Too many stops and delayed more than 45 minutes. Also the driver asked everyone to get down in the road, not in the station.

Start was only a little late but we picked up some other bus travellers and dropped them in different places. Due to this Out travel time was 40min longer.

It wasn't 'Poor' but it was less than 'Average', thus the 2 star rating. The journey itself was fine. The problem was the pick-up at the Jomtien Night Market. I went to the location provided by 12GO but there was no sign of anyone or anything that would suggest that I was at the correct pick-up spot. There was a reference on the confirmation email to "Check in" at the location which was very misleading because there was no place or sign indicating a check-in location. This caused stress, including when I tried to call the customer service number, no one answered. You have to do better.

The driver was rude, telling me to get out of a minibus, even thought i bought a ticket to the last station. Never again with this driver. On the other hand people on a reception were helpful, that was good.

The van departed with 10-2 minute delay. When we were about to reach Pattaya, the driver told us to change vehicle as he was going to a different direction. My destination was "Bali Hai office".

Comfort was limited due to a lot of luggage, but it was ok, and right on time. Nice driver

Not confortable, late and not alowed to eat our food meanwhile the bus has to go at 11h30 so we had to check out hôtel at 10h30 be there at 11h and bus Was late so we arrive at 3pm.. so you can t eat from wake up untill 3pm because they make you go in the bus but don t tell when when you leave.and .driver didn t ask us where we wanted to go down .

It took 3hours to Bangkok, too long And the driver didn’t tell us where we should leave

the minibus is uncomfortable, there is little legroom, the backrest is not adjustable, it was 40 minutes late to the destination

The driver was nice but he wasn’t sure where to take me and was lost.

Was late by over an hour.

Late departure. Departure gate not clear. Excessive amount of stops which was not communicated. Resulted in a very slow trip. The van was extremely comfortable, however

The bud didn’t run on time. We ended up like two hours too late. The bus also didn’t leave us at Bali Hai Pier. The employe at desk wasn’t the nicest to deal with.

Very cheap, good organisation and fast.

I ended up having to pay for Covid insurance. I do not remember clicking that option so must’ve been one of those ones that automatically added.

The van stopped no less than 13 times to pick up passengers and drop off passengers and packages. It was 1 1/2 hour late arriving in Pattaya. Next time we will take the bus that doesn't make all of the stops.

Ekkamai Station was chaos. There are different sets of service windows, both numbered from 1 to x. Finding which one I needed was the challenge. Surprised in that jndustry, so few of the employees speak any English so I was having to navigate with vague waves in different directions. The departure stands are also numbered from 1 ro x, of course, but they had destinations on the signs. except there was no sign for Jomtien and the one signed Pattaya wasn't the right one. There were no staff from the company you booked me with, who could have helped out and given reassurance. A minivan turned up well after the advertised departure time, and I got on. It was full and passengers were complaining about it. It stopped several times on the way out of Bangkok, to pick up passengers and even parcels it would be delivering. It stopped at all the intermediate towns through Chon Buri, Sri Racha etc, so didn't use the highway at all. It was a holiday weekend so traffic was heavy. We arrived in Pattaya about an hour later than expected.

I loved it. One stop for refuel. Really good start to a good trip to Bangkok.
