Useful but confusing. The bus towards split was on time and very comfortable. Getting the bus back was not straight forward. We missed our initial bus because it wasn't obviously labelled. The next bus after that did not show up at all. We managed to get another bus back to brela but didn't realise the tickets were non transferable between times. We were told off but were allowed to travel regardless.

Зашли в переполненный автобус, всю дорогу стояли. Дорогие билеты, а сервиса ноль. 11, 30 евро за то чтобы больше 1 часа ехать стоя по дороге в горах.

Bus was delayed by one hour and forty minutes. Not acceptable. Bus company should have another bus on hand to complete the trip.

Bus was delayed over 1h. Was a big disaster. Bus super delayed Drivers did not let us board since they could not scan ticket Had to wait even longer for the next super delayed bus missed connection in Split bus station even though i planned 2h buffer! Would be nice to get a refund for all the additional costs incurred (had to catch taxi to not miss my flight, missed the bus connection to the airport).

Not satisfied. The driver chose a different route so we could make it to The airport in time. The driver was 35 min late and blamed The delay on us and straight up lied to us. We came a bit early to The busstop to be sure we hade time. Under The 60 min that we stood there we did not see The car drive by. The driver claimedhe had driven past several Times witch is not True. It was very stressfull knowing that we had a plain to catch.

Nice no-frills bus ride. Punctual and comfortable enough. Had to pay with cash only - no card option. Weak aircon and no wifi or power plugs.

Not what we expected. The bus was full. Had to stand up for the whole trip. The trip was going to take one hour, it took 2,5 hours due to trafic-situation. No information from the bus-driver about the situation. Booked tickets online, payed a lot more then the people who payd their tickets on the bus.( they only paid 5 eur/p person. Will never book a trip with this company again.

The price was ok and at last we arrived to our destination. The bus was not on time, about 30 mins late. The backrests of several chairs were loose which was quite uncomfortable. It is not possible to pay by card on the bus, only cash, which is a bit inconvenient. The online booking is good, however for some reason it is not possible to buy the ticket until the departure time, the booking closes for some reason some time before (seem to be different time for different departures so it is hard to know when the booking closes as there is no information about it). So this can be improved.
