火车准时出发和到达！其他方面都符合预期；卫生状况尚可，厕所也很干净。火车上允许吸烟，所以车厢里有股烟味。临近旅程结束时，一只蟑螂爬过我的床铺。行李空间有限。乘务员很热心。性价比很高！

I really enjoyed the experience but the beds were very hard and the toilets could do with an upgrade. The service was good and everything was straight forward.

My friend and I travelled in the VIP berth for two people. The conductor was very kind and helpful. In addition, we were given two bottles of drinking water and free meals. The beds were comfortable which allowed us to sleep well. Overall is was a very positive experience. We appreciated the opportunity to see much more of Vietnam than we would have if we had flown in a plan.

The train itself was fine, toilets were in okay condition and the train itself was on schedule but we had paid additional for the “VIP” cabin for two people and it was just a four person cabin with the seats folded up and not anything like the pictures.

The compartment we were assigned was actually a 4 berth cabin (with the top two berths not pulled down). The compartment was not the designated 2 berth VIP we had paid for.

No cleaning or garage disposal during the trip. The toilet and the place where you wash your hands were extremely dirty towards the end of the trip. I was in a 6 beds cabin, upper berth. Throughout the journey I had to eighter lie down on my bed or simply stand up in the isle, as there was no possibility to sit down anywhere. After 17 hours of traveling, my body was pretty upset.
