公共汽车必须离开的办公室已经关闭。公共汽车本身比预定时间晚了 45 分钟，车辆很旧，绝对不是照片中的那个。空调根本不足以冷却公共汽车。代理人在公共汽车前 15 分钟到达并告知我们所有情况，但是在这种情况下和高价，我希望至少有一些折扣或免费瓦特。

公共汽车没有准时来。座位很小，我们一小时后到达，但总体来说还可以。巴士司机很好。

在顺化的接待点受到了很好的接待，但到达会安后却像屎一样离开了。小巴士，而大巴士计划。

顺化游客选择不从我们的酒店接客，但长途汽车旅程很好，厕所站是一家商店，除了出售的产品和干净的厕所之外没有其他设施，没有地方坐等，但这是一次相对较短的旅行。司机把我们送到离顺化酒店很近的地方，非常感谢

总的来说，物有所值，但不太舒服。两辆巴士都晚点了大约20分钟，回程巴士又等了20分钟才出发。如果你前排的人向后倾斜座位，你可能会产生幽闭恐惧症。出境行程（岘港-顺化）两次停下来休息，巴士避开了隧道，这意味着行程更长，有很多之字形转弯。尽管如此，公共汽车只晚了几分钟到达。主人非常好。

I used private car Hue to Hoi-an(Vietnam). Driver(name of AN) arrived on time car was super nice. Driver was guide few places on way to go. We arrival exactly right location. Really appreciate 12go HUE company and driver 'AN'

First off, the entire Hue to Da Nang journey took 3 hours, not 1.5 hours as stated on the website - this is very misleading. The driver was 20 min late, he called the hotel and told them that he would be late, I didn't receive any messages / whatsapp from the driver. Then the hotel front desk told me the driver was going to be late after I checked out. I could have waited a bit in my room if I had gotten the info earlier. The driver spoke very little, very little English, basic Hi, yes, no, sorry, nevertheless he was polite. I'm not sure if it's the Vietnamese culture, they just can't keep their hands off the phone. He was reading messages, texting, making calls and answering calls on the phone (no Bluetooth no "hands-free") throughout the entire journey. Hence he was driving slow on the fast lane while the other cars were honking and over-taking us.

Excellent service

The bus is small and very cramped more suited to a local school run than a 4.5 hour journey. Narrow seats and no leg room.

we really enjoyed our trip to Hoi An and our tour guide, Bon, was very good (we learn a lot from him); the bus was a bit old and it was not very spacious for tall peopke; also we jumped inside with every bumb in the road...

Conflicting pick up point info in 12go website. Driver and host were friendly, the ride was not the most comfortable though. All in all decent.

The bus has to turn back as the guide said a passenger was left behind in Hoi An. However we were only delayed for about 25 minutes . Not too bad

Turned out to be a small van rather than a bus, very little AC and the driver was kind enough to stop for him to have a bathroom break while no one else got the chance. Have seen much better service for cheaper in Vietnam.

Nice Trip and a Good driver and a nice guide

The bus was reasonably comfortable. The driver brought us all close to our accommodation. The driver was safe and efficient. The bus was on time.

Pickup time and location was unclear (I suspect 12go Asia picks a random spot?) And the bus seats were a little small, but a comfortable ride overall and the driver and guide were very helpful and professional. I would suggest that you email or call ahead of time to confirm pickup time and location. Also very reasonably priced compared to a taxi to da Nang then separate bus or train!

The bus was less then what I expected. Better off taking the faster after noon bus. Worth the price barely!

They pick up us at our hotel it was good but in Hoi an at their bus station and it was not easy to have a taxi from there

The bus had 1hour delay, we had to call them twice to make sure that they will pick us up. Other than this, we had no problem.They dropped us off in front of our hotel.

Pro: they picked us up right at our doorstep and came only fifteen minutes late. Con: - they stopped several times without reason. - very uncomfortable seats. - We were told during the trip we couldn't get to the centre of Hoi An. "No problem", we thought since we didn't need to go to the center. People with stops in Da Nang and right before the centre were dropped off to the centimeter. We were simply told, "you have to get out", and they took our bags out while we explained we were a five minutes ride away on the edge of Hoi An. No "sorry". No other options. They just left. We had to walk forty-five minutes along a busy motorway. This is actually the second time it happened during our visit to Vietnam only this time they had somewhat of an excuse. We are never travelling with these people again and probably never going to book with 12go again.

Stopped halfway at some cinnamon oil factory to try to sell it to us, then stopped to wash the bus and fill up with gas. Otherwise, picked up a couple of km away from our departing hotel and dropped off right outside our arriving hotel. Wifi on the bus was fast and free.

The pickup destination differed from what was expected from the ticket. That lead to some panicking on my part. But other than that, the ride was great and smooth.

It was not cleary where the bus shall stop at the busstation. The picture at e-ticket is not the same.

Good value trip, nice guide

The bus was late but it came eventually and got us to Hue! The AC worked throughout the whole trip and the driver was very helpful.

No airco

We booked a bus with wifi and, instead, we travelled in a car sharing 5seats in 6 persons for almost 4 hours keeping our backpack on our legs..very unconfortable.

Comfortable mini bus and careful driver who correctly drop off us to the our hotel in Danang.

Bus is tiny with small leg-room. It is also serves as a tour bus for people visiting Phong Nha Cave from Hue so lots of pick ups before you leave the city. No water unless you are part of the tour.

Not a nice trip. the minibus was packed and we had to sit separately, us two in the bsck with the luggage and our daughters next to the driver. We were dumped out of the bus by an unhappy driver next to a hotel where they didn't let us get out, not a great expérience at all.

On their website the bus company promised free pick up from your hotel - before you purchased the bus ticket Once you bought the ticket, they send you an email, that they will not send for you a free pickup... VND 135.000 taxi bill exzra
