the booth specs guy was very rude and bitch to us me and other two russian tourists who booked tickets on spot half and hour before the 3o clock ferry, we come to check in and the guy tells us since you booked tickets few hour ago tell the agency i.e 12go to send us confirmation and i was like dude i have the paid status qr code right here, but thd guy started beinv rufe and muttering something in hid matice language amd shoved us away saying they are more customers behind vut there was no one clearly behind us ay thsme end, the girl on the laptop behind said something and then the front guy said that tell agency to send confirmation and then we allow I called on Thier number but no on was picking up till 2:39pm, , at the end again I had to purchaser offline ticket and chuck the booed ticket

They turned off all fans, they focus on buying beer for some people, the boat is delay about 20mins, arrive late about 45mins then there is not parking slot so I must wait around 30mins on the sea. Bad experience with this boat.

The boat actually left at 9.00 am as scheduled unlike what the online ticket mentioned (8.30. am) and the trip last 1 hour not 30 min. That should be taken account if you want to plan the rest of your day.

Departure and arrival was quite late about 25min. Acceptable. The staffs were kind. They gave us a bottle of water. My suit case was little bit wet since it was loaded edge of second floor thus it wasn't covered. But the contains were not wet.

You advised to us that we must to go at the port one hour before than the travel begins and we get up early (4:45 a.m) for stay at time in the port but the people of the chest come and opening at 6:20 a.m
