We really enjoyed this journey, stunning scenery to Dalat in the day time. The bus was really comfortable (even at the front with the driver) We felt safe at all times. We stopped for a loo and refreshments break on the way.

Great communication about pick up time, comfortable seats, arrived early. Safe driver.

The driver let us know the morning of that they couldn’t pick up from our hotel. When they picked us up at 1030, we drove 5min down the road and then stopped and waited for half an hour. At about 1100 we drove to another hotel and picked up more people. Then we drove for about 10mins and then stopped again and waited for more people to come. Finally at 1130 we thought we were on our way out of Nha Trang. No we stopped a further 3 times before making any distance out of Nha Trang. We were meant to arrive at Da lat at 1300 and we ended up arriving at around 1500. This is a lot of wasted time and very frustrating as we could have either been enjoying more time in Nha Trang rather than sitting in a bus waiting for other people. Better planning is required.

The support was great! Told me about the change of vehicles, advised me on the road and potential motion sickness. The ride was mostly smooth and comfy.

12go were great to deal with. I had trouble receiving the ticket email, but they assured me we would be picked up, and we were on time and exactly where they said. The driver was very competent and drove the windy downhill road very fast, sometimes while he was on his phone!

The vehicle was excellent. Very comfortable and extremely clean. The driver picked us up from our hotel in Da Lat and dropped us off at our hotel in Nha Trang. They communicated with us before the journey and explained us our seat numbers. Also, during the journey they stopped at a lovely location for coffee and tea. 10/10!!!
