Ansich war die Fahrt gut, jedoch ist beide Male (hin und Rückfahrt) schmuck aus meinem Koffer verschwunden. Die Polizei meinte das dort immer während der Fahrt jemand bei Gepäck sitz und diese wahrscheinlich dann entwendet hat.

Ansich verlief alles gut, sind 2 mal umgestiegen ohne Probleme und haben Abends an einem Supermarkt 30 min gehalten, wo wir Essen kaufen konnten und eine Toilette war.
Man muss nur gucken welchen Sitz man wählt, da manchmal die Klima kaputt ist und man dann dauerhaft kalte Luft abbekommt.

Alles in allem preislich wirklich unschlagbar und wer günstig reisen möchte, definitiv die Beste Möglichkeit. Jedoch hätte man in der Beschreibung durchaus das zweimalige Umsteigen vermerken können, was wirklich sehr chaotisch war.

An für sich war die Busfahrt komfortabel und der Service gut.
Jedoch erschien es mir so, als würde die Fahrt mit einem einzelnen Bus erfolgen, was im Endeffekt nicht der Fall war. Stattdessen gab es zwei Umstiege, was mich etwas verunsichert hat. Hinzu kam außerdem, dass ich an der Starthaltestelle 1½ Stunden warten musste, da der Minivan, mit dem ich fahren sollte, Verspätung hatte. Als dann auch noch Leute vor mir abfuhren, deren geplante Abfahrt 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten nach meiner Buchung war, muss ich zugeben, dass ich ein wenig verärgert war.
Nichtsdestotrotz war ich zufrieden – ich bin zum geplanten Zeitpunkt angekommen. Es wäre nur schön gewesen, wenn dies im Voraus ersichtlich gewesen wäre und ich mir keine Sorgen hätte machen müssen. Die Leute an der Busstation konnten mir leider auch nicht weiterhelfen, außer dass sie sagten: „Alles kein Problem, der Anschluss fährt um 7.“

Die Organisation war super ,von khao san street gut losgekommen,wir hatten keinen VIP Bus und einen sehr alten Bus.Dieser hat sehr nach URIN vom Klo gestunken.Eine frau vor mir musste sich übergeben.Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und entspannt hat alle durchgezählt und ist gut am Ziel angekommen.Schlafen war durch den Gestank noch möglich.Leider war es nur ein Fahrer auf dem Bus,das finde ich sehr grenzwertig.
Am zwischen stop dem ThaiMarkt wird einem die Unterschiede der Bus Firmen deutlich.
Wir als Familie zwei Erwachsene und zwei 13/16 haben es völlig übermüdet überlebt und sind gut angekommen.

Es ist kein Unterschied ob man VIP oder nicht ist. Wifi, DVD-TV und eine vernünftiges Personal war nicht gegeben. Es hat in dem Bus überall reingeregnet.
Der Fahrer war aber super pünktlich!
Die Sitze konnte man gut verstellen.

Die Reise ist unzureichend beschrieben. Man fährt erst mit einem Minibus bevor man in den großen umsteigen tut. In dem großem Bus kann man nicht schlafen weil ständig ein Piepen ertönt.

Im Bus war echt wenig Platz gerade für größere Menschen. Die Sitze kann man nicht wirklich zurückstellen wegen den Passagieren hinter einem also kann man auch nicht gut schlafen. Die Toiletten waren außerdem eklig.
Allerdings waren wir pünktlich und der Preis ist gut.

