Corien G工作人员非常友善。登机时，我们收到了一个小袋子，里面装着糕点、酸奶饮料和一小瓶水，我觉得很贴心。飞机偶尔会在看似荒郊野外的地方停下来让乘客下车，我个人觉得挺有意思的，而且一点也不觉得烦人。旅途中，我们还休息了一会儿，吃了点东西，喝了咖啡。

Julius D由于我个子很高，前排座位又很松，所以这八个小时的旅程非常不舒服。我已经吸取了教训，以后会订更舒适的座位，因为腿部空间更大。身材较矮的乘客可能还可以。中途停站很多。

Audrey HOur bus from Chiang Rai to Sukhothai was initially canceled due to “operational conditions,” without any clear explanation. So we ended up taking this bus to Phitsanulok instead. The bus arrived an hour and a half late, and it was very hot inside, so overall not a great experience. However, special mention to the lady who took care of us on the bus — she handed out snacks, was very kind, and answered all of our questions.

All tourists travel with full International insurance already.

Chiara CBus ok, we had a problem in the selection of the seats. I had chosen row 1 + 2 but it turned out that row 1 does not exist and row 2 had no room for backpack. We managed to be moved elsewhere. Service very good, kind staff. Snack and water included, temperature ok (not too cold as sometimes happens)

R OBus departed as scheduled but dut didn't expect it to return to the bus terminal after about 5- 10mins drive to pick up more passengers & waited for a while. Stopped for a short lunch break in a nice local coffee shop. Food was inexpensive & the bus ticket included a THB 20 coupon to offset your lunch.

Thomas OThe bus was very old and worn out. The seat numbering system is confusing because the numbers are written on the back of the seats, and it’s hard to tell whether the number belongs to the seat in front or the one behind. Overall, it wasn’t a very comfortable experience.

Rodrigo AEvery thing was OK. Except : Seat Belt 2B broken it did not work. The staff was notify and do nothing. The seats 2a and 2b with the leather worn out and cut. Another surprise was that the driver assistant picked up some garbage from the bus, the driver opened the door in order for her to throw the trash out the door into the bushes. Also the Driver used the bus horn constantly, no very used in Thailand ( I am ok?). I hope you send this info to the operator.

Larissa MThe bus was on time and the ride was smooth. The ticket includes a bottle of water and 2 small (sweet) snacks. There is a toilet on board (but I didn't use it.) There was a stop for lunch around 11:30 which cost 30 THB and was very good. The seats recline and have a foot rest, which was comfortable enough for short naps. We arrived at Sukhothai bus stop around 15:00.

Ivelina DThe trip is ok, you need to get your paper tiket on the station on the departure date. At the station the tiket is cheaper, of course 324 bat to chiang mai, juste on the app was more easy for me. You get a water and a snack, and food voucher for 20bat.

2. In pdf that I got didn't content information about check-in and number of desk, the bus terminal Mochit is realy huge and find necessary desk isn't easy task

Thomas PSlow bus. Not direct. Nice scenery though. Wasn't aware of the limited leg room in the front seat behind driver. A bit too cramped for 6 hr trip. The two rest stops were appreciated, as was the 20tbh food voucher.
