还不错，座位很舒服。缺点是我们等了一个人迟到，所以比预计到达时间晚了很多。空调有点冷，但总体来说还可以。值得推荐。

巴士不错，旅途也很愉快。但是，尽管我们订的是VIP座位，他们却想把我们安排在最前面，紧贴着车厢壁，几乎没有腿部空间。我们拒绝了，换了个座位。

旅途很愉快。可惜空调不能完全关，所以有点冷。

我们腿部空间很宽敞，还免费提供了水和小吃。座位上放着毯子，以防天气转凉（几个小时的旅程后确实有点冷）。旅途中途休息时，我们享用了免费餐食（意大利面、米饭和酱汁）。总而言之，这是一次愉快的旅程；我们肯定会再次选择这家公司。

房间有点挤，只要前面的人不躺在我腿上，我睡得还算不错。凌晨两点的停车休息完全没必要。休息站的免费食物看起来像是会让人食物中毒的东西。不过那里有个小超市。除了身上有些擦伤，其他都还好。

驾驶室每两秒就响一次，吵得我根本睡不着，要不是有高品质的降噪耳机，那声音简直震耳欲聋。中途休息站的食物又冷又没盖，就那么摊开着。考虑到坐飞机其实贵不了多少，还能省下8个小时，还不如坐飞机。而且他们根本不告诉你中途休息要多久，所以如果你不注意，他们可能就不清点人数就走了。座椅靠背也没什么用，因为腿部空间太小了。

公交车并不总是准时发车，管理通道的人很不愉快！我们本应乘坐飞机，但在到达机场前，巴士必须停下来让乘客上车，但我们不能下车，因为我们的钱已经付到了航站楼！我们仍然可以在距离航站楼几公里的一个加油站下车！至于座位，我们坐在驾驶员后面，但我们不得不把脚放在侧面，因为它们不适合放在座位和驾驶室之间！那样在巴士上度过 11 个小时实在不愉快！要有耐心！

车里有点味道，而且老是拐弯，不过车厢很宽敞，时间也过得挺快的。考虑到价格，一切都还不错。

工作人员很好，巴士不是很舒服，但我准时到达，工作人员很友好，乐于助人！我推荐。

原则上，为了钱，旅行是正常的。简单说一下等待您的： 1. 巴士于 23:20 停一趟，持续 20 分钟。 2. 巴士上有厕所。 3.每人一瓶水和一个馒头4.不是最新鲜的毯子5.最不舒服的座位是最后一排6.没有空调，有导风板吹强冷风。有些是可调节的，大多数是不封闭的，所以要准备好戴帽子或围巾以防止气流 7. 座位可以倾斜，有腿部空间 8. 收据上写给您的巴士号码不是上面的号码公交车正面有，但侧面写着大数字9.购买电子票后，需要到窗口打印票，希望这些信息对你有用。您的雅库特旅行者@kemys

车上提供的“食物”只有一包黄油饼干，所以记得自带食物！因为巴士不停地停车让乘客下车，车厢里灯火通明，非常吵闹，我们几乎没法睡觉。如果你想体验夜间巴士，那这趟车肯定不适合你。但对于预算有限的旅行来说，它完全够用了。

系统有待优化，因为好多次一旦退回再进时就需要重新开始再来一遍。

很棒的新建筑，干净闪亮。等待和上火车的方式很不错。但是……指示牌告诉去哪里 - 不好。实际上很混乱。不方便用户使用。而且我非常习惯旅行和火车。美食广场；有很多东西可供选择。不幸的是，我选了一个提供有虫子的菜的地方。但我们找到了其他吃的东西并带上了火车。长途旅行，能躺下舒展一下真是太好了。

唯一不足：空调温度太高，而且没办法限制流量。休息还好。

Toilette are not clean, the door was locked during the first 2-3 hours… always a Little « bip-bip » in the bus every 20sec, it’s not possible to sleep with that !

It was an easy way to get to Bangkok from Chiang Mai and the seat was actually quite comfortable. Something to consider, the toilet on the bus has very little space and I recommend bringing some tissues and disinfectant.

45 min delay, very old Bus, no WiFi

The bus ride was 13hrs total from Bangkok- Chiang Mai Thailand and I have no words to complain. During the entire ride most of us slept all through the night besides when we stopped to recharge with free food and drinks provided by the bus company. 10/10 trip and the staff were always so helpful and nice (even when I thought the bus left me running around scared lol!)

I had a great trip! The seats were really comfortable, I just wish I had brought a neck pillow, next time.

Lovely company, we were a little late and the company waited for our group which was very kind of them!

This bus was not super at all.i have lived in and out of Thailand for 26 year and this bus was a stranded vip no super so be careful with the picture and what they say

It was a great experience with great service. The only thing was that the bus was a hour late.

Mild Food poisoning? Felt ill after eating from provided buffet; however may have been motion sickness from top of the bus. Note for tourists everything is in Thai so make sure to have a translator app. No toilet facilities on the bus. Blanket, water and snack box were nice. USB chargers were also provided at the seats.

