卧铺车厢非常狭窄，没有任何储物空间，但除此之外，服务还可以。车票上和工作人员告知的换乘时间应该更清晰一些。我最初被告知半小时后会在金边继续行程。但到达后，却被告知还要再等3.5小时。更糟糕的是，我到的站不对，被嘟嘟车送到了另一个车站。而且，这趟巴士甚至没有开到贡布，只到贡布，在那里我不得不再次换乘。如果我事先知道换乘时间这么长，我肯定会重新安排行程。

组织有序，巴士也很棒！从金边出发，乘坐超豪华双人卧铺车厢抵达边境前，然后短暂换乘同一辆巴士抵达边境，再乘坐空调良好的小巴前往曼谷。一切都是一流的，卧铺车厢更是一流。

司机不错。小型货车车况很好。晚点了10分钟，没事。中途停了20分钟，活动活动腿脚，上个厕所，喝杯咖啡。

旅途愉快，很快就到了。可能是司机的错，但看起来并不危险。司机只在有车流的路口跳车，这对安全来说可能很重要。如果你身高不到1.80米，座位还可以。身高不足1.80米的话，座位就比较挤了。可惜不是每个座位都有安全带，所以我们换了座位。

乘车快捷方便，中途有短暂的上厕所和吃饭休息时间。

旅途非常愉快，车子也很干净。我给了四星，因为我们的行程晚了30分钟才开始。

车厢很不舒服，座位太挤，空调也不好使，几乎全程我都感觉不安全。司机一路不停地按喇叭超车。尽管如此，巴士还是准时到达了。

他们超额预订了我们原本预订的那辆面包车，所以把我们安排在了下一班……假设我们会有一辆类似的面包车和相同的座位，那就没问题了！但当我们上车时，发现这是一辆大巴，我们挤在最后面，坐在最颠簸的座位上。我们也晚了一个多小时才到达目的地……

Had to wait 2 hours for our connection, and then the another 2 hours for our ferry. We ended up being over 4 hours later than expected and weren’t told once we were delayed and no apology

I arrived 3,5 hours later on location.

Overall great experience. Sleeper bus very clean and comfortable. The mini van ride was comfortable as well. The boat ride efficient. Everything worked as it should. The stuff very friendly. And careful handling of my luggage. I wish the trip would have been without the change in Phnom Penh. Somehow I had missed this information during booking. But in the end everything went well.

Very comfortable and on time

reasonably well worked out, but it is heavily advertised as a single sleeper bus and not described as many different buses that are not the same as advertised at different points in the trip.

Bus advertised wasn’t used for the whole trip, spent three hours in Phnom Penh waiting around for a minibus to take us to Sihanoukville, ended up missing the scheduled ferry and got to the final destination in Koh Rong 4 hours late

My trip was supposed to be at 2pm, but the VIP Van arrive at 3pm.

It was a smooth ride.. got in early. Didn’t know I was going to have to sleep next to someone though.

Efficient, on time, clean, well driven, friendly and helpful staff. Easy online booking experience. Would use again and can recommend this website/company to book travel tickets.

We booked what was advertised as a VIP sleeper from Siem reap to Koh rong. Turns out when we got to the check in desk that we’d only be on the sleeper for 6 hours and would need to get off of this in Phnom Penh, wait an hour and then at 6am get on a mini bus. Which to add was one of the most cramped, uncomfortable buses we’ve ever been on. The sleeper bus itself is great and no faults there but the advertisement of the trip itself was very poor

The first sleeper bus was really comfy, but the transfer to the seating bus was really disappointing in Phnom Phen. I was expecting to get more sleep in that night transportation! And the organization was a bit messy for those buses as well! I really didn’t appreciate this part

Comfy bus but AC didn’t work and the bus was full at the connection so we had to wait 2 hours and missed the ferry we were supposed to take. Got there only 3 hours later but still annoying.

slept good onky the travel from Phnom Penh to the other place whas a notmal van anf sit not soo good

I booked last minute and the only available seat was the front, middle, between the driver and passenger her seat. Partially my fault but the seat should not even be offered. There is no place to put your feet, and the seat is on the transmission hump. It’s hard as a rock and there is not even a seatbelt. It was 4 hours of discomfort. The things we accept for flexibility. Needless to say I won’t make this mistake again!

It was written “sleepy bus to Kampot”. We stopped at Phnom phen in the middle of the night to change into a small uncomfortable minivan for 4h. Terrible night..

Bus was really comfortable and nice beds and curtains! No bathroom which was weird considering how nice the bus was. Made a lot of stops in the night and would just stay parked for long periods of time, also ended up getting to destination an hour before we were supposed to, so we waited 1.5 hours for our transfer instead of 30 minutes, which was a little rough at 5 am but also seems to generally be the way busses are here.

