巴士晚点了 30 分钟。工作人员不是特别友好或以客户为导向。

对于外国人来说，旅游办公室有点混乱，但一切都很顺利。

小面包车，空调不冷。坐下来受苦，直到它到来。

很好，让我上了一辆较早的货车，但司机不高兴。尽管告诉他让我感到恶心，但我还是不得不坐在后面。他是一个脾气暴躁的司机。

小面包车迟到了30分钟，但我们还是准时到达了目的地......

原定11点15分出发，结果11点50分出发。司机看上去很累，不得不停车几次送文件、接人、加气、上两次厕所。花了一段时间，并不顺利。

Not the best way to travel by bus you get dropped off at a bus stop which I had to ask 3 people for directions to the next bus station and then I looked for company logo booth but no where to be seen so went to hua hin booth and showed booking so not much information had to figure it out lucky for me the lady at the booth put me on an earlier bus so I was grateful for that but other than that I recommend a coach to travel 🙂

I was lucky by chance and could catch a good seat. My luggage was quite big but the staff managed it well. Finaly we were in time and dropped a good place for me.

Driver picked up 2 persons along the way, eventhough there were no available seats. Had paid full price for a seat for my luggage, but driver made me put the luggage in the aile, so the two persons could sit there. Not really, what i paid for. A/C bearly worked. Driver talked a lot on the phone while driving.

They didn't depart on time since the van was not full... We had to wait till more people would come ...

The car stops too many places.

All Mochit stops were sold out so I booked for Ekamai. When I got to the station, I explained that I wanted to get to Mochit. They said okay. Then some passengers and I talked to the driver and asked if he could take us to the Mochit BTS. He agreed. Everyone was helpful. When I booked this ticket, I didn't understand that I had to buy another ticket for my luggage until I read the instructions again. However, the system wouldn't let me buy another ticket with my name again and then I read the instructions again and understood. When you buy another ticket (for your luggage), you have to put in "Luggage seat" in the field where the passenger name goes -- first name Luggage, last name Seat.

Driver forgot the busstation in Pattaya. When I asked hpw long before we reach the busstation he said no worry we will go back and he turned..

Organised chaos. Thought theE Ticket I had the on my phone was enough to get access on what I thought was the bus to Pattaya. How wrong I was. I was sent from pillar to a post trying to find the correct kiosk and bus to board. Meanwhile the clock was ticking away nearly missed the bus and at one point my suitcase was loaded to go on the wrong bus. 🙃

Pros- Everything was on time, when we got to the first van terminal they just had constant vans going out ( I recommend getting there 90 minutes before) Cons- in the images it said we would be getting a nice looking comfortable coach to Bankok but it was litterally a cramped minibus, aircon worked slightly but halfway through we were sweating, I’m sure this isn’t in all of the transport vans but definitely was In ours Overall I would definitely recommend for anyone who has time to spare whilst getting from place to place or wants to save a few pounds

Depart and arrived on Time even closer to Hotel, just sometimes a bit bumpy becuae of the roads 😅

Bit chaotic and cramped! If I pay for an extra seat for luggage I shouldn't then have to sit with luggage on my lap!

I was put on a bus other than the one I reserved. The drop off point was also far from the hotel.

I was dropped of 30 mins. walk from the point I should have been dropped of according to your website. So I had to take a taxi for THB 100 to get to the original spot where my hotel also was.

the price is lower than it should be almost double!

The address was hard to find. The driver dropped us off somewhere on a location that was not agreed.

The adress on the confirmation was not correct. We had to walk an hour to find it.

The drop-off location isn't near the pier as the map on the internet. I needed to take a taxi to my hotel afterwards

Staff is good but local language proble to explain and understand. Also my booking time was 8 AM but Bus coming 9 AM. 1 hour late.

Driver dropped me off at the wrong spot. I told him my drop off was at the T Tour Station and he said we can't get dropped off at the hotel. It was not the hotel, it was the drop off location given. Car was also hot.

Hard to find the boarding point. And the drop off point was changed to Mochit w/o notification.

We left Bangkok and arrived before scheduled time; good, careful driver; not too cold in the van.

Van was supposed to leave at 3.30pm. Instructions were to reach at 3pm at the station. So we reached at 3pm. Van only left at 4plus. Our estimated time on arrival to ekkamai was 6.30pm. We reached at 7.45pm. Driver had zero sense of urgency, making several stops to chat with his buddies on the roadside where there were no one getting off. When for a gas pump, several chatting stops, some dropoffs and only reach Ekkamai more than an hour late. Lucky for us, we weren't rushing for a plane or that plane would have left a long time ago.

The bus left with a delay of 1 hour

Bad experience. Supposed to leave at 1pm and by 1.50PM we were still waiting on a crowed, smelly, mouldy van with no signs of setting off and the staff all messing around. We had to complain when they the

All very quick and easy. Excellent service.

Driver dropped me nowhere near T Tour Office or my hotel location. He didn't care, he wasn't interested. He was only interested in getting to where he wanted to go. Vehicle was dirty inside.

Took over 3 hrs to arrive. They made me change vehicles and the second vehicle stopped multiple times for deliveries on route.

The van was so old and we spent quite long on the van to Pattaya. It would be great if you have a direct trip from Bangkok to Pattaya. The van drove pass from another city before arrival Pattaya.

Not on time.

Almost two hours late, with a very uncomfortable steering by the driver.

12go cancelled and informed me in advance which is fine. They transferred me to another service provider. However, that service provider(van) got too many passengers already. The driver was not happy with my big luggage and 12go did not give him the money(my ticket fee) in advance. The driver did not do any bad to me, but it would be good to adjust me with more satisfying service provider or have a better coordination in advance so that it will not affect to my experience.

Driver very rude with customers and not comfortable to sit inside because driver kept all bags inside. Driver very³ fast. But price cheap and arrival on time.

The operators were friend and helpful, despite the fact that I don't speak Thai. I went extra early expecting to have to ask where I found go to get my tickets printed, but they didn't even challenge it and just put me on the trip an hour earlier than I booked, so I got to my destination early. Awesome!

The driver was amazing!

I'm not sure if it was the bus company's fault or the station but we went from one bus stop, to somwhere else over the road, back to another bus stop. Left half an hour late but traffic ok so didn't arrive too late. Bus driver didn't speak English and couldn't seem to read a map so I'm not sure if I got off at the closest stop or not. Journey itself was ok.

We didn’t have luggage rooms.

1st all I ordered and paid for a mini van, instead it was an old bus. Big difference and staff at the counter were laughing