Nach den vielen schlechten Bewertungen waren wir besorgt, aber es war bei weitem nicht so furchtbar, wie hier manche berichten.
Zum Boarding - man sollte zeitig da sein wenn man nebeneinander sitzen möchte, da die Plätze nicht fest zugeteilt sind.
Die Fahrt an sich war gut, normaler Doppeldeckerbus, normale thailändische Fahrweise.
Um Mitternacht haben wir an einem Rastplatz gehalten, wir hatten Food Vouchers, wussten aber nicht so Recht für was diese eigentlich gelten, und es konnte uns auch niemand so richtig sagen.
Wie auf unserem Ticket stand, haben wir in Surat Thani gestoppt. Hier werden alle Fahrgäste aus dem Bus gebeten, wenn man nicht schnell genug ist, wird das Personal ungeduldig. Wir mussten uns alle an einem Tisch anmelden, und haben einen Aufkleber mit unserem geplanten Ziel bekommen. Es hat dann eine ganze Weile gedauert, bis alle in ihrem nächsten Transportmittel waren. Die Ziele werden ausgerufen bzw geschrien - was aber auch nötig war, da einige Mitreisende es nicht für nötig hielten, sich zu ihrem Bus zu begeben.
Der Rest der Reise verlief problemlos mit einem Van, und wir waren sogar vor der angegebenen Zeit am Ziel.

Wir sind Pünktlich angekommen, das war gut.
Die Fahrt und alles davor war sehr Chaotisch.
Die Tickets wurden an einem zwischenstopp mitten im Nirgendwo kontrolliert. Immer wurde irgendetwas herum gebrüllt und die Beteiligten konnten kaum Englisch.
Während der Fahrt piepste alle 10Minuten die Uhr im Bus.

War angenehm und sehr entspannt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen empfehlen. Auf der Reise von ca.10 Std.wurden 2 kl.pausen eingelegt, die sehr gut Taten und zum anderen konnte man sich in einem 7 Eleven was einkaufen und hatte noch Zeit für eine ziggi.

The people from the Bangkok travel office took us to the bus terminal and just left us there with zero instructions whatsoever. We were wondering around not sure where to go and tried to get help but no one knew our company. Eventually someone found us and took us to a bus which was meant to be vip but really wasn’t very comfortable at all and the toilet was awful. Not nice to be on for 12 hours

I booked a more expensive VIP bus ticket, but I don’t think I got a VIP bus. The bus was very old, not very clean and really uncomfortable. Compare to other “VIP” buses I’ve taken, this one was definitely the worst.

The bus was a bit cheap, lot of AC, the sit was broken so I couldn’t really lay down. But we had a stop with proper food, free water and a snack. A bit expensive for what it is. I guess it’s lotery, about what bus you will get.

Pretty smooth, got help from 12go support right away through whatsapp when there was a problem with the email I provided. Travel agency was efficient and seemed trustworthy enough. Operator was nice. They did bring us about two hours early from the travel agency to the central bus station so we had to wait there but there's a 7-11 and some shops. The guy who took care of the passengers in ths bus was very nice and smiling, tried to help everyone and made up for his lack of english with his good willingness. Je gave us a butter sandwhich and some water. There was a stop about 5 hours in so that we could eat a highway restaurant by exchanging the bus ticket for a meal, it was very good. Stop was quite fast so be careful not to let the bus go without you.
We arrived at chiang mao bus station and not the guest house that was announced by the website, however it didnt matter to us as we didnt intend on staying there. But it did seem to bother a family that had traveled with us and were quite annoyed at the mishap.
Bus was ok, I managed to sleep pretty well which is unusual for me in these scenarios, the seat could recline quite a lot and the leg room was fine, I'm rather tall so I ended up having one leg out in the central alley of the bus and squeezing the other one between our bags as there weren't any storage compartiment overhead so had to put them under the seat in front of us.
Do recommend packing a jacket or even light sweater for the ac that will be running all the way through if you are prone to catching colds, as well as some earplugs or noise canceling headphones as the fans and ac are really noisy. We arrived pretty refreshed at Chiang Mai and managed to have a a full day of walking around after the trip. Didnt feel the need to catch up on sleep, and didnt feel that tired during the day. So as a night bus, it serves its purpose, even though it looks like it's coming straight out of the early 2000s, and rattles quite a lot.

