我的座位在公共汽车的前面，但整个旅程中厕所的气味很浓。空调很冷，显示屏显示15度。巴士司机和他的帮助很友善。

Very easy to order the tickets, very friendly staff and greatfull support

It took much longer than the advertised journey time, with many stops along the way. The buses are quite old and the suspension on Thai roads could have been better.

Good ride, nice driver and constructer. Enough stops. Comfortable bus. Did arrive at 19:00 though. Am used to some delay but 2 hours was a bit much. Traffic wasnt that bad.

The bus was comfortable but quite old. We wanted to have upstairs seat but the layout on 12go was wrong and we got our seats, but they were downstairs. Downstairs was fairly noisy, extremely cold AC, and no separation between where the drivers seat and our seats, so we got lights from the front during the trip. It would been better if there was a curtain. Charging my phone was not working (outlet broken). The seat upstairs were much better. The bus was planned to arrive at 5 am but we arrived at 6.30 am. I had previous experience with sunbus that were much better : the seat upstairs are comfy and you can usually manage A/C

the bus was late on the way there and back (2h30 late each time)

Because in Mochit they don`t take out my bagage and if Ididn`t stop he driver he have drive away with my bagage. Nothing was open into bagageroom. And I have to stop driver and asking.. They have to remember to open anyway in case some passengers have bagage but they didn`t !!!

-I don't use Sunbus service ,so I don't know about service such as stopping for toilet -after checked in and sit into bus no information about faciliatory or saving demonstration from staff -set box food looked cheap -staff uniform who service on bus looked like local bus, without smiiling

Bus driver did a great job but the aircon was set to the max and was far too cold. The smell of urine from the toilets was unneccesary too

bangkok to chaiyaphum. decided to try sunbus again after a bad experience before. this time driver was safe and did not speed. blanket, warm water and bun supplied. bus seats noticeably dirtier than others. same number of stops enroute as thianchai & air chaiyaphum. departed 0810 and arrived at old chaiyaphum bus station 1305. no choice of stops in chaiyaphum as with other buses. 1 very short rest stop at pakchong 1030. no announcement how long we stop or check that everyone back on bus as with other buses. sunbus now continues to loei/chiangkhan so i tried to pay more to stop at next town after chaiyaphum +45km - conductor asked 150B extra - going rate 50. clearly he wanted to pocket 100! i went to the office in chaiyaphum to buy instead but he followed me and stopped the clerk from selling to me. I bought a ticket for 40 and arrived just behind sunbus. I get by with spoken thai and obviously no tourist but just being a foreigner means some try to cheat. Using 12go at least am not ripped off at the ticket counter and have an assigned seat. I prefer thianchai for lower price, better service, and more convenient stops at the destination.

Apart from being too cold it was a very comfortable. Arrived one hour early.

This was one of the most uncomfortable trips I've been on. The driver kept putting all the lights on at every stop. He was talking really loud to the conductor which made trying to rest near impossible. :(

The trip was reasonably comfortable. I wasn't able to charge my phone as the USB didn't work and the bus conductor wasn't helpful at all. :(

I always use SUN-bus and 12go. For me is that ok and feel good drivers and easy to book in 12go. have my account there and just log in when I need ticket, and that`s it. !! I do the the same back to Chaiyaphum to next day,..

departure on time. agent in chaiyaphum was unfamiliar with 12go voucher but believed me when i explained the ticket was prepaid. otherwise friendly service even claim tickets for suitcases. driver was extremely agressive on the highway more than normal often tailgating by inches and cutting people off. i travel this route many times but didnt feel safe. arrived within 20 min of schedule at mochit 2

Buss do not hav power to i phon or i pad and to telelfon!

First class travel highly recommend. Very comfortable bus and free cake and water

I paid for a VIP ticket and it stated that you get a snack and a meal on the ride. We got a muffin but no meal our bus stewardess could not understand English and the TV in front of your seat was not working

Picked up at another Sunbus station which was more convenient. Water and snack provided which is a plus. Nice quiet bus and arrived a bit early.

This is a brilliant service. Its only because there was no toilet tissue and my leg rest didn't work that I didn't give it 5 stars. Otherwise I highly recommend this company

I have always use SunBus when I need Bus, so for me is this a fine and good trip where I sit on top and in front and enjoying my trip with the water and small cakes I get from SunBus.

5 hours of comfortable drive. The bus has no toilet but it stops after about 2 hours to let the passengers do whatever for a while (enough to have a meal and go to toilet). The staff speaks no English but she was very helpful and friendly. I'm very content.

Had an excellent bus trip with sun bus company. On time, comfortable seats. Lcd screen on seat in front. Only 2 movies with English subtitles out of about 35 movies but enough for me. Bring your own headphones to plug in.

Good seats. Clean bus. You should really repair the broken window with 3 cracks going from top to bottom. Traffic going into Bangkok on a Sunday is a nightmare. Be prepared to arrive more than an hour later than scheduled. But that has nothing to do with Sub Bus.

Food offered was rubbish and TV all in Thai. Could do with an alternative choice and no WiFi available. That said made Bangkok in a little over 5 hours, shaving off 2 hours on regular service. Booked 3 days in advance and went downstairs and was very comfortable. Travelling around Thailand never easy, but Sun bus made it an"almost" better experience

very cold bus.they made it TOO MUCH over cold.it didn t was comfortable at all cause it was so cold. bus was new and good and it was in chiang khan earler than they promised.that was good.

I was very happy with my travel. All the staff were very helpful and the driver was very professional and skilled

It was really nice. They departed 5mins before the intended departure. Arrived 30mins before the intended arrival. It was great. My 2nd time using this bus, and this wont be the last for sure! :D

It was a very good trip. The staffs are professional. It left Mochit station on time but we arrived a couple of minutes late in our destination. I only wish though that the staffs speaks a little bit English. I am deffo doing it again with the same company. More powers to the company. Cheers!
