Rocky Fast Cruise

Took 1h15m instead of 40mins. Dropoff point not at main marina but back of the island. Airconditioning was freezing. Boat had engine failure halfway (also got it fixed)

Staff must be rude with my suitcase as after I got it back on arrival the extension of the grip did not work anymore. That‘s annoying.

Bit chaotic at the Nusa Lembongan port. Lady t aking tickets, drivers everywhere and no one had any idea what was going on.

Great company and new boat. Best to use if staying on Ceningan island.

Very streamlined and organised in Nusa Lembongan. Too frantic and frankly dangerous at the Sanur dropoff. Too many people on the wharf waiting for luggage whilst new passengers embarking. Poor jetty structure with missing planks which was dangerous

The boat was 1 and a half hour late… the rest was ok!

Boat had a defect, had to repair engine so we had to wait pretty long.

I booked the boat at 11 and pickup from hotel at 9. This is already no reason since you need maximum 10 minutes to reach the port then you will wait almost 2 hours at port. The day before I sent several messages to the operator to get confirmation about my trip and the operator answered at 10pm with a wrong booking. I sent again all the information but they answered 7am the next morning saying that my pickup was scheduled at 8.45 and told me that 9am boat was full and i was confirmed on 11am boat. I complained because i didn’t want a pickup 2.15 hours before. Having time i went for breakfast but at 7.40 the driver came so I called the operator in loudspeaker with driver. The operator told there were available seats on 9am boat even if 4 minutes before they told the opposite. We left our breakfast and luckily our luggage was ready. We were boarded on 9am boat. Then all went good smoothly until destination and just because we were prepared to changes we got to destination early then expected.

For someone that gets seasick pretty fast, this was a smooth boat ride. Would recommend!

Best ferry service over the years they have their own harbour so need to jump in the water . Highly recommended

Awesome Team, from Their own booking office to transfer drivers & Fast Boat Team from Sanur to Nusa Lembogan & Return. Nothing is too much trouble for them all. I had to make last minute changes to one of my family bookings..(Let me tell you, it was not a prob!) Thank you all for such a great first time travel with Rocky's.

All in all, traveling with Rocky Fast Cruise was very pleasant. However, I found it odd that when we went to Nusa Lembongan, we were driven to the terminal with our luggage, but had to walk back. There are aggressive taxi drivers here who are determined to take you and demand exorbitant prices. The situation was also somewhat chaotic upon arrival on Nusa Lembongan, as they again tried to herd people from the boat into taxis. You're told to wait, but no one says why. Very unpleasant when it's 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). We were delayed by a quarter of an hour on the return trip. The two trips themselves were uneventful. There's a toilet on board, and air conditioning, but it smells a bit unpleasantly of fuel; anyone sensitive to smells should reconsider. However, there are gangways for getting on and off the boat, meaning no wet feet.

Brilliant service!! We were picked up from our hotel in one of the island trucks, he was on time and helpful with our bags. When we arrived at the port, all the staff were so friendly, they took our bags to the boat for us and we checked in without problem. The boat was around 40 minutes, very comfortable. We then got a van to the new hotel and the whole experience was really stress free and easy.

Good boat tour that went fast, but hot inside the boat as no AC

We missed the boat, they changed our boat to the next boat free of charge. Checking in and everything else was easy. Perfect experience, would definitely book here again.

Service at Sanur Harbor was great and the boat was only 15 minutes late. 2 starts only for Sanur Harbor. The boat trip took around 1 hr instead of 40 minutes (arrived on 3:20 pm instead of planned 2:40 pm) which is also fine. All the other factors were horrible. The people were melting in the boat, arrived all wet and sweaty. After that we waited for around 20-25 minutes to get our luggage and went to the public cars assigned (open cars, super old ones). It was 15 minutes to my hotel from the harbor but it took 1 hour to get to the destination in unpleasant conditions. What is more, after the big boat we had to switch to tiny overloaded boat nearly 10-15cm filled with water. Stressful journey.

Did leave almost one hour late and had a small problem with the engines just when we left the harbour, but everything went well. Rocky has a pier on the south end of Nusa Lembonang, so no need to walk through the water upon arrival.
