卫生间不太好，但基本够用了。自动扶梯已经坏了两年多了。????

接受凭证没有问题。由于假期，巴士晚点 1.5 小时到达。有 5 个站点接送乘客，1 个休息站 20 分钟，3 个站点在曼谷。存放在下面的行李箱没有被盗。座位很宽，有毯子。空调很好。有热水和小吃。只有 24 个座位，但比 32 个座位的太阳巴士便宜

Good service Spacious seating and on time arrived

Easy from the booking to the arrival ! It was around 7.30 am and I wanted to book a seat at 9 am, but by the time I checked everything on the website, the time slot was no longer available. So, I took the 11.30 am option. However, on place, I could change at the counter and depart at 10:00. I had a great experience at Mochit bus station ! Indeed, people at the counters are very helpful and proactive ! Offering naturally their help seeing me being a bit lost. If you want to grab things on the bus, there are many little shops, also if you’d like to eat on place. The bus departed on time, but arrived 1h later than planned. However, there is a warning on the website indicating that the hours can differ due to festivities and so on. The bus was old, and I guess that there was a time where the seats options functioned (massage + possibility to lay it). However, they’re still comfortable. The bus stopped at different locations approaching the city, so if you’d like to descend before the bus station, feel free to ask ! The 5-6 hours journey (including a 15’ break) went smoothly. They give a bottle of water and a little snack before starting. So, for 12€, I find it incredibly cheap !

Everything was great, but the support was very bad, made my experience bad

the bus stations and system north of bangkok is inadequate overall . there are no signs in english and its un orginized

left bus station on time but stopped 20 min @ tianchai office. safe driver. arrived 40 min late - partly due to heavy sunday traffic into bkk. booking easy trouble free

Busfare delayed half an hour from Chaiyaphum, otherwice good enough

Very convenient travel

i usually use Tianchai cos only 24 seats and lowest cost for VIP buses. driver was safe left on time and arrived bangkok within 30 min of schedule. 6 hr. only negative is this time many extra stops before leaving chaiyaphum. bus stops at rangsit future park and mochit 2 in bangkok. toilet on board and water/cake provided.
