Booked bus for 3:15 didn’t arrive When the bus came at 3:45 we couldn’t get on that one cause we had already bought tickets for the 3:15 that didn’t come Had to get on the 4pm bus and the route was meant to take 1 hour and 15 mins however it took over 2 hours to get to our destination.

I had to stand practically the whole trip because there were sold too many tickets. People who bought tickets on the bus had a seat, but I, who bought tickets 5 days before, did not. Also, we were supposed to arrive at 10:30 and we arrived at 12.
