a non AC boat but the fans were adequate.
The overall trip was enjoyable, and recommended.

Really good to be honest. Toilets were really clean too, I’d recommend them to anyone. My only slight little issue would be the amount of smoke the engine generates (maybe an oil service or something would really help).

Start was delayed by 40 minutes. Engines were very loud. It was the right boat to avoid heavy sea conditions. We liked that some seats on deck have had a sun cover so that we could sit outside, enjoy the view and the fresh air without getting sun burnt.

Before our trip I was worried for the boat journey to Phi Phi but Phi Phi Cruiser was the best choice. Everything went smoothly. They picked us up from the hotel (maybe it would be better if they text you 30 min before that, just to be sure that they will pick you because if your hotel is not one of the first ones on the way you would wonder if they are coming or to grab a taxi). We arrived an hour later but I don’t mind that, just want to be safe 😅
