他们在途中的Mueang Mai警察局站接我们，这样我们就不用一路开到普吉岛了。我提前在网上给他们打电话和留言，因为我买不到那站的票。小巴很不错，还带卫生间。我们比预定时间晚到了30分钟，但我们并不着急。

性价比还可以。虽然有空调，但太阳出来后会稍微暖和一些。延误了30分钟。工作人员不太友好。

下午2:30的巴士很遗憾无法通过网站预订。此外，下车站点只允许泰国人或贿赂司机的人下车，而且位置随意。我们发现贿赂司机这条路时已经太晚了，结果晚了15分钟才下车。在泰国人下车的站点，我们根本就没法下车。

公交车准时到达，司机开得很快但又很稳。

巴士很不安全，没有悬挂系统。我们被告知可以在JW万豪酒店巷下车，但司机拒绝停车。我们不得不支付800泰铢才能回到原本应该下车的地方。司机倒是多次停车让泰国人上下车。司机态度冷漠，毫无帮助。

这是一辆可怜的巴士，空调完全被毁坏了。他必须在车上有无线网络，当我们到达巴士时，当我们询问密码时，他们笑得很开心“唯一的无线网络，它是面板（标志）！！！整个旅程都带有非常强烈的气味洗手间？

公交车还行……不过，我觉得最糟糕的是不能在座位上关掉空调……

停了好几次。只是在没有任何通知的情况下休息，而且延误了1个小时。不过想想我付的钱，我觉得还好！

满载乘客的车但还是接受了更多人站在车中间应该有所改善

巴士从普吉岛出发晚点了两个小时，不知道为什么。之后的旅程一切顺利。

旅程还算可以，但有些超车动作比较冒险……鸣笛似乎能起到很大的作用。从拉廊到普吉岛（将近7个小时）的路上只停了一次。

网上订票非常顺利，连座位号都正确无误。一切都很完美，除了在普吉岛延误了一个小时。预订转机（快艇、机场）时，一定要考虑到这一点。

这些人帮助了我们，我知道我来自哪里，那些不会说当地语言或不是当地人的人会感到沮丧，所以我真的很感激他们的善意。谢谢我的朋友们。

巴士上有脚臭味，在前半段旅程中，他们经常停下来让其他人上车。然后那些人就会站在岛中央，靠在坐着的人身上。我知道他们只是想赚钱并为人们提供更多的交通，但这让旅行变得更加不舒服。

工作人员很粗鲁，在旅途中重新检查了我的车票约 5 次，还把我叫醒。我不可能从另一扇门偷偷溜上车……座位安排意味着我旁边有一个家伙，他几乎在旅程的一半时间里都抱着我，但巴士的后半部分是空的。空调机组显然正在熄火，听起来就像一架 747 飞机正在最后降落在屋顶上。我们比目的地晚了一个小时。我并不介意，但我觉得值得一提。

旅途愉快，网上订票帮了大忙（拉廊的售票员英语不太好）。每个人都很友好热情，但巴士在旅程结束时晚点了大约一个小时。对我们来说没什么大不了的，但如果你行程安排很紧，一定要注意这一点！

预订的巴士因故障取消了。不得不晚一个小时才上车。旅途还算顺利。没去上厕所。车上的Wi-Fi信号不错。

I took the bus from Phuket to Ranong and it was a super good trip the bus was in good condition, air conditioning worked, there were seat belts and a pee break about halfway through.

The bus were exactly on Time and super helpful.

Bus left on time, but arrived about 1,5 hours later than expected (no taxis in Ranong at this time - so if you don't want to walk, organise a pick-up with your hotel beforehand). Took forever to get out of Phuket as bus stopped so many times. Other than that it was rather comfortable. AC was nice, but never too cold as you could regulate it yourself. Toilet and food stop about halfway.

The trip took longer than expected, but it was relatively comfortable.

I did not take into account how many stops the Express made.. Arrived in Ranong after 10.00pm...the bus terminal..was very dark...no taxis in sight

Too bad the almost 3h late when you planed to get to your destination by day,but otherwise the rest was quite good, small attentions as a water bottle, the WiFi connnexion was correct

Okay experience. Bus was quite old, seats were a little cramp, but it got us to our destination in good time.

