Unfortunately, our experience with the minibus driver was absolutely terrible. From the very beginning, he was extremely unfriendly. We received a very cold welcome, without even a simple “hello”. More importantly, his driving made us feel extremely unsafe throughout the journey. There were more passengers in the minibus than available seats, and he appeared to have absolutely no regard for basic road safety. On roads with a 50 km/h speed limit, he was driving at over 100 km/h, following cars and scooters dangerously closely, overtaking on the right, and generally driving in a very aggressive manner. He was also constantly using the horn — literally every 30 seconds at times — which made the journey even more stressful and unpleasant. One passenger became so sick during the journey that they vomited three times. Despite this, the driver did not change his driving style or slow down. At one point, a family with a baby also joined the minibus, yet he continued driving at very high speeds and even played loud music despite having a baby on board. During approximately three hours of driving, we only had one stop to use the bathroom. What makes the situation even more unbelievable is that, despite driving at such excessive speeds, we almost arrived too late to catch our boat because of delivery stops. Overall, this was a terrible and genuinely stressful journey. I absolutely do not recommend this transportation service, and especially not this driver. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, which is a shame because I would have liked to report him directly to the company.

The car was overloaded and the driver was the most reckless we found on our trip. The connection was on time but there's no need to drive like this.

The bus had a 1,5hour delay, my AC was broken so it did not close & it was incredibly cold. I asked for another blanket (which was btw the smallest blanket I ever gotten on any sleeperbus so far) but they did not give me one, even tho there were some more. Impossible to sleep with the cold, the way he was driving so much for a “VIP” bus

We got there semi on time but that was it

The minibus is not as pictured. The driver, Mr Speedy González, thinks he is in a car chase. Brace yourself. A few locals were picked up on the way, even with no spare seats. Highly entertaining though…

We was not in the vehicle booked. Cramped on to a 16 seater bus.

This was the worst transportation experience we had in Vietnam. The main issue was the seating. We specifically booked tickets that advertised spacious and comfortable seats, but instead we were placed in very cramped seats in the very front next to the driver. The space was extremely limited and far from what was promised when we purchased the tickets. The van also arrived almost one hour late. After we had already paid for the tickets, we were asked to pay an additional 130,000 VND on the spot due to a supposed increase in fuel prices. During the journey, the bus kept stopping in small villages to pick up and drop off packages, which were then placed among the passengers, making the trip even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, it was impossible to contact the company. They did not answer the phone and ignored our messages regarding this situation. Overall, the service did not match what was advertised or what we paid for, and the entire experience was very disappointing.

The seat were not like in the picture and it was very squishy in the van. We were meant to be on the 11 am bus so we were all ready for pick up and I get a text from them saying they can’t come get us for another hour. I was sitting in the very back and was holding my bag so it didn’t fall when he opened the door to put more bags. He told me it was okay and I didn’t need to hold on to it. And then a second later it falls right onto the spot where my camera was stored. The driver was also passing people in the oncoming lane like a maniac.

We were charged an extra 160,000 VND, and told we would not be picked up if we didn’t pay. The journey was overbooked and people were crammed in sharing seats. The bus arrived an hour later than scheduled.

Driver was 50 Minutes Late, wie die Not Receive an Information about the Delay. The driver drove extreme fast and dangerous. In generell he did not speak a lot but he drove us nearby our Hotel, what was Kind.

The driver droves very very very fast

One of the best transfer experiences in Vietnam. Very good service, I confused the day of my trip and they were super fast to fix it. The van is very comfortable and the driver drives ok, nothing like other services where they drove in a very dangerous way. Would recommend 100%

Cheap way to travel.

This is really, really bad service. First, the pick-up service and the main bus were late. Then, in the middle of the night, we suddenly had to change buses, with no explanation. After that, there was no room for us on the new bus! They go around and tjeks every bed, when they realize it, to men gets kicked out of bed and we were given their used beds. This is the worst experience we’ve had totally unprofessional. Would really not recommend

A driver who was smoking as he picked us up and put our luggage away picked us up in a car then stopped 5 minutes later on the side of a busy road and told us to wait for our shuttle. There was no mention of having to take 2 cars ahead of time. When we got in the car, the seats were ripped leather with holes in them. They were supposed to have power and massage function but they were all broken. The driver kept stopping to let random people in that waved him down, to the point that someone was sitting on a plastic stool because all the seats were taken. We stopped for a break with no communication about the break, the car just stopped. The driver then smoked and got in the car, smelling like cigarette. He drove extremely recklessly, extremely. At the end, he made us get out almost a mile before our hotel because of traffic that he didn’t want to sit in.

Communication before wasn’t great. We got a car to a limovan. Driver was erratic and invited lots of locals on. At one stage we had 15 people in a 10 seater.

On nous a baladé de véhicule en véhicule avec trois changements au final, sans que ça ait été mentionné nulle part et nous sommes arrivées avec 1h de retard…

Perfect pick up and almost on time arrival. They took me to a wrong dock, but I'm sure that if I had checked, they'd bring me at the right place. Very fast driving.

The driver drove really crazy and I was afraid of my life a couple of times. Also the car was different than on the picture with less space for everyone.

Driver was really good. Drop off straight to the hotel. Van was very comfortable with plenty of space. And we stopped roughly half way through to use the toilet and get snacks. No complaints at all.

The bus was fine, however, we did not feel very safe during this journey. The bus driver was driving like a lunatic. Speedy overtakes from the wrong side and near misses.

The pickup was very punctual and I appreciate the fact that we were dropped off at the hotel. The vehicle was a bit run down. But not a huge concern.

The driver was collecting people that definitely hadn’t paid for a ticket and these people weren’t very considerate of the other people on the bus putting their feet and legs on other people and their chairs. Arrived late due to the added drop off and pick ups. The driver also kept stopping to smoke.

The van came on time and the van is as comfortable as expected. It arrived at the destination basically on time. The bad things are, the driver kept talking on the phone loudly, which was quite annoying, and he drove a little crazy.

Sat in the front with the driver so didn’t have the comfortable seats like everyone else had as advertised, I understand they have a limited amount of seats on the bus but these front seats should be advertised at a discounted rate

Almost missed the bus due to own misunderstanding , but the agency put a lot of effort into making sure that we were on it. Absolutely great!

Trip was fine. Great communication and picked up on time from our ha long bay cruise to the door of our accommodation in Ninh Binh. Good value for money overall, but my wife had to sit in the middle seat with the driver so no VIP seat for her, but we did book last minute the day before so it was a full house.

The van wasn't as fancy as on the pictures, but everything went smoothly.

The driver went very fast and sometimes dangerous. Maybe this is normal for vietnamise people, but not for people like us, from Europe.

Perfect, on time, reliable and comfortable

The driver was late to pick us up (we were the first stop on his journey) and also made several stops along the way to pick up packages and drop them off on our journey which resulted in us being over an hour late to our destination vs the arrival time we were told upon booking. This was a stress for us as we had a time constraint for boarding our cruise in Ha Long Bay as did almost everyone else in our limousine.

Good communication, picked up early to make up for poor cruise communication.
