通过12Go预订非常方便快捷。渡轮准时出发，船况良好，完全满足30分钟的航程。唯一的不足是Banjar Nyuh码头的候船区不够舒适。由于好几家渡轮公司共用一个候船区，所以感觉有点不太舒服，也比较混乱。

船上又热又闷，而且没有空调。由于狂风大作，窗户也打不开。

我们非常满意。船准时出发，船上人不多，我们还能坐在后排。我很乐意再次预订。

办理登机手续很快，只有短暂的延误。行程耗时40分钟。推荐。

总体来说非常好。比这里很多人的评价都要好得多。可惜的是，腿部空间有限，而且没有空调，所以非常热！

我们准时出发，一切都安排得井井有条。船很干净，而且配备了真正的空调，而不是那种小风扇。你可以打开窗户，也可以选择坐直或躺下。工作人员非常友善，还帮我们搬运行李。选择这家公司绝对是明智之举。

这次旅行很顺利，所以我又和同一家公司一起出行了。但我觉得他们告诉你，除非你给他们小费，否则你不能上楼，这不太对。给小费后你就可以上楼了。他们不守时。

太棒了！我提前一小时通过12go预订了。手续很快。

就其本身而言还不错，但也仅此而已！延误尚可接受（但延误也无可厚非）。我们安全地穿越了波涛汹涌的大海，没有丝毫不安全感。而且，在没有通风机和空调的封闭式超额预订舱里，这简直是一次高级桑拿体验！我提醒你，这绝对是前往努萨佩尼达岛的最佳选择之一——我甚至不想尝试其他任何评价更差的公司！:)

The boat was very small, no space for setting legs between the two seats,and staff was misbehaving for luggage, other then that everything is fine.

Our driver over Nusa Penida was Kama. If you want to make the best possible photos at popular attractions he is #1! He was quickly taking us through crowds of people, putting at the best spots and making photos and videos like a professional. I would highly recommend him as your Driver

Contact is poor. Tried to change dates and it gave me no option to pick time and than gave me the wrong time and it took me a long time to get the correct time through communication

We booked the ferry via a google search hoping it was legit and it was. Upon arrival, even though you have an e-ticket, you must go to the Angkal vendor who will give you a lanyard and the paper ticket needed. They stored our luggage so we could grab some food as we had arrived early just in case. We then made our way to the terminal. If you have a big suitcase like we did, bear in mind the physicality of getting it up and down the ramp to the harbour. The speedboat ferry is actually a very smooth crossing. It’s a great transport link between Bali and Nusa Penida. I would recommend having a taxi waiting for you though there are many upon arrival. I would also recommend booking your ferry in advance at least 1 day. Would definitely use again.

The Boat was almost on time, all good. But Air in the Boat is too hot, Ventilation poor and the Seats are far too small.

Bit rough, but than the boat went slower.

The trip was terrible. The boat was hot inside. I was literally sweating the whole way from Sanur port to Nusa Penida. And the boat didn’t leave on time.

Good communication

Fine, efficient, see was choppy but nothing they could do. Boarding was fast, boat was sturdy, check-in was easy. Everyone given life vests before departure. Pdf was slow in arriving so we had to wait for it to arrive before we could check-in.

I did not receive an email with a QR code for easy checkin and this delayed - I thought I was paying around 220K per ticket (around 660K in total) but the total came out over 800K - one reason of which was you sneakily added insurance and amd not sure about the rest. Tried to make a complaint but had to register with email then got lost and no time. Will not use 12go again for sure

I booked the ferry from Nusa Penida to Bali for 9.30 am and we arrived at the port in good time for boarding. When we went to validate our tickets, we were told that the ferry was leaving at 10.45 am because it was the Cuninghan festival. The problem was that nobody had told us our ferry wasn’t running, and as we arrived late, we missed a booking we had in Uluwatu.

Very warm and uncomfortable inside the boat when windows were closed due to strong wave. There were fans in the boat but they were not turned on until the last 10 mins of the journey. Don't know why.

Safe and fast trip. We arrived earlier and could change our tickets easily to catch the first leaving boat. Very good expérience

it’s not easy to reach the check in office. getting the luggage to harbour is difficult. walking path is difficult or non existent. the boat is safe and smooth.

ok experience. depart slightly late but ok. smooth ride. gets you to the island.

The boat trip was very quick, a little bumpy at times, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the journey.

Well coordinated however one needs to understand the process before otherwise you will be dragging your luggage all over between agency and Harbour. One person can get the boarding card and one can stay near the Harbour with the luggage.

Departure a little delayed, but arrived in time. Friendly professional staff and good vessel. Recommend!

No AC; even fans not working. Very uncomfortable seats

There is no AC. It’s crowded and mismanaged.

Old vessel, tight seat pitch, space for carry on bags too small, bad air inside, for 45 minutes acceptable though.

They wrote in the booking details there is air-con but there wasn't. Even due to the waves we had to close the windows. It was like a sauna during traveling

The ride was very rough and the boat slammed really hard against the water the whole time.

On the way to Nusa Penida we had to be in harbour 60 min before the departure time. 45 minutes before the departure time everyone was brought to the boat. Boat left 30 minutes before scheduling. Boat itself was OK. On the way back we had to be in harbour 60 minutes before departure time. 5 minutes before scheduling we got to go to the boat. This boat was old and seats very small. As European we did not fit in the seats. There was no toilet on board on the way back. It would be
