Saigon Golden Train

不要有任何期望，你不会失望的，我在旅途中大部分时间都能睡觉并为我的电器充电

车厢还算干净，虽然床单上有几处污渍。厕所地板上全是尿渍。火车行驶起来比较吵闹颠簸，很难入睡——建议带耳塞。我们预订了两个下铺，但实际被安排了一个上铺和一个下铺，当然，还要和别人拼床。只要你不指望有多么豪华的体验或者能睡个好觉，这趟火车之旅还算可以。取票地点和凭证上显示的不一样，我们只好在前台问了一下，有人很乐意帮忙。

床垫很硬，空调绝对结冰。带上保暖的衣服。

+ 总体舒适。方便使用的厕所和水槽。良好的照明、空调和充电设施。 - 然而，床单一点也不干净。枕套尤其令人震惊。胡志明市火车站的信息本来可以更好，因为很难拿到我们的车票。

西贡黄金列车太棒了！导航车站并让火车准时出发非常容易。我不确定在清洁方面会发生什么，但我很高兴看到一个干净的小屋，里面有床和地板。厕所也还算干净。我在更坚硬的地面上露营过，用过更脏的厕所，所以住宿条件超出了我的预期。我们比计划晚了一点，但这对我来说效果更好。肯定会再次采取。

火车之旅还行，但远不能称之为 VIP。比 1. 级更干净、更舒适。关于在哪里买票的描述不多，但 12GO、Golden Saigon 员工和当地火车站员工提供了大力支持。

我们很享受这趟夜间火车之旅，但车厢并不像图片上那么漂亮……床就像地板一样，金色火车车厢里的厕所很恶心……一开始没有卫生纸，也不干净……对于私人车厢的额外花费，我们期望会更高。但是通过 12go Asia 预订非常方便，服务也很棒。

一次愉快的旅行。我们有一个 18 个月大的孩子和一个 5 岁的孩子，发现卧铺车厢非常适合我们的需求。我们不得不用行李箱防止宝宝从床上滚下来，但一切都很顺利。有些深夜派对狂欢者一直吵到午夜。唯一要做的事情是确保你不会错过你的站。我们设置了闹钟，但最终在早上 6 点而不是 5 点 30 分到达那里，因此错过了一些额外的睡眠。一旦火车安静下来，睡到火车安静下来会让人感到舒缓。12goasia 易于使用，我们到达后没有遇到购票问题。

Took vip 4 sleeper. We were 3 adults from same family. A father and young daughter had 4th bunk in cabin. Turned our lights out and slept reasonable well. It's train travel, so you do have a bit of noise and rumble and tumble, train stopped twice for 30 minutes each time, we got a knock 30 minutes before our station came up. Would definitely travel again my train, once dawn came up it was amazing traveling through towns and waving to the locals..

No problems! Exceeded expectations, although the place to get your ticket for golden trains at Saigon is not kiosk three- go to the information desk :)

Bathroom was dirty. Not sure what VIP meant but it was a shared bathroom in a coach. Interior was and felt muggy. AC ran high for a good while but was turned down 1/3 off the trip in. Earplugs didn't help those all the noise from the train track and movements in train. Only water was provided. No snacks but vendors came around with snacks to buy like boiled eggs, instant noodles, drinks. Bed was firm.

Hmmmm... had a so so Experience- one of the staff in blue uniform( female) in charge of # 10 train car was pretty brutally mean towards myself and my wife , we bought tickets online ahead of time( 2 weeks) and received our tickets at the Ho Chi Minh City train station- as we were boarding, the lady in blue, took our tickets and pointed to car 10. We found our cabin, got settled in, she came along and ordered us out!! Pointing to another cabin 2 doors down- abruptly demanding hurry hurry- ( very bullying)As I was putting my shoes on she yelled hurry hurry!!)...WOW!! Then after we finally got relocated- She ordered us back into the original cabin!???!! Also we paid 135.00 USD for 2 adult sleeper!!- I think the local people paid 20.00 USD or 464,000.00 VND

On time and reasonably clean.

Train nowhere near as good as Se1. Not as comfortable as no power socket nr bed

Cabin was comfortable. Toilet was clean at the beginning of the trip, but not towards the end and the cabin was slightly mouldy. Those are the only complaints. Loved the song when entering HCMC!

The cabin we had was fine, for 4 people. It was clean and tidy. The bedding was clean. The wash area and the toilet were also clean. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The journey itself was very bumpy and the train was noisy on the track so we got very little sleep. Booking through 12go.asia was easy and straightforward.

Very good service from 12Go Asia. The train trip itself was good. We arrived in Saigon earlier than we expected - 4am instead of 5:25. The beds in soft class are still quite hard, but everything else was good.

Trip was comfortable, and was actually an hour early, which is impressive, a little bit cold, as you can't turn off the Aircon. Happy with trip

easy to book and to pick up tickets. it was nice to travel with a group of 4 so we had the whole cabin to ourselves. Saigon Golden Train SNT1 was not quite as clean and nice as expected, however we still enjoyed our trip! we would do it again!

Not as good as advertised. I found the Vietnam Railways 1st class sleepers much better

Good service

Booking and ticket collection were seamless. My only complaints would be the freezing cold air conditioning through the night and sheets were not clean, which I had expected on the normal service- however on the Golden Train which is 3x price, I would expect clean sheets.

Train and cabin was great on SNT1. We have travelled slowly from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh all on train and this was the best leg by far. Cabin very clean and new, toilets very good throughout journey. Only negative was I am certain we booked on later train and we only realised at last minute that confirmed booking was made on earlier train, whilst confirmation still showed later arrival. Arrived HCM with 7 and 9 year old at 4am with no accommodation. If booking online I recommend double checking your ticket after confirmation comes through.

Bed linen and carriage was clean and train arrived in Saigon in time. I have given this journey 3 stars as it wasn't worth the extra money - Saigon Golden Trains charge double the price of the normal Vietnam Rsilways sleepers. For the price difference you get clean linen and a face wipe. Karen

Lovely little room but quite noisy to sleep in and the toilet wasn't too pleasant, needed a good clean!

Not great like the livitrans or orient, but better and cleaner than the Vietnam railways. The air con was very cold and we could not adjust it. One of the restrooms wasn't functional. That was an inconvenience.

Not always easy to travel with large group (12 total), and we are lucky to have 12go to help with arranging this leg of our journey! Smooth and easy travels from Saigon with nice staff and clean bathrooms (a welcome surprise!),. Looking forward to booking with 12go again!
