Poor organization and massive delays—book with caution.
The overall experience was confusing and frustrating from start to finish. We checked in at the designated desk, only to be boarded onto a shuttle bus and dropped off at a main bus terminal with zero explanation.
Important tip for Easybook ticket holders: You must download the app and "check in" using your booking code before passing through—a detail hidden in the fine print on the PDF ticket that nearly caused us to miss our bus.
While seat assignments were honored, the journey itself was a nightmare. A scheduled 5.5-hour trip turned into an 8.5-hour ordeal with no severe traffic to justify the 3-hour delay. To make matters worse, there were no stop announcements, causing us to miss our drop-off in KL.
If you have to use this service, book a morning bus to cushion against extreme delays and ensure you aren't stranded late at night.

Driver did not stop near Tai Seng MRT and as a first-timer using this company, I was lost and had to ask the driver for direction and walked over to the mall connected to the mrt. Also the PA system of the bus is very poor, no one understood what the driver was saying through the microphone.

It was supposed to arrive in Kuala Lumpur at 20:40 but we arrived at 23:34.

Got delayed by one hour and they just told me when I got there + send me a message at te time the van was supposed to leave, almost missed the bus, the organisations English was very poor so they were not very helpful.

The fact that there was no booth or counter representing the bus service, made it inconvenient as it required an e-boarding pass, downloading an application on the spot and getting it done made it chaotic even within tha timeframe of 40+ minutes.

The indications of the drop off point was not complete, I had to go twice inside Tai Seng MRT with my suitcase, where I found someone who happens to know that Tim Howan is the name of a restaurant at the other side of the underground.

Night bus was initially delayed by 1.5hours to 1am, which happens but communication was quite poor. They also didn’t tell us that we would now need to change bus in KL at 3.30 in the morning. Finally we weren’t dropped at Penang Sentral as expected. Seats comfy and we made it to Penang but biggest issue was poor communication.

Timings on the trip were 12:25pm - 5:12pm we didn’t get there till about 7:20pm didn’t get to eat anything and lost a day due to the travel! Needs to be more specific with breaks etc

If you want customer service then this probably isn’t for you. If you want someone that will get you to where you want to go, then this will do.
Arrived 3 hours later than stated on original booking.
However with no real lateness, that must be how long it takes.
Coach was comfortable and managed to sleep.

VERY unprofessional. Starting with the reception, the woman was super annoyed at every question, while giving each passenger different directives (check in, no check in, super confusing), she didn't give us information on the whole procss either, you had to figure it out for yourself, and very overcomplicated. We had to download a different App MIDWAY to keep checking in, which wasn't functional either. Completely ridiculous. Also, the driver was super unprofessional, screaming into his phone all way long, singing terribly, smoking under the smoking prohibited sign... playing on his phone, stearing with his elbows, very terrifying ... NEVER choose this when you have ANY other options

The bus itself was good, very comfy. However, the bus driver was unclear about where we were stopping, I know he cannot help the traffic but we arrived a lot later than usual and were dropped far from the location it stated on 12go. It would have been nice to have been told that we were no longer stopping at the planned stop, as we then had to get a 40 minute taxi quite late at night.

Bus journey would have been excellent, if not for the staff behaviour.
Either the driver or colleague shouted rudely at me in Malay (which i do not understand), like I was a lowly army recruit all because i stood up for a bit while the bus is moving.
Had no clue why another staff spent nearly 5 minutes discussing and nearly asked another customer to leave the bus, all because the customer's shoes weren't clean
Honestly i don't remember coming across any clear rules and regulations banning customers from boarding a bus due to dirty footwear
This operator could have been perfect but the staff in general, need serious customer service training

Coach was comfortable but driver wasn’t on time. The Billion Stars staff wasn’t in his office nor at the coach bay during departure time. Driver was late for 28mins and vehicle number was unknown at that moment.

The bus was supposed to leave at 0900. There was no communication at all, no indication that the bus was delayed or that we were even in the right place. We tried calling every number on the booking form, including the "hotline" and got no reply on any of them, I also messaged on WhatsApp and sent an email and only received a response an hour later, after the bus had finally arrived. It was an extremely stressful experience. The bus left long after the advertised departure time with no explanation or apology from the staff there and there was nobody present at the time we were all told to get there to give any information, which is simply not acceptable. The conductor on the bus was also surly and unnecessarily unpleasant, and whilst the seats were reasonably comfortable, the inside of the bus was certainly not very clean, Finally, the advertised arrival time was 14:37. We didn't actually arrive until after 18:00.

Soooooooo bad . 30 before the bus was supposed to leave got a call saying it was going to leave from another place 40 minutes away and that they wouldchange the tom from 9:35 to 10. So I went there and it was an hour late.
Then you can't eat or even drink water on the bus which is crazy for a 10 hour bus ride. And final they dropped me off at Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal which is 40 mins out of Georgetown which my original ticket was for and said I needed to wait half a hour for a van to pick us up i waited for over an hour and no one came so I had to get the local bus to George Town. Overall terrible company would not recommend.

It was an 8 hour trip instead of 5 hours. We had no toilet rest and there was no toilet on the bus. We had to download an app before we could enter the bus. And pay an extra fee of 3 RM to get the ticket downloaded on the app. Although there was no change described before, we had to change from a van to the big bus.

I bought a ticket to go from Penang Komtar to KL Hentian Duta in a little less than 5 hours.
I was put on a poorly air conditioned shuttle at Komtar, to another Penang bus station, where I had to check-in and take my bus. My bus then went to another Penang station and eventually got on the highway.
We also stopped in Ipoh.
We arrived at Hentian Duta something like 7 hours and 20 minutes after we left Penang Komtar, and there was no major traffic delay.

The shuttle bus to the boarding point was a minibus. As a result, it was packed and the ride to the actual tour bus, albeit short, was uncomfortable. This was followed by another transfer, from the first tour bus to a different one — perhaps due to route consolidation? This resulted in a delay of approximately 2.5 hours.

The Bus arrived 20 min late, without any information. Then the driver drove six hours to KL without any break, so we couldn’t use a restroom or get something to eat. He also drove very fast and it didn’t feel save. I didn’t drive to my planed place but left in KL.

It was over one hour delayed at the beginning and then 3,5 Hours more delayed on the way. No Traffic Jam but we just stopped a few times for no obvious reason and then we had to Change the Bus as well without Information in advance.
