我从河江乘日间巴士前往宁平。巴士原定于19:30到达，但最终我22:00才到，期间换乘了好几次（4辆不同的巴士和出租车）。巴士公司会提供必要的路线说明，但不会主动更新行程信息。

公交车晚点了，没有人能告诉我们下一班车什么时候到。

The bus departed almost 2 hours late then its original time. The road that should have taken 3 hours was 4 hours . So instead of leaving at 15:00 and arriving at 18:00 we left at 16:45 and arrived at 21:00. Moreover the ac was leaking so the seats were wet. Not recommended at all

I booked a bus from ha Giang to tam coc and needed to transfer to the second bus in Hanoi. When I arrived, they told me the second bus had left me and I'd need to wait for the next one, one hour later. Window blinds were also shared with the cabin Infront and behind, which made the trip uncomfortable, as the other people wanted the blinds fully shut the whole trip.

The place was clear at the beginning, and the driver just dropped us off where we will stay :) one break and a safe drive

Good drive, felt safe. Unfortunately I was woken up and asked to move from a comfortable reclining seat to move to the back seat which isn't as comfortable! It's not clear on booking that you have to pay extra for the comfy reclining seats. We had specifically selected this.bus seeing the comfy seats in the pictures knowing a long journey we were taking so it was very disappointing at the time to not be a ble to use the seats

We had really a poor experience with this trip from Sapa to Hanoi. First we paid an extra to have the little seat which we didn’t get. Then, they advertised the trip to be 5 hours when honestly it’s more 6 hours. They’ll pick you up 1 hour before (around 2pm) because they will make 2 stops along the way. At the first stop, the guy told us we had 15mins, so we all came back to the van early after around 10mins. The driver wasn’t there. When he showed up, 20 mins after we stopped, the guy decided to go clean the exterior of his van while we all waited outside.. We finally left this fist stop after 40 minutes.. After that between, stop 1 and 2, it began to be dark outside and the driver was falling asleep for a good hour.. We didn’t felt very safe seeing how hard it seems for him to stay away. We finally reached the 2nd stop where we were suppose to stay 20mins but was finally a 30 minutes again, as he was not there after 20 minutes. And finally we reached Hanoi airport at 8pm. The only good thing is that the driver dropped us at our hotel close to the airport.

There was no instructions on how the transfer worked for the two companies for the entire distance. When arriving in Hanoi to transfer over to TBUS, no idea on how it worked, walked to their main office as shown on Google and it had closed down. Found a new address on their Facebook account and managed get to the office, where we had to wait and hour for the taxi (not limo). On the way to Ha Long, seemed the driver picked up a friend and one of us were forced to ride in an uncomfortable middle seat for 2.2 hours from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay.

They made me sit at the back even though there was nicer free sits more forward .

The driving and the lying down seats the whole duration gave us very bad travel sickness afterwards. We stopped for the toilet once. The driving seemed too fast, especially for a coach with led down customers.

Too much transfert and too much lost time.

Great experience, no busy bus and music not too loud. It was great and save trip. The driver was very good.

After waiting over 20 min in the rain the car finally arrived. Unfortunately the driver was really stressed and unfriendly - even rude and disrespectful. At least he dropped us up at our hotel.

Driver brought us straight to our homestay . Great and Safe Service .

The journey was too long and tiring. We started on a cabin bus that would take us to Hà Nội. The bus was fine and comfortable, but for the first part of the journey it was impossible to rest because it was beeping and stopping all the time to pick up and give parcels. Instead of dropping us off in Hanoi, it stopped in the middle of the road for another caravan to take us to the next transport. The caravan dropped us off at an office where we waited until a taxi picked us up to take us to the limousine. The limousine ride was very good. Finally, the limousine left us with another man who would take us in his caravan to the hotel. This last journey was the straw that broke the camper's back: the dirty caravan, the somewhat unpleasant man, travelling with his two children who literally jumped on us, jumped on our seats and bothered us the whole way. We couldn't do anything because they were his children and we wanted to get to the hotel. Finally, he did not leave us at the door and as there had been heavy rains, everything was flooded and we had to get into water up to our knees with our suitcases on top of us to get to the hotel. Without a doubt, it was the worst experience travelling in Vietnam.

We have seen 5 different ‘vehicles’ (taxi, bus, limousine) before we arrived in Ninh Binh.

The driver was very helpful and kind.

I took an 11:45am - 8:45pm bus Sa Pa to Ninh Binh. The bus was very comfy, luxurious (blanket, AC, USB ports). We got dropped off in Hanoi, got a mini-bus transfer to a different location in Hanoi where we had to wait 30 minutes until the driver picked us up. From there, we got a mini-bus transfer to a different location where we got onto the mini-bus that took us to Ninh Binh. I wasn’t expecting so many transfers but it all worked out well and they knew what they were doing/ where they were taking us. Only reason this isn’t 5/5 is because I ended up arriving in Tam Coc Ninh Binh at 10pm and not closer to 8:45pm as estimated (but to be fair their arrival time is just an estimate so you need to be flexible yourself).

Staff ignored that wife is sick. Staff was unfriendly avoided communication. Ignored me. I was able to ask questions and tell them that my wife was sick and needed the restroom or a plastic bag.
