巴士准时，与预期没有什么不同。

我无法在巴士上就座。我来到了 pdf 票上的地图上的位置，但巴士没有到达。那天晚上我不得不买一张新票。你能退还这张票的钱吗？

Overall, the ride was smooth and we arrived a few minutes early. The driver and the staff at the Sakae Bus Stop were very kind despite the language barrier. However, at the next stop, a female staff member was quite rude when checking the bus. I didn't know the rule about keeping curtains shut, but her manner was very cold, making me feel like a nuisance even though I was just enjoying the view. It felt like a bit of a 'bias' treatment—sometimes you encounter people who are cold to foreigners right off the bat, as if they expect us not to respect their customs. While the rest of the staff was great, her aggressive tone was unnecessary and felt quite dismissive. I don't mind following the rules or being spoken to in Japanese, but I expected a level of courtesy that was unfortunately missing in that interaction. Later, the driver asked me to change seats because someone wasn't feeling well. He spoke only Japanese, but he was so polite that I didn't mind helping at all. I did notice other Japanese passengers who were awake and had empty seats next to them, so I'm not sure why I was the one asked to move, but because the driver’s approach was kind, I was happy to cooperate. Personally, I like my curtains open to see the view and the sunrise, but they don't allow it, so I just slept the whole time.

Everything was great. We had no problem. Pura vida !!

I was afraid it would be cold in the bus, but it was ok!

All good, just some weird noise coming from other passagers. Got woken up because someone screamed.

The trip was very nice, I just wish the buses would have a charging outlet for me
