Bei der Abfahrt in Ao Nang war einer der beiden Fahrer sehr unhöflich. Es war nicht sofort ersichtlich, dass das der richtige Shuttle ist, der uns zur Fähre bringt. Anstelle dies klar zu kommunizieren, wurden wir nur angeblafft, wie viele Personen wir sind. Die fahrt im Van war ok, allerdings müffelte es leicht und der Van war auch nicht richtig sauber. Die Kommunikation des Fahrers mit uns Gästen während der Fahrt (weitere Pickup-Stops, Pause...) war gleich 0, vielleicht konnte er nicht so gut englisch sprechen. Aber wir kamen pünktlich an und der Fahrer besorgte uns dann noch die Tickets für die Fähre. Alles in allem durchschnittlich.

Our driver wasn’t coming (or to late) and we arrived almost 2 hours later than expected.
The support was hard to get at phone and didn’t called us back.

wurden pünktlich vom hotel abgeholt, zwischendurch gab es eine Pinkelpause, und wir waren rechtzeitig am Pier!
picked us up at 9 and took us to krabi pier to then say we are setting off at 11 instead because there was not enough people. set off around 11:15 for the 9am set off. bus ride after was fine (krabi to surat thani port around 2.5 hours) and got straight onto ferry (to koh samui about 2 hours)

It was a great experience. The pick up bud was on time. Enough space although the bus was full. Transfer from bus to boat was also flawless and no confusion on where go. I would book and travel again. Why only 4 stars? We could not find our hotel as the pick up location and had our receptionist from the hotel to call and explain.

Went smoothly, something like 3h bus ride with a driver who for once wasnt in bad mood and then we tool the ferry in Don Sak, we arrived exactly on time.
