I had a great experience with this limousine bus service from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and back. They picked us up directly from our hotel with a private car and brought us to the main limousine bus. Everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff were punctual, professional, and friendly throughout the journey. The bus itself was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, perfect for a relaxing ride. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable way to travel between Hanoi and Ninh Binh!
I gave 2 stars not one only because we finally arrived to Tam Coc.
Information that company gives is wrong. They don’t pick up you with the bus at the first place. About an hour of our trip was in the uncomfortable car and we were collecting other people on the way. 5 people in one car and all the luggage instead of the bus.
Then we were waiting for the bus in the middle of nowhere another 15-20 mins. Bus went to Ninh binh, the we changed again for another bus which was old and unsafe, no seatbelts.
The worst is that they give wrong information on site about bus pick up and lack of safety on the trip.
On the way back we chose a private transfer - we recommend to do this. Not from this operator.
Alles sehr hektisch beim Einstieg obwohl wir eigentlich erst um 18 Uhr losfahren sollten starteten wir bereits um 17.35 deswegen verstand ich nicht ganz warum. Ansonsten gut
Die Sitze sahen fancy aus von dem Van, aber waren nicht wirklich Mega bequem. Der Van wurde außerdem mit dem Übergepäck der Leute vollgestopft. (Der ganze Mittelgang war voller Taschen/Koffer)
Das „Taxi“ welches uns dann zum Hotel gefahren hat war ok, nur hat die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit auf uns getropft, war etwas nervig. Der Fahrer war sehr gut und hat uns zum richtigen Hotel gebracht (hatten ein anderes in der Nähe angegeben gehabt, welches storniert wurde)
I didn't find the pickup station and missed the bus. But the driver was so kind to wait, look for me and pick me up at an alternative place. After arrival in Ninh Binh they even brought me to my Hostel, which I didn't expect. The journey was very well organized in general. Thank you so much!
Only problem was that nobody was talking English, so it was difficult to tell them where I am.
