Abi BThe ferry service from Bangsal was very good but once in Bali the transfer service was poor. The operator tried to get us to pay more money for a private transfer straight to Uluwatu as they also had passengers to drop off in Ubud which caused us a 2 hour detour. I would not recommend using this service to Uluwatu for this reason, only if you’re going to Ubud as they had no delays. We also did not get a toilet break for the 4.5hr+ journey.

Anne MHad an excellent experience with Rival M Helmy! He was a 5 star driver! I felt incredibly safe the whole time. He had incredible communication skills and we were able to find him easily. He was also very kind and was happy to stop when someone asked for a toilet break or snack.

Hendya PMr. Rizki was our driver and he was above & beyond on his service. He was very communicative. He texted us and confirmed our trip before we got on the boat and he was very informative & helpful when I arrived to the port. When I changed my route/destination, I texted him about the plan and he was not hesitant to follow my new plan and took me to the new destination instead of the planned destination. I highly recommend Mr. Rizki.

Kirolos HIt was a relatively small speedboat 🚤... I highly recommend getting Antimo (medicine for seasickness) before getting on it ... waves were not friendly and we literary felt every wave inside the boat. Otherwise the company was very helpful staff was friendly and quickly replying. We were only 2 persons heading to seminyak so they hired us a private car 🚘 our driver was Gede Tias

After that the transfer we booked for canggu they take people all around Bali, we went to ubud before and arrived to canggu 5h hour later for a 2h traject is better to take a grab or taxi and no transfer because we are 5 an a little car an do longue distance for nothing
