The air conditioning is way too cold for me to sleep comfortably. I wake up every few minutes due to this problem

The seat was comfortable the blanket cozy and the ride was smooth as hell. 30 minute food break in the middle (food included with ticket) and most of the time either watching a show or sleeping on my way to Chaing Mai.

AC was not working well and it was very hot and uncomfortable on the 11 hour journey, the bus stopped over 10 times along the way so we had toilet breaks and food stops. The journey seemed to take forever. Driver was very good and it was a fairly comfortable ride, only downfalls was the AC was blowing warm air and the bus was very old and in bad shape.

It was so cold true the airconditioning if you ask too lower it they look at you if your crazy

Genial! Muy agradable, con espacio! Éramos 6 asientos y fue cómodo. Había mantas, donde cargar, y una TV pero al ser nocturno no pusieron nada (por suerte) y nos dieron una caja con un bollo y zumo. Lo único que el aire acondicionado estaba muy frío pero reconozco que olvidé traerme algo para arroparme además de que llevaba ropa ligera por el calor del medio día. Por lo demás muy bien. Mi maleta estaba ya fuera cuando bajé, no se si por alguna razón a nosotros nos la sacaron antes pero vamos fui de las primeras en dejar la maleta y pensaba que saldría la última. Al principio estaba preocupada por cómo era ya que nunca he estado en Tailandia y menos aún he usado transportes de tanta distancia pero me alegra mucho que haya sido tan bueno! Juraría que llegamos antes de tiempo.

Nice staff, the bus wasn't really comfy but I arrived in time and staff was friendly and helpful! I recommend.

The comfort level in bus was not there. The seats are not great for long travel

The bus was a bit old and the seats were not extremely comfortable, but it was still manageable. Water and snacks were provided, but the snacks were not really good.

All the time there was a beep so you couldn’t really sleep. It was so annoying.

Bus was on time and we loved having a seat number so we could sit together. We got a little snack and water but only a 20 min stop where noone told us this was the only and that we should eat something there (we left at 7 am and stop was around 11:20 am). Then we did not stop anymore and arrived in chiang mai at 7 pm. So the bus took us longer then advertised but overall ok. The lady in the bus spoke only little English and was surely not miss sunshine ;-)

The bus was ok, but it was not really VIP. People that are quite tall don’t fit in the seats and that could be uncomfortable for the other passengers. The bus should place them in a more spacious seat. Staff of the bus was completely disorganized and didn’t know where tu place some of us despite having our codes.

It will be great if the bus line change these issues. (1) Lunch time 3pm (2)

Great new building, clean and shining. Nice way to wait and enter train. However… Signs to know where to go - not Good. Actually confusing. Not user friendly. And i am very used to travel and trains. Food court; many things to choose from. Unlucky Me, i picked some place that served a dish with BUGS in it. But We found something else to eat and bring on the train. Long journey, Good thing to be able to lay down and stretch out.

Only issue: the air conditioning too high, and no way to limit the flow. Rest is good.
