Great service and communication- highly recommend to anyone doing the Samui - Phuket route.

渡轮很棒。但接驳车司机有点儿不靠谱，在暴风雨天气里也开得飞快。有好几次我们驶过大水坑，挡风玻璃被水花溅得完全看不清，而且他还时不时地在其他车辆周围危险地变道。我推荐渡轮，但不推荐这家接驳车公司。

Ferry was great. Shuttle driver was a bit erratic, speeding through stormy weather. There were multiple times were we drove through large puddles and the windshield was totally blind from spray, and instances of dangerous last minute lane changes around other vehicles. I recommend the ferry but not this shuttle company.

Excellent transfer experience. The pickup in Phuket was punctual, the drive was comfortable, and the ferry transfer to Koh Samui was smooth and organized. Arrived safely and right on schedule. Would definitely book again.

I booked this trip from Phuket (Kata Beach) to Koh Samui, and after making the reservation, I checked the reviews on Google Maps. I found many negative comments, which honestly made me quite worried. However, I would like to describe my experience in detail because, so far, it has been much better than I expected. My pickup was scheduled for 6:30 AM, and the driver arrived at my hotel at exactly 6:17 AM. I was already waiting at the entrance, so my pickup was very quick and easy. Unfortunately, the next passenger was about 40 minutes late, and this made the pickup driver extremely angry. From that point, the atmosphere became quite unpleasant. He was driving very fast, shouting, and behaving in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This was definitely the only part of the journey that I did not enjoy. Nevertheless, he brought us safely to the main bus departure point. From there, the experience became completely different. The coach was very comfortable, modern, spacious and air-conditioned. The driver was kind, respectful and professional, and his driving was extremely smooth. We made two rest stops during the journey: the first for around 20 minutes and the second for around 15 minutes. Both rest areas were convenient, with toilets and places to buy food, snacks and coffee. After the coach journey, we arrived at the transfer point, where minivans were already waiting to take us to the ferry port. Everything was well organized. The minivan was comfortable, and the journey to the port took only about five minutes. We arrived at the port approximately 40 minutes before the ferry departure. There were toilets and places to buy coffee and snacks while waiting, and the view from the port was beautiful. I am now writing this review while I am on the ferry. The ferry itself is much better than I expected: it is large, comfortable, air-conditioned and well equipped. There is a café on board and comfortable seats where passengers can relax during the crossing. I have not completed 100% of the journey yet, but so far I am satisfied with the service. Considering the price I paid for the complete transfer from Phuket to Koh Samui, I think it offers very good value for money. I wanted to leave this detailed review because the negative reviews I read before travelling made me unnecessarily worried. Apart from the unpleasant experience with the first pickup driver, the rest of the journey has been comfortable and well organized.

Everything went smoothly from bus ride to ferry. Both were on time. Value for money and comfortable rides.

Everything ran really smoothly! Arriving at terminal 2 bus stop I was confused which desk to go to but everyone is really helpful there and guided me to the correct one, got my tickets and there was a hidden fee for luggage which was cash only and I am not sure if this is standard or a scam, but either way I paid the cash. When I booked the tickets the site asked me how many cases and I declared 4 (we had 2 medium suitcases a back pack and a very small hand luggage case) I think it was 400 bht so like 8-9£. The ferry ride was good and they had indoor out outdoor seating with a few tables with chargers and a shop to buy snacks and food. Everything ran smoothly and on time, I will be using the service again :)