Ok but nothing fantastic, from the ticket price we were expecting a better service and more comfortable bus. Super VIP not better than other night bus we took

On time, sweet snack in the evening. 20 minutes to eat , waiting time included... driver talking, people talking, some "bios" during all night. Seats were rather comfortable not too cold. Harsh wake ups. avoid toilets if possible.

Watet Leaking on the air condition system, toilet in really bad condtion, but out of that very confortable bus and really on time. We arrived one hour in advance

For me the physical ticket was Bhat 850 ticket which I exchange at the counter that I purchased was 1200 Bhat so that was the big disappointment.The seats are just normal.Only different thing was the vip buffet which was served almost cold food half of the trip.My experience was bad.

Everything about the trip met or exceeded my expectations except for the dinner stop food. Normally the food is pretty okay but this time it was simply not good. One of the meatballs I tried seemed like it was spoiled and I couldn’t eat it for fear of gastro issues. Anyway, everything else was good. The driver handled the rainy roads very well.

They should do more stops. Just one in 11 hours of journey Is a bit heavy

העצירה למשך 40 דקות שלמות אחרי 3 שעות נסיעה היתה ארוכה מדיי ומיותרת בעיניי. מדוע היה צריך להדליק במהלכה את כל אורות "חדר הניתוח" שבאוטובוס ולא לאפשר לי להרדם? למה אי אפשר לעצור עם אורות כבויים? באופן כללי הנסיעה לא היתה נוחה, המושבים היו צפופים מדיי והיה לי מאוד קשה להרדם. The 40-minute stop after a 3-hour ride was too long and unnecessary in my opinion. Why did they have to turn on all the lights in the "operating room" on the bus and not allow me to fall asleep? Why can't they stop with the lights off? In general, the ride was uncomfortable, the seats were too crowded and it was very difficult for me to fall asleep.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the seats, and it smelled of urine in the bus

The bus was so cold that I got sick, even when using the blanket provided (and made it almost impossible to fall asleep). Otherwise the trip was good, but that level of discomfort destroyed the whole experience.

We took the overnight bus to Chiang Mai, and overall it was good value for money, but definitely a case of getting what you pay for. Ticket collection was straightforward, the bus was easy to find, and the station itself was clean, air-conditioned, and had useful facilities like a 7-Eleven and places to grab food before departure. As soon as we boarded, we were given complimentary bottled water and snacks, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, we were seated in the very back row, which made for an extremely bouncy ride. If you’re around 6ft tall, don’t expect much comfort or legroom—it was difficult to get any decent sleep. The attendant also kept my ticket after boarding, so when we stopped for a meal break, I couldn’t claim the food voucher that other passengers were using. I didn’t use the onboard toilet, so I can’t comment on that. We arrived in Chiang Mai absolutely shattered after a restless night, but considering how inexpensive the ticket was, it delivered exactly what we paid for. If you’re on a budget and don’t mind sacrificing comfort to save money, it’s a perfectly reasonable option.

Bus was 3 hours late. Got no chance later to buy food or drinks.

Good I got D- 1 upper deck front which made my joinery more comfortable as I could stretch my legs during journey

Very frustrating service - incredibly rude staff member. Very bumpy journey, impossible to sleep. Bus stopped unnecessarily multiple times on the journey for no purpose other than the drivers - very disappointed overall

The bus was the same in the 12go

A sleeper bus would be more comfortable for this journey but otherwise okay and stopped half way through for 20 minutes which was good.

Safely got us to our destination and enjoyed the buffet

The Food at the stop in the Night was terrible and there was thankfully a 7/11 next to the Food Station. The busdrivers were unfriendly but they drive is Safe to Chiang Mai. And the Bus was dripping water from the AC onto the seat. The yelling Lady at the stop was very annoying.

should not be labeled “super VIP”. it is average long haul bus experience. toilets is bad and looks like a regular toilet bowl poorly retrofitted on a bus. it has USB charger ports. plenty of leg room. the seats are probably the same as other non “VIP” buses. staff is not bad but not pleasant service either. rest stop meal is cold. there was nothing “vip” about it, just average. good thing is driving is smooth and safe.

Everything was good wxcept the toilet, the floor wasfull of water and toilet was full with water and poop.

Overpriced (not sure if it's 12Go upcharge) for the service and quality of the bus/ride. Upper deck very bumpy, hard to sleep. Usb charging not working. Bus was clean, blanket water and snack provided.

(1) my leg rest adjustment wasn’t working (2) the AC was making the space too cold (3) the blanket was too small to cover me fully (4) they took the blanket away too soon, much before the arrival

The seat was confirmation but tight. Hallway was tight too making it difficult to walk. The bathroom in the bus was absolutely not usable by women. There was a bucket with water on the side of the toilet. You could not when try to sit. If you cannot wait it would be terrible.
