Flight was good but 12Go Asia stated that we were allowed 25kg of luggage, and because we had booked through them (and not directly through Air India) we were only permitted 10kg and were charged an additional R2100 at the airport which was disappointing. You should clarify this with the airline for future clients?

The service was amazing. I got a bargain ticket from Chennai to Bangalore three days before travel. Everything went flawlessly well. Will use 12GO again.

The plane was delayed by 5 1/2 hours. There was little communication about what the problem was and how we would’ve affected- good quality food was provided after 4 hours delay but no information about compensation or refunds was given

Aircraft overhead surfaces luggage locker ventilation control etc very grimy and dirty with many years of surface collection. Requires a deap clean. made us not want to touch anything. Staff were good and plnes was on time so no problems operationally.

Everything was great except the change of flight from Delhi to kolkata, I arrived at 00:00 instead of 20:30, the all purpose of flying was so I arrive early.
