We got the tickets at the back of the bus, where air conditioner was not working properly . It was so hot . No matter that I made my reservation 1 month before the trip. You just get worst option. Front part of the bus was very cool and pleasant. I score 3 stars cause you dont get preferences because of the early booking. Disappointment. But the driving was good and safe, this is where my 3 stars come from.

Leaving from Ho Chi Minh in a regular bus then after 45 min you switch to a sleeper bus ... we arrived on time but didn't like the regular bus at the beginning as it's not written anywhere.

The people at the agence was really nice, the explain all. But we leave the office with 30 later. We go far away to take the real sleepy bus and also, the staff of the bus doesn't speak English. The doesn't explain anything, we haven't have water or kind of things to eat (compared to other company). At the end, the driver crying on the bus, very stress to tell us it was the last stop but very far.from our hostel. It was a lie because the staff at the office told us that the bus will stop us at our guesthouse ! The bus was very nice inside 👌
