The boat trip from Tong Sala Koh Phangan to Koh Samui was perfect as the way back. The boats were super on time and the luggage is well kept inside the boat. I would definitely book again with Songserm.

The bus was Comfortable, I slept well. They had some food (it was ok) for us while we waited for the ferry and my transfer van was there waiting for me. A better waiting area at the bus station would have been nice. Excellent timing.

Booking and check in was easy, the boat was on time, the only reason I did not give it a 5 star was that the boat was packed and a bit uncomfortable as your sitting shoulder to shoulder with other passengers.

About 15 mins late to arrive, maybe we left a bit late too. Sitting sideways the whole ride, and one of the workers sat in the opening blocking the air flow so it was hot! Once he moved I felt better again. Quite comfortable ride getting you from A to B for the best price.

Everything was clearly and well organized, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the boat was in like-new condition.

Overall, the service was good, but the trip felt quite long. The scheduled travel time was 1 hour 45 minutes, and in our case it took around 10 minutes longer. Compared to that, we used a speedboat on the return trip, which only took about 50 minutes, while the price difference was only around $3. So if you want to save a lot of time and perhaps enjoy a more exciting ride, there are definitely better alternatives for just a little more money. This ferry is more suitable for low-budget travelers or for people who prefer a slow and relaxed journey. There is air conditioning inside and a toilet on board, which is a plus. However, there were no drinks or snacks for sale, which I personally do not understand, as it would be an easy additional service and source of income. Comfort during boarding and disembarking could also be improved. You have to carry your luggage onto and off the ferry yourself, which can be quite tiring, especially when many passengers are leaving at the same time and you end up waiting in the sun for quite a while. Overall, it is an okay option, but there are better alternatives available for only $2 to $3 more.

Speedboat was on time, but not very comfortable.

We took the express boat from Phangan to Samui. It took about 30 Minutes instead of the advertised 20. The ride was smooth and good. But it felt like they allowed too many passangers on the boat which is why some had to sit outside as there was no more space inside. The baggage handling was bad. They were very unfriendly and in a hurry. After we reached Samui and i waited for them to unload everything, my travelpillow, which was attached to my backpack, was missing. Only after I asked the Lady multiple Times she told me that it got lost in the ocean in the process of getting my backpack onto the boat. The guys working on the boat who had lost it didn't even feel the need to tell me or apologize. So when i told the lady that i have to buy a New one and asked for compensation i was offered a pressed "sorry ka' ". Later she offered to take me back to phangan so i can get it out of the ocean myself, which i declined. I know it's only a pillow and now i know better than leaving it on my backpack but the way it was handeled is really unprofessional and making me mad.

It was hard to find the pier but once this was done the ride was ok. It left on time, the luggage was safe in a cabin. The sea was rough that day but the captain did great.

We arrived at the Petcherat Marina, checked in super fast with our e-tickets at the counter and the lady give us bracelets with our destination “koh tao” for identification. 1030 we went to the boat, where our luggage was first kept inside a locker. The trip had 1 stop, for the people who where going to another island. We arrived on time at Koh Tao, the trip was a little bit bumpy at some point, but everything was ok. The bad part is that my cabin luggage came out of the locker with some defects
