Sadly the Ferry Ride was very annoying. We arrived at the Office and waited to go to the Ferry. From there we very just constantly waiting to Go on the boat then the First one was Full so we again we had to wait for a second ferry. At this point we very already 1,5 Hours Late. We were on our way to Gili Air so when we arrived gili T everyone had to leave the Ferry with our luggage. They said we will wait for another boat to get us to gili air but the boat never came. 10 staff people were just standing around and no one would know what the other one is doing or when the boats are coming. Eventually they put us in a boat and drove as there, at this point we were already 3 hours late which took away our whole afternoon. Very unorganised and definitely not worth the money.

We booked this company as it was shown to have a big boat. We got to go in the small boat and it was pretty awful. AC was working well though.

I giving 3 stars because of 2 things there was I didn't like: 1st thing time . There was delay like 0,5 hour longer in harbour. Not much but I was like 1hr before for boarding. 2 nd thing boat: We had fast boat instead fast ferry. I booked fast ferry in hope to avoid uncomfortable travel. Evening it's quite difficulty on sea. Sea waves made us feel sick. Small boat jumper on waves like bull in rodeo. If that could be fast ferry which is bigger and heavier I believe should help on sea. I would recommend to avoid boat on evening time between gili- Bali trip. Next week one I would try day time and definitely bigger seacraft.

We've supposed that we've bought direct transfer to the island, and it will take 1h30min. In the end it took 4hours, and we've made roundtrip with with two stops...

1.5 hour delay. Then forced getting off in Gili Trawangan (first stop). Left in Chaos. Wanted for nearly one hour. Arrived in Gili Air 4 hours after departure from Padang bai.

The boat left over an hour and a half after schedule and took over 40 minutes longer than advertised meaning we arrived at our final destination over 2 and a half hours later than we should have done.

Really delayed. More than 2 hours of delay with a good weather. We couldnt understand...

We was supposed to sell at 13:45 but at the and we waited in the port until 15:30

Nice boat but 1:20 late for a 2 hours trip. We had to change of boat in the sea + the team didn't communicate well

Not on time and unorganized

If traveling from Padang bai to Bangsal, the boat stops at Gili trawangan and Gili air first so it delays the arrival time by about 40 minutes. Factor that in.

Delayed for 2 hours without any compensation

Boat left one hour late. On Gili T we had to transfer to a smaller boat. It took us 3 hours to arrive at Gili Air. Staff was very Friendly. We could not sit because people put there luggage on the Seats. Life jackets only located under the Seats so if you have no Seat you do not have a life jacket.

Not sure why the extremely loud music is necessary?

Boats are always running late (1-2hours) so it ends up taking the full day I would recommend travelling early. We have travelled on a few of these island boats and this is one of the bigger boats so feels safer.

Boat very late, organisation not great. Had to wait in line for half hour before being sent on a transfer boat, as the ferry was unable to come to the harbour due to the water level. Then had to wait another 20 + minutes on the transfer boat because our ferry hadn't even arrived yet. The boat itself was comfortable and the crew friendly. Air con and some snacks offered for purchase. Recommend to check tides and chose a high tide departure from Gili

When we got picked up we stopt at 3 more islands that was not told us so we got a delay of 45 min its better to inform the people that there are more stops on the way back

Very late

We had a stop at Gilli T and Gilli air, that was not mentioned. The trip was because of this one hour longer than were it was sold for.

Over an hour late leaving Gili and ridiculously loud music

Very poorly organized in the terminal in Bali, late departure. Ferry okay, but poor outlook due to windows very high up from the seats.

We were delayed by an hour and had to change boats in Trawangan; I only found this out when I arrived. Poor communication.

It was great service and nice ride to Gilli Tarawangan. We stayed few hours and return back from Gili to Padang Bai. Both riders were great.

Clean boat, fun staff (& captain!!), we just had 20 minutes of delay, but vibes were there!

Friendly staff, easy check in process and on time departure. Enough room on the boat and was quite smooth.

The crew played very loud music on the boat, the whole trip. Also the boat was 30 minutes late and there wasn’t any WiFi on the boat

Staff were great and friendly. The ferry was also 1.5hrs late, as they had left the previous port late. However if you’re not into loud music for the whole ferry ride from Lombok to Bali, might not be the place for you. Anyone who didn’t want to hear music just sat inside at the front where they couldn’t hear it though.

Everything was in time ( Transfer from Amed region which was offered extra from the ferry company and departure of the ferry). The boat is fast and due to calm weather it was a smooth ride to Gili Air. Booked the ferry online with 12go.asia

1 hour late, we had to change boat during the trip

Service was late, no direction or support at terminal. Being pushed to pay extra for other services or “compulsory” charges. Whole experience was extremely stressful especially as a solo traveller.

Late by more than an hour

The boat ticket office is near to the harbour and convenience to walk

The boat was meant to depart at 3pm we didnt leave the docks until 3:50pm

We started with a delay of half an hour but the trip was fine,the crew was nice, water to drink is for free, the luggage is at the top of the boat, noone tried to look in

The boat was scheduled to leave at 1.20pm but left at 2.15 or so..they were late

Airco did not work. Seats at window are to small. Be aware for bagage check-in staff that try to sell taxiservice for way to high rate.Rather use Grab, whk is operating at Lombok and Bali.

Needed to be fight for vacant seats! 2 pers are ok, but if you have 4 pers. it looks like mil. mission. God thanks, we had waves and ... .

Booking was easy, arrival at the port office was somewhat chaotic but our driver was on it and got us to the right office. Once booked in it was down to the larger holding area till the boat docked with more disorganised chaos so people kept asking the port staff if it was their turn. No communication with the ferry meant they couldn’t update on when it would arrive. Once on board the crossing was smooth and comfortable. Dolphins off the starboard side shortly after leaving port.