This company is very unorganized. Nobody seemed to know what was going and nobody was able to provide assistance. Our sleeper cabin had no window and the AC was turned so low you could barely feel air coming out. We were incredibly hot all night and were sweating in our windowless wooden box. We were woken up at 5:30am for a transfer and had to wait for 1 hour until the transfer bus arrived. We have taken many sleeper buses throughout Asia and this was the worst.

Love thé sleepingbus. Stupid to arrive in thé Middle of thé night and have to wait for 2 more hours...

Overall, I'd rate the ride as relatively comfortable. My only complaint is the poorly functioning air conditioning. It was 36 degrees Celsius outside.

I booked a single seat up high for my friend that has mobility issues and our seats were switched to two low beds. I did not like no windows which should have been explained. It was very clean, blankets nice, staff was very helpful. Loved getting help with our luggage from taxi to the stand. Very impressed with the gentleman outside working there! Inside staff at counter were friendly and polite.

It was not specified that a bus change was a 1h 1/2 delay.

Ticket was for a sleeper bus. Sleeper bus was very comfortable. Stoped for 1hr at services for toilet / food and drink etc. arrived to Phnom Penh in which we was transported onto mini bus which we wasn’t clear when booking. Arrived at Phnom Penh at 5:10am, was told would be leaving at 6:30am. I went to the shop and left my partner at the depot and she was confronted at 5:45 telling us we need to get on the bus outside , it’s leaving now I need to hurry up etc. 5:50am we was on the bus. The bus driver was messing around in the area until 7:15am. Took us to the fruit market so he could get breakfast, then took us to the depot so he could have a cigarette with his friends. The bus was full with 0 seats. 0 space in the walkway as was rammed with bags. The backbench we was sat on had bags rammed underneath them so had no footspace at all , had a sit with our feet up on the rear seats. When the driver then left he decided to stop on 3 extra occasions trying to pick up local people when it was visually clear there was no space. We didn’t arrive until 10:30am. The journey should have been 2hr 30mins. Absolute joke of an experience

Everything worked fine, the driver was very nice and we arrived on time with enough breaks. Space in the bus was very limited, so I'd rather pay a bit more for the possibility to move my legs :) But that's how it works here - everything ok👌

I didn't know about the layover in Phnom Penh; it wasn't clear when I booked. The layover involved a tuk-tuk ride through a very dirty area. The drivers were all friendly, and the vans were clean.

The seating is uncomfortable, very crowded and there is no legroom.

No seat belt available on seat 2 in the front row and very little leg space. In Phnom Penh we had to take a tuktuk to get to another van service to Kampot. No one informed us upfront.

The Bus Transfer was exzellent, but the change to the van terrible, Full overloaded with Not enough Space for all the lugguage

The trip was good and comfortable but the AC was Too high and we could not Shita it off individually.

From start to finish a journey I won’t forget! Collected from hotel to the pier. Please note we left at 8am and the journey takes 7 hours not the 4 that was stated here. Very interesting going through the floating villages. It certainly didn’t feel 7 hours.

For the whole trip from Battambang to Phnom Penh there was a loud rattling noise on the bus that made it impossible to sleep even 5 minutes

The bus was almost one hour late. Apparently there was a confusion on the pick up point (we waited at the location mentioned on the ticket but the bus was somewhere else, finally they came at the right place). The journey was ok and the driver kind.

It is no direct connection. You have to change in Phnom Penh. And this was the annoying Part because you have a waiting time in the morning between 5 and 6.30 am. However we arrived in Kampot 2h earlier than planned.

The bus from battambang to phnom penh was really super comfortable, I highly recommend it! The mini-van to Sihanoukville though was a catastrophy. I've never seen a vehicule in such poor condition, and the driver was on his phone all the time. He veered of course several times, it was very dangerous. I cannot believe the same company offers such different services. Also double check the arrival time, the trip is way shorter than announced.

The night bus wasn't like the one in the photo, but it was definitely more basic. The transfer from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville was in an old van overflowing with luggage, with several heavy bags thrown on top of the bags.

The company doesnt inform in advance that you must change the sleeping-bus in Phnom Phen for a Van. They pay a tuktuk for this situation and everything went well, but they must inform.

Unaware that the transport provider didn’t actually transport to Sihanoukville. On our arrival in Phnom Penh we were told of our departure time, then when this time arrived we were shuttled into a tuk-tuk and taken to another provider without any other information. The other provider left about 90 minutes late and the van was not to the same standard as the journey to Phnom Penh.
