Sleeping buses are not great during the day

It was comfortable, on time, the bus driver made a stop at a reasonable time for a bathroom break and he was super helpful and dropped all of us off at our hotels/hostels!

It was a bit difficult to find the pickup location, even though the location was shared, because there was no office or designated waiting point—just a spot by the side of the road. However, the bus arrived on time, and the driver’s service was excellent.

Comfortable bus, smooth ride

The first ride was on time and pleasant. The second however, was way less up to standards to what I’m used to of 12GO. The bus picked me up after I had to wait up to almost 2 hours in Nha Trang. It made all kinds of unnecessary stops in the city, circling the same streets and areas multiple rounds. After more than an hour we would finally leave Nha Trang. His driving style wasn’t smooth at all. I made sure to take the earliest bus and paid a fair amount for the shortest travel time possible. I guess some delay is always expected, this however felt quite unprofessional.

Excellent trip, the bus was on time for both departure and arrival. Very good customer service; they helped us contact the driver to find an item we lost on the bus, and they brought it back to our hotel.

really friendly staff, helped us find our way through the bus station. bus was really clean, no curtains but was fine for a 4hr journey. the driver was so lovely, offered to drop everyone at their hotel. great experience

Very good driver and very comfortable trip-bus

The trip itself was fine. The STRESS about confirmation of my sleeper bus was terrible. Could the communication of 12go and the bus company be worse? I don't think so. 12go tells you you will get a confirmation email which never comes. You hire a grab to the bus stop not even knowing if you will be allowed on the bus, having booked a stay at the busses destination. You reach out to 12go and they know nothing. You mentally start planning alternative transportation plans. You conactvyou destination accommodation to let them know you may be arriving a day later. You arrive at the bus station early to hopefully board the bus. You are surprised to find the the bus crew is actually expecting you. Then you find out later that the bus company reached out by WhatsApp about your bus ride, but you never expected that because 12go never suggested to look for a WhatsApp message from the bus company! How does 12go stay in business? Strong marketing but ZERO customer service. 12go should change their name to 12STRESS

Great journey & bus arrived early! Arrived at Da Lat station & a man approached me, ticked off my name & told me to wait He then came back later & took me to the bus - great service Bus was clean & great views coming down the central highlands

Very helpful driver, someone took my luggage by mistake and he helped me get it back and even delivered it to my hotel.

Because our taxi didn’t come we almost missed the bus, but fortunately the bus drove past our hotel and stopped for us. We were so happy! The bus was super comfortable. Pho our driver was very nice and a good driver. When we stopped there was enough time to eat something. We would definitely book again.

Great driver Most luxurious bus in Asia

Great driver- he navigated terrible mountain roads which in western countries would have been closed 😂 Sections of the road were totally blasted out dirt- he did a great job. Vehicle was spotless, and he stopped at a clean rest area. 10/10 🙏

Really great bus service. The bus was on time and even arranged a pick up location closer to my hotel. The bus itself was very comfortable and the driver Phu was excellent. I left my earphones on the bus I messaged Phu and he organised a driver to bring them to my next hotel! Thank you so much Phu.

the driver is superrr friendly and helpfull ,super recommend . Eventhough the bus is not modern like futa bus but we are enjoyed and very satisfied with the service and everything . Definitely we will choose this bus again if we visit Vietnam again .

Everything was great and a really sweet bus driver was very nice and sweet! The only thing that didn’t make it a 5 star was that the water bottle was refilled with unfiltered water. And we can’t really handle that water so had stomach ache afterwards because we thought it was normal bottled water 😅 unfortunately we saw it too late

The bus driver, Fu, was extremely friendly and a great driver. The drive was tricky, up dirt roads on mountains but he navigated expertly! The bus looked brand new, and was very comfortable. Great service all round!

Bus driver was really nice. Offered to stop 3 times for the toilet which was good - previously have been on busses that haven’t stopped for 3+ hours on long trips even when you have asked them to which is really bad. Bus was on time, even left early when everyone was on and dropped us off right on time as well. Very clean and good service.

The driver texted to make sure I was okay, to make sure i had gotten back into the bus before we left, and asked if i made it to the hostel safe. he was as quiet as possible during the night, and gave us lots of water. highly recommend, very comfy padded bed. on time/ early

I left my water bottle on the bus and the driver came and gave it back to me the next morning, really very nice of him, was a smooth drive as well and a really nice cafe stop

This was the best sleeper bus I have been on by far in the whole month I’ve been travelling Vietnam. There were only 3 of us so could spread out and we was given water and wifi and the bus had charger ports. The driver was the sweetest man ever and we stopped off in his village where he told us to get off the bus and we sat at the side of the road and were brought lots of watermelon. He shown us where he lives and took us to his dad’s apple farm and his family were so sweet and he was so happy and gave us a big bag of apples each. What a lovely driver will remember this forever, amazing guy and great company

I think they should contact each customer to find where they are at, or include the person in charge’s phone number when sending ticket information via email. It took me a while to find the bus, I couldn’t find it anywhere in listed departure location. I had to call the number on the fan page, the person on the phone then sent me the driver’s phone number. I called the driver to find out where the bus is located. It was hectic and luckily I am Vietnamese, I could talk to them in Vietnamese. Otherwise, foreign customers might have missed the bus. I highly recommend the operator to consider this point and improve. However, the rest of the experience was pleasant and recommended 👍 The staffs were very nice and helpful!

Bus was on time. Even a bit early. The bus driver was very kind and a safe driver during the whole trip. The inside of the bus was the same as the pictures. Also very clean. Would 100% recommend

Normally in Vietnam the bus companies and drivers are quite rude but this was the exception excellent service from the driver complimentary water and for the first time I had enough leg room on the bus. Overall 10/10

I had to reate this trip because drivers were awesome. They cared about every passenger and smiled the whole time. We had some bad bus trips in Vietnam but this one we enjoyed. Everything was smooth.

Everything was well organized. The driver was friendly and spoke a little English. The bus was there and departed on time. The road was very bumpy due to roadwork – yet we still arrived on time and were dropped off right by the hotel

Honestly this bus was the best sleeper bus I’ve been on, the driver was so friendly making us laugh. He stopped off at a beautiful view and let us all sit there for a little bit. They also dropped you directly at your hotel it was perfect. The seats were comfortable enough, makes such a difference when the driver is happy and friendly.

Picked us up at our hotel, arrived on time and very friendly staff. Trip was bumpy but due to road condition rather than driving.
