车子很好。但是司机开车时一直在发短信和打电话，即使我要求他停止后，他仍然这样做。

司机提前到达，而且非常专业。我强烈推荐使用这项服务，而不是乘坐豪华巴士——它方便得多，而且是点对点接送。

We booked a ride from Tam Coc to Sapa. There was 3 of us. I believe the ride was advertised as 6.5 hours. The total trip took 8 hours and was serviced by 2 different vehicles. The first vehicle brought us from Tam Coc to Noi Bai airport where we transferred to a second vehicle to complete the journey to Sapa. So there was some delay in going out of our way for the transfer. We were never told about the transfer until 30 minutes before the transfer took place. The first vehicle was not very comfortable in the back seats as the depth of the seat itself was too short. The second vehicle was very comfortable. Going up the mountain from Lao Cai to Sapa was a bit hair raising as our driver passed several vehicles on what appeared to be blind turns but the turns were mostly very wide and probably safe if the vehicles coming down did not cut the wide corners. On the second leg of this trip the driver had to stop for fuel. Not sure why he did not fill up before the trip. We also stoped once for 25 minutes, and again for 20 minutes. There was construction on the road up the mountain to Sapa where we had to stop and wait for about 15 minutes. So the thing that I have the most problem with is the lack of communication. I already mentioned one area. Another is that the service company did not confirm to us the ride, and there was no way to contact the company, so we were very nervous about the driver showing up. He was 10 minutes late. That's not bad but I would have liked to have received a message that he was on his way and a message at least the day before from the service company confirming the ride.

Driver was terrible. On the phone for nearly the whole trip and came close to hitting other vehicles. He stopped at Lai Chou to pick up dry cleaning and wandered off for 25 minutes!! Did not tell us where he was going! Seat belt in back seat was stuck under seat. Asked to stop to fix. He indicated not to worry about it. I had to force him to pull over so I could access the it. Shit experience and scary.

We were picked up on time. Pleasant driving style of the driver. I can recommend and would book again. Journey time was not 1.5 hours as stated, but this was already clear as I had checked how long the journey from Hoi An to Hue is.

Driver was waiting for us at our desired pickup point in the Old Quarter in Hanoi about 10 minutes early which was great as it was raining a bit and we didn't have to wait in the rain for him to arrive. We were just two people, but it was a nice big comfortable SUV. The driver provided bottles of water for us, and adjusted the AC for us as he could tell we were hot. He was a very careful driver and played nice mellow local music. We made one stop about halfway to Ninh Bình at a nice clean reststop, so we could use the toilet and so he could grab a coffee. He dropped us right outside our hotel in Ninh Bình. We've done the shared minivan/buses many times before and they can be hit or miss, so if you don't want the added stress/uncertainty of that experience, I'd highly recommend this option instead. My only complaint is that we had quite a lot of trouble getting our credit card payment to go through the 12go website/app, ended up having to pay a bit extra to use PayPal, as none of the other options worked for us.

The driver didn’t want us to make a 5 minutes stop to take a photo on the road, but made 2 personal stops to pick up a package and deliver it at arrival… Not serious.
