The driver was a great chauffeur and informative. We had a very pleasant drive from airport to the speedboat. Everything went smoothly, was a time and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.

Honestly if you're looking for easy, no drama travel chose sudin transport. They are professional, get you to and from your destination safely and reply to WhatsApp queries quickly. Great communication. Couldn't recommend enough. I recommend just spending the extra bit of money and using this transport company rather than using public/shared transport it's much more convenient.

It was almost perfect. The only thing I would’ve improved, is some form of communication 30mins or an hour or a day prior to confirm the driver was coming. The driver was so precisely on time and not a minute earlier, meant the fact we hadn’t heard anything had me worrying that no one would turn up.

Boat was late on scheduled time and Captain didn’t speak English. Impossible to communicate.

This is worth the money. Driver arrived on time to the hotel and they even allowed us to adjust pickup time 30 min. Professional and kind driver with a comfortable car took us straight to the harbour including stopovers for snacks when we wanted. The boat ride was a quick 15 min from Lombok to Gili T.

Our return transfer was excellent from start to finish. The boat driver was incredibly kind. He sent us a photo of the meeting point in advance, helped us carry our luggage, and even stayed with us until the car driver arrived. His kindness made us feel very comfortable. The car driver was also wonderful. On the way to the airport, he stopped at a beautiful scenic viewpoint so we could take photos. He also took us to a souvenir shop, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, he drove safely and carefully throughout the journey. We felt relaxed and secure the entire time. Thank you to everyone who made our return trip such a pleasant experience. Super smooth, and first time I actually felt safe in traffic. The driver was super safe and careful.

A slight mix up with regards boat departing time, my sheet saud 1130, the boat captain said 0930. But apart from this everything went well and we arrived at our new accommodation in plenty time to enjoy the afternoon.

Can't fault. The ferry company changed the departure port halfway through our journey. No problem to the driver, he turned around. No issue and took us to the new port.

Amazing all-in-one service. From the reception of our hotel in Gili Meno where the private boat picked us up when the conditions of the sea were difficult and the car that was waiting at the harbour to take us to Lombok airport. Everything in 1 hour and 50 minutes.

Absolutely seamless! Communication was great, the boat was waiting for us at the jetty on Gili Air on time and the car was already waiting for us when we arrived on Lombok. Obviously a little more expensive than the public boat and a taxi but great for when you need to be at the airport early!

Friendly driver, even stopped at a supermarket to get a drink for me. Very flexible when my flight got cancelled and I arrived later in the day.

We'd barely landed and gotten into the car when the driver wanted to take us to a souvenir batik shop that wasn't on our direct route. The driver seemed a bit pushy...

This was absolutely seamless. We got picked up by boat from our hotel in Gili meno and when we arrived at Lombok our driver was waiting for us. The driver was careful and the traffic was not bad at all and we made it to the airport ahead of schedule.

Very smooth trip, I would recommend. Once we arrived the driver was there at time waiting for us with a board. We moved to the harbour, the boat was ready, no waiting, no issues, good communication, fair price (compared to my driver on arrival from last year, it was a bit more expensive but fair considering it is pre-booked and driver must wait for you)

The boat driver managed to get us back to Bangsal but be prepared that you clash against every wave on the way on the little boat. It feels very rough and if you are afraid of boat crashes you might not feel very comfortable.

Seamless, so much better than cattle class on ferry and bus.