Supposed to be VIP, but didn't feel more VIP than the Express bus I took on the way back. Even though the Express was a fair bit cheaper.
Aircon's in the back seatings could not be turned off, got quite cold there at night.

The bus wasn’t the one in the picture and there wasn’t any TV, snacks like mentioned. I’m 5’9 so it was very uncomfortable for a tall person but i got to sit up the front and i had my legs resting on the railing in front of me (i was on the top level) as i noticed the other people did it too on the other rows and i woke up to the bus driver smacking my legs down, i understand maybe that could be rude in their culture but no need to smack me while i was asleep.
On a positive note, it went a lot quicker than expected, close to 2 hours earlier than expected and i got driven to my hotel room which was great as we got to the station around 5am.
The workers at 12go are super helpful and so it wasn’t confusing at all which was great for a first time experience.
I would next time go for the more expensive VIP sleeper bus in future as it was very hard to sleep.

I didn’t sleep on the bus because it was so uncomfortable and the aircon blows into your face. Someone from the tourist service centre was so nice! Hi’s name was “pop”. First time I had such a nice and good conversation with a Thaï person.

Very correct for Price, but to the pier you Wait for a van, than they take you to surat thani city for Waiting again. Its not the problem of patience, its a problem of NO communication… bus was old.

Poorly organised bus services. Following arrival at pier, BBC did not clearly communicate with passengers. Passengers were advised that there would be a 10 minute wait, which increased to an hour without being told. Passengers went without food during the wait in case of missing bus however there was plenty of time. From the pier there was a mini van transfer to the bus depot, my husband and I were in the last row between luggage and had to climb over seats and sit with our knees up. Once we got to the depot, the bus was not as advertised. Old, no USB ports down stairs, WIFI was not available and no snack was provided. Again there was an hour wait at the depot which was advertised as 10 minutes. Poor communication, uncomfortable, chairs broken. Would avoid at all costs. The only reason I have scored a 2 is the ferry via SeaTran is prompt and comfortable.

Not a VIP buss at all, had way better buses on other trips in Thailand. The pickup was not in time, and it was a small van with non working AC completely full with other people, and was stuck for a couple of hours in that van, before next stop that only had water and chips as only option for food. And then another van again, complete full again, and then another stop and now it’s around 6 in the evening, nobody informs you about what’s going on. And here we had to stay for another hour and they only had two options of food which was laying in plastic boxes in the outside temperature.. and if you don’t want food poisoning you can’t eat that. And then finally a buss after more than half of the trip, also completely full, no possibility too charged your phone. One stop after that in the middle of the night, and then we arrived at 5:20 in Bangkok. All in all not a good experience, but we made it to Bangkok.

Travelling from Bangkok to Krabi with a 2.5 hour waiting time in Surat Thani because they waited for another bus, and then dropped us off at Krabi Bus Terminal instead of the Krabi Office (as booked).

The staff at the stop over and bus change weren't great, poor instructions and a lot of shouting. Very unorganized and we almost missed the coach.
The bus driver kept stopping to talk to friends meaning we were over 3 hours delayed.

No refreshments, no water, no meals as promised, but the buses were on time, with one break at Surat Thani, the staff was good and courteous, worth an adventure with ac bus, to save flight cost which was 8000 rs, and paid 2401 rs. Thanks

We ended up being 4 hours late to our destination with little communication on timings. The first bus was cramped, very hard to sleep in and we were only given a small bottle of water and a cake at the start which isn’t great for what ended up being a 20 hour journey!

Buses were on time and pretty comfortable, but communication was very poor. At the transfer point from the van to the bus, we had a 3h lay-over, which no one ever communicated. Also, they provided no informations about what stops there would be on the bus ride (toilet, store for water etc.) or about the setup of the bus.

The trip arrived 1 hour late and we had to wait in the middle of nowhere during more than an hour, to change our bus
