Ramon Transport Private
Ramon Transport Private

Jonas GThe Transfer itself was good and there were no issues but the Service and the information before the pickup is just bad.
I asked 2 days before the transfer if I could get any info on the Driver/car or at least a license number plate to make it easier to find the car. As I was landing at an Airport there are obviously a lot more people that are also waiting for a taxi or transfer. The Company couldnt give me anything at all and I had to call them after I landed, just After that the driver sent me a message and I was able to find her and the car. This is just poor service, other companies provided me with the Name of the driver, the car and number plate before the transfer without me even asking and thats how its supposed to be.

Sharon PWe expected a standard 3px car but we got a dirty mini van. The driver spent the whole journey making other booking last on his phone and writing down and reading an itinerary for the day. But much concentration on the driving. Nothing bad happened but fyi.
The driver arrived early and was eager for us to leave , no doubt so he could fit more into his schedule.

Jessica MWe booked the transfer that said it was to khao sok hotel. Then when it asked for the specific location I entered cheow lan pier because I thought our tour started there. I realized after that we actually did need to go to a hotel in khao sok and tried to change it but the support at 12go said it was too late and to let the operator know directly. I didn't think this would be an issue since we technically booked and paid for the transfer to khao sok hotel but they insisted we pay and additional 500 baht. the driver herself was very nice but this extra charge was frustrating and didn't make sense .

Wim SWe mentioned which train we came from Bangkok and the train was delayed. Most of the people were picked up, it our driver didn’t wait for us. If the train is late all the people are late! Bad service. We had to search for the office and then is took 20-25 min before they reached the driver. Finally after again an half our another driver came work another old taxi. He brought us to our destiny. Not a good service at all!