Overcrowded, bad condition of bus, mechanical noise. A/c stopped working onway .did not feel roadworthy.

The A/C was totally unable to compete against the heat, try to get a seat in the front as you'll have the heat coming from the engine room in the back of the bus. Wifi was non existant although advertised. Bus made many stops for locals and arrived an hour late in Ranong.

Smooth drive, AC worked ok and we were only a bit late. I am satisfied!

The bus had an accident. We were stuck for 2hours before another bus come pick us up. The other bus was crowded and my girlfriend and I didn't had anywhere to seat for the remaining 2 hours of the journey.

We were asked if we would like to go earlier than booked as we arrived at the station far too soon. This was great for us. The bus left very promptly at the designated time. The bus was comfortable and the journey looked beautiful from our window.

It’s a long trip. The back of the bus is not air conditioned, you’ll stick to your chair with sweat in 39 minutes or so. WiFi also isn’t there. The bus is bumpy, and if someone decides to use that restroom the whole bus can smell it. But- the price can’t be beat. If you want to save money and have extra time, just psyche yourself up for it.

Good service.

Bus left on time, stopped along the way, rather cold with the a/c on full blast, arrived a little after projected time.

The bus turned up on time. One star. The staff were efficient enough I suppose. Another star. Thats where it stops. The bus was an antiquated piece of junk with rust starting to come through numerous panels. Inside nothing worked, including our seat belt buckles (neither x 2) and the on-board toiler stank the whole bus out when used. It was supposedly an express service. It sopped constantly to pick up and drop off locals, so it was an hour late. Just a local bus.

Company seemed to have called our hotel near Phuket airport and told them, we should be 2hrs early at the bus stop as bus would leave earlier. Waited more than 3hrs, as bus left Phuket town 40min late!! Drive and reserved seats OK. Arrival in Ranong 2hrs later than schedule. Seems to be more a problem of bus company (rungkit) than 12go.asia

Overall it was a good price. WiFi won’t work all the time. You get water for free. And you won’t be at time, but that seems to be normal with these busses.

The tour from Phuket to Chumpon was okay, the ac was really good, almost too good, but the wifi wasn't working after all. The staff tryed to fix it, but it only worked for 2 minutes. besides that everything was okay and we arrived 10 minutes early...

The driver was careful and safe, staff were friendly. The leg room was good. The bus left on time but we arrived 40 minutes late for a 6 hour bus ride. The ticket said express yet we stopped 20 times. Such is life.

bathrooms r very bad, also no Wi-Fi !@#$

This bus was ok. It was very busy. But was quiet fun to experience. Just make sure that you are first to get back on the bus at the rest stop! The bus conductor was very very helpful.

I give plus point to pick me up in the intersection from Pak Song (as I called them day before to pick me from there); but point minus for the rest of the service. They gave us water, but no snack (as it was advertised). When they stopped for WC pause, they stopped without informing us, so we eventually figured out ourselves that it is sort of break. No-one mentioned, how long the break gonna take, or if there will be more breaks... They have promised me me they'll call me taxi to the Phuket airport right from the intersection to the city, but they did not... they forgot to stop in that intersection at all; if not one English speaking passenger who reminded me THAT is a spot... I would have been just dropped off in the bus station, despite we agreed differently. Bus itself is average, a bit oldish but good. Service is under average, comparing with other bus rides I experienced in Thailand. Bus ticket is cheap, though. Do not expect much from this one.

If they could tell when the drivers are going to eat, so you can get yourself something then its 5stars

Comfterbale bus! Shitty road

Its ok.. nothing special... the bus are not in a good way.. there was water dropped from the roof i think the climate had a problem... it was really cold inside.

A bit older bus, so comfort was a little outdated. But besides that the ride was fine. Had some trouble with the ticket. We couldn’t transfer the mobile voucher to a busticket at the station. Maybe because it was early. The service guy in the bus didn’t understand our digital print. After checking twice and discussing with the driver he gave us a busticket.

All was ok except that the arrival was late over one hour. Too many stops on the road

On time, relaible but bad toilet smell. Reservation is needed, for a seat.

Everything was OK except some kind of unpleasant smell in the bus. The staff was pleasant and the bus was on time.
