This whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I booked the night before I needed the journey and was not sure how smooth it would be but I received quick confirmation and clear instructions on where the pick up point was. The pdf they sent had all the information I needed including photos of where the meet point was and who to contact if I needed help. The mini van had air con and was really comfortable. We had 2 comfort breaks which made the journey a breeze. The driver was really helpful and when he dropped me at the pier he made sure I knew where I was going. The speedboat check in and journey were smooth with no issues or delays. This was my first time using 12go asia and I was really happy with the organisation and help they provide. I would definitely use again and recommend!!

Pünktlich, hat alles geklappt. Wurden am Flughafen abgeholt und am Pier kam direkt eine junge Frau zum Auto und hat uns dann den ganzen Weg (Checkin, etc.) bis zum Boot begleitet. Wir mussten nichts „denken“ - war super. Für Seekranke - hinten sitzen, da windet es sehr schön. ;-)

Dee Travels were great to book with! Arranged an easy pick up, drove us to the pier in a very comfy van, stopped for pee breaks, and ensured we got onto our speedboat smoothly… Highly recommended, and wish I’d booked sooner instead of comparing others. Thank you!!!
I’ve made this trip several times, and this year I chose Bundhaya because their boats seem newer to me. I understand it’s the low season and that they combine passengers from different companies on the same boat, but I feel that if you book with Bundhaya, you should at least get priority boarding—rather than ending up at the back of the line, as happened to me, behind people who had paid a different company. That’s why I didn’t give them 5 ⭐stars. However, I do appreciate that they allowed me to move my travel date up by a day. I would book with them again.
Pickup was late, but this is Thailand, you have to expect this may happen. I know you can wait in the lobby and the driver will come in. My experience and the service was good overall. I will use 12go again.
The problem is that 12GO sells tickets intended for high season even though it is currently low season; as a result, we had to wait 30 minutes at the airport, which delayed our arrival in Lipe 1h in more
The van was ok, ac, comfy seats, usb, clean and the driver picked me up at my hotel, but the boat was a mess! It was really hot, lots of people, even standing, rainy, what they not control, but I it was chaos!
