Janine H这次行程只给两星，因为总体来说还算顺利。出发时间比计划晚了一点，不过也没什么大不了的。如果现场能沟通一下就更好了。旅程本身简直糟透了。司机开得太快了，导致我们的巴士不停地摇晃。我们居然安全抵达了丰盛港，真是令人惊讶。更让人恼火的是，我们不得不预订并支付了三次行程费用，因为只有第三次才用得上。有一次，我们自己失误导致预订错误，还有一次，我们因为时间太长没赶上巴士。12go.asia 至少有一次没给我们退款，真是太遗憾了。

Nigel RThe ride was comfortable with enough stops during these 6hours. We were a little late in KL but ok.
Bad thing (and 5 others) booked a ride to Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, but we’re dropped off at the Bus Terminal a little more outside the city. The driver just told us this is his last stop and if we want to go further we have to look for another bus. Then he just left us there.
Not sure if this is his fault or wrong information on the website.
