我下午 12:30 到达岘港机场。司机下午 2 点来接我。我要等多久？我知道我的航班延误了 1 小时。它必须在上午 11:30 到达，但我想我已经预订了可以随时出发的私人面包车，那么当我到达时，司机必须还在机场。

尽管我们的航班延误了，司机还是在我们那里。车很宽敞，只够我们四个人坐。他超出了预定的下车地点，但这没什么大不了的，因为我们当时都在外面看，碰巧看到了我们的酒店。

Easy to find , driver come with my name sign. Drive safe. No greeting and no smile : (

The driver is punctual and service is good but we need to find ourselves about 15 min. The representative never put my name in front of car dashboard and he only showed my name when I asked him.. When the time I call hot line, nobody pick up the phone. If we know how to contact the driver, we can relax and no need to worry.

Booked a 9 pax van and clearly stated in the booking that we'll be 5 people with 5 pieces of luggage. Driver showed up only an hour after our arrival time, with a regular car. After complaining on the hotline we had to wait for another 5-10 minutes for a second car to arrive so that we all could travel at the same time. Disappointed with this booking.

My ticket indicated that my pickup point is at Da Nang International airport. I was not able to find the representative, so I called the hotline. Thumbs up cause they have an english speaking representative on the phone (unlike Hoang Long who only has Vietnamese speaking representatives which is difficult if you’re a foreigner and don’t understand/speak the language). The phone representative then informed me that the driver is waiting for me at the train station. The phone representative informed me to wait as the driver will go to where I am. The only problem here is that the ticket is confusing. I took the train to Da Nang, but my ticket said Da Nang International airport. Company needs to specifically say the correct pickup point. Other than that, the company was fanstastic.

At Danang somebody off another company (green taxi-bus) said he was our driver an brought us to our hotel. Afterward he said we had to pay and he didn't speak English and we had to pay for the ride (again). At the hotel our booking was mis-communicated and to our regret we didn't have the time to inform the original driver. So I cant say anything about the quality of the trip but the booking was easy.

Very lovely young man, a credit to your company! The nicest taxi driver we have encountered in 4 months of travel in Asia. I would definitely use your company again based on this experience.
