從 芭達雅 到 曼谷的小巴

迟到了25分钟。因为有人迟到了。然后我们又开了10分钟，我还得从面包车换乘巴士。车厢空间非常狭小，行程不是2小时而是3.5小时。我再也不会跟你们这些业余人士一起坐车了！

25 min too late. Because someone was not on time. Then we drove 10 minutes and I had to change from a Van to a bus. The space was very small and duration was not 2 hours but 3.5 hours. I never go again with you guys, amateurs!

我们预订的是2小时的行程，但却被安排走非高速公路路线，结果花了三个多小时。

Booked for the 2 hour trip but, we were given the off the highway route and took more than three hours.

巴士准时到达，但出发时间却晚了；司机宁愿站在外面聊天，结果，尽管所有乘客都已上车，我们还是晚了 15 分钟才出发。

Bus war pünktlich aber die Abfahrt nicht, der Fahrer hat lieber draußen gestanden und geredet und dadurch sind wir 15 Minuten später losgefahren obwohl alle Fahrgäste im Bus saßen.

去程还算可以。回程的时候，我感觉自己像是在乞讨。司机态度极其恶劣！

Die Hinfahrt war okay. Die Rückfahrt hatte ich das Gefühl "Bittsteller" zu sein. Vollkommen unhöflichicher Fahrer!

旅途很顺利，他们也准时到达了，但是司机不会说英语。所以其他泰国乘客不得不帮外国人翻译。面包车里腿部空间不太宽敞。

The ride was fine and they arrived on time, but the driver couldn't speak english. So the other thai passengers had to translate it to the foreigners. In the van there was not much legroom.

车厢太拥挤，没有地方放个人物品，乘客必须抱着背包，行李箱则放在过道中间。空调太弱，非常闷热，让人很不舒服。

The car is too cramped as there's no space for personal belongings; passengers have to hug their backpacks, and suitcases are placed in the middle of the aisle. The air conditioning is too weak, making it very hot and uncomfortable.

我按照指示预订了一个行李座位，然后一群 12 个人带着未付行李费的人上了车。这辆面包车超额预订了。然后我被置于一个愤怒的司机用我听不懂的语言对我大喊大叫的境地，一群 12 个人试图把我的包移到公共汽车的前面，而他们每个人都把自己的包放在附近。我不需要精通泰语就能明白，如果我不移动行李，司机就会把我和行李一起拖下车。我不想在泰国发生肢体冲突——尤其是因为一张 5 英镑的面包车票。成功的意思是我们确实准时出发并准时到达——我建议直接从供应商那里买票，至少当你在面包车点时，那里会有人愿意介入并帮助你解决行李问题。

I booked a luggage seat as instructed, then a group booking of 12 people all with unpaid luggage got on. The van was overbooked. I was then put in the position of an angry driver screaming at me in a language I don't understand and a group of 12 people trying to move my bag to the front of the bus while they all kept their own bags close. I didn't need to be fluent in Thai to understand that if I didn't move the bag, the driver was going to drag both me and the bag off the van. I'm not going to get in a physical altercation in Thailand - especially over a £5 van ticket. Successful in the sense we did leave on time and arrive on time - I would recommend buying your ticket from the provider directly, at least then when you are at the van point there will be someone there willing to step in and help you out if there are any luggage problems.

巴士晚点了 30 分钟。工作人员不是特别友好或以客户为导向。

The bus had a 30-min delay. The staff was not particularly friendly or customer-oriented...

面包车更像是一辆小巴士，但是空调很差，所以白天旅行很热，最糟糕的是时间的灵活性，我们从出发时间起就等了1.5小时，这还不包括我们在那里的45分钟早些时候，另一组旅客只是被拒绝登上提前 2 小时预订的面包车，因为车已经满了，座位只是分配给其他人，并且遵循先到先得的原则，因此您可能需要等待下一辆，这时间未确定，因为面包车只有在比较满的情况下才会出发

The van is more like a mini bus, but the air conditioner is very poor so it is very warm to travel during the day, the worst is the flexibility in time, we waited 1.5hrs from our departure time not to include we being there 45min earlier, while another group of travellers simply being rejected to board their van booked 2hrs earlier as it was full already, the seats are simply assigned to others and subject to first come first served, so you might need to wait for the next one, which time is not confirmed as the van departs only when it is relatively full

I had a good experience with this bus company. I read many bad reviews, and so I went in with low expectations. But everything went smoothly. I arrived early for the bus and was able to wait in a comfy semi-outdoor waiting area that had a (very basic, but functioning) bathroom, snacks for purchase, etc. I was able to take an earlier bus, too, which was nice. The bus itself was better than I expected and even had a USB port at my seat that worked. The driver was a bit too fast and weaved through traffic more than I liked, but we didn't run into any issues. The journey lasted around the amount of time it said it would. Overall, I'd take this bus company again. (Note, I didn't have a plane to catch, so I wasn't worried about a late start, which could understandably be a concern for some people. I don't know if I'd rely on this bus for a tight connection. That said, this bus did not wait for it to be full before departing, so we did leave more or less on time.) The pickup location in Pattaya has a large pink banner over it (as of September 2026).
