A lot of confusion about the checkpoint process and luggage.

all of our buses were delayed, in the customs of malasia we had to wait for like an hour... but the bus was very confortable, last driver was kinda mean.

The bust from Singapore to KL was on timed the information to so the clearance in the customs was given and it was pretty fast, but it took 7 hours to arrive. I guess this is the average time, not 4.

Bus was late for one hour for pick-up and arrival time is not accurate, arrived 4 hours later. Need to change bus at Malaysia customs.

The bus pick up was an hour late and then arrival should of been 6pm and we arrived at our destination at 10pm

The Singapore bus made several stops in Singapore and was 1h late at the border. There is a bus change at the border, the seat reservation is for the malaysia bus. There was only 1 stop in Malaysia, so use the border toilets too. The total travel time was 8h and the bus didn't go to Kuala sentral as booked! The driver said, he can't stop there.

Delay. Slight late on timing cause the whole trip delay

It was good, though bus was delayed. Journey was comfortable, with a break. But driver should say more about the transfer process at the check post.

From Sìngapore to Kuala Lumpur. 1 hours longer than expected for passport control at border. We recommend allowing an extra hour for the journey. Otherwise, everything is fine.

We specifically chose this bus because it was advertised as arriving at KL Sentral. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The journey ended up being more than three hours behind schedule. While delays can happen, what was most frustrating was that the bus did not even stop at KL Sentral. Instead, passengers were dropped off about 15 minutes away and left to find their own way to the booked destination. The reason given was a festival in Kuala Lumpur. However, this was clearly known in advance and passengers should have been informed before departure. The advertised travel time also seems unrealistic compared to the actual duration of the trip, even without big traffic jams. So keep this in mind when planning your travels. Overall, poor communication, a significant delay, and failure to deliver the booked drop-off location made this a disappointing experience. I would not choose this service again.

The bus was old and about to break down. At the start point there was not enough information of where to go or which bus it was.

Bus was 25min late to depart, arrival 2h30 later than scheduled. Random stop on the side of the highway in Malaysia to board 10 passengers.

Easy to find pick up spot and in city centre But the should be usb on the bus Don't write that the journey takes 5hours when it takes 8 hours 😠 don't blame circumstances that you can't control, there were no traffic jam or others delays until the last hour, should have taken the flight instead ✈️

The travelling time was supposed to be 5 Hours and 8 minutes. We took 10 hours to arrive which is double the amount. If you look on google maps and check the route, you can see it is impossible to go to Kuala Lumpur in 5 hours 8 minutes...Of course we didnt check beforegand because you stated a time amd we trust you. My partner gets travel sick when in buses longer then 6-7 hours. This is why we where so happy about the bus. In the end we arrived at 19.00 instead of 14.00 and my girlfriend felt completely sick and had to throw up. And no - this is not due to traffic or any stops...I checked google maps times and It is physically impossible to arrive within your estimated arrival time from Singapore to KL...I am asking for a partial refund as double the amount of travelling time without any heavy traffic jams is really not okay. You need to change the travel time on the bus from SG to KL...

The driver did not know how to drive the bus, grinding all the gears, going too fast over rough road causing an uncomfortable journey. The bus broke down and we had to be transferred to a second bus! The driver stopped at random places with no explanation at all. We arrive in KL 10.5 hours after departure!

The bus was comfortable but quite dirty. The driver kept burping. We arrived almost two hours late.

We arrived a little later, but both drivers were very friendly and waited for the latecomers. The first bus was a bit older, the second was quite new and comfortable.

Bus was cancelled and rescheduled for 3 hours later. Bus showed up 45 minutes late. Operated was rude and unhelpful. Bus was very cold.

The bus journey from the Malaysia checkpoint to Malacca was comfortable and smooth. However, the bus from Bugis MRT to the checkpoint did not have the same comfortable seats. The staff throughout the journey were polite, informative, and friendly, which was appreciated. As a tourist with limited local knowledge, it was quite shocking to be dropped off in Malacca on a motorway with no access to taxi services or safe onward transport. This made the arrival stressful and unsafe. Please consider arranging drop-offs at safer, more accessible locations. For anyone booking this service, please be aware of this situation in advance.

At the boarder the driver left 5 passengers behind in Singapore causing us to wait in Malaysia, bus was old, dirty, and tired with the most uncomfortable seats……..arrived hours late

We arrived approximately 4 hrs later. Driver was perfect. Traffic etc all the way.

Bus was approximately 1.5h late and we were not updated of the delay. Furthermore, we were dropped off at a different destination rather than the one specified in our ticket and had to arrange additional transport to the hotel. Driving was good.

The bus was delayed at the pick-up zone. I had messaged the provided WhatsApp and got a very minimal reply; no notice about the delayed arrival. However, other passengers nearby has received a much more detailed message including the expected late arrival. Not sure why this wasn't communicated to me also. Had one driver and bus until the border crossing, and a second driver/bus afterwards. Both busses were comfortable and clean. Both drivers were polite and spoke excellent English. Cannot fault them at all. The journey took longer than advertised, but after reading reviews I expected this. The one major letdown however, is that we ended our journey at the bus terminal on the outskirts of KL. When I booked the journey, the drop off was advertised as Bukit Bintang (city centre). When I queried the driver if it was the last stop, he seemed as confused as me, and told me only that he'd been instructed to go there and he wasn't sure what was happening. He went away to investigate only to come back and let me know that this was our final stop. He seemed also surprised by this. Was pretty frustrating as I was then faced with paying for a Grab or traveling for another hour on public transport with changes (late at night) to get to my hostel. Ended up paying for a Grab but that's additional cost that should have been covered by the bus service. In summary, the drivers were great and informative, drive was smooth, but the operation in general was poorly organised and the arrival at the wrong terminal was deeply frustrating.

Aside from the long waiting at the malaysian border immigration office, the rest of the journey is very comfortable

Too many pick up stop, the bus arrive 20 minutes late.

My booking was for a trip from Singapore to KL Sentral. The bus dropped us off at KLIA2! It said that was the only stop and that no other buses go to Sentral! So I don't understand why it lets you choose your arrival location. I chose this bus because it was supposed to take me to KL Sentral.

Journey was comfortable don't get me wrong but driver smoking inside bus and being told we have to get off bus 10km away from destination with no explanation despite confirmation booking to sentral station was not brill. Informed later that there was a change in the 1st November where destination was no longer being used , I booked tickets after the 1st so surely we should have been informed

Bus changed drop off location for all passengers and never told a single passenger that’s what they were going to do until we changed bus at Singapore immigration. Had to get a cab from where I was. No discount or refund offered. Arrival time once again hours later than stated on ticket purchase. Instructions to pick up point very poor.

Your bus driver is smoking while he driving. in AC bus this is not acceptable

Good journey but had to wait quite a while at the boarder for onward journey and no WiFi which wax disappointing as it was advertised as having it.

The buses were fine, but at the border crossing we had to change buses, and the second bus wasn’t there. Only when we asked the company by WhatsApp where the bus was, we get information the arrive was delayed. This caused a delay in travel, but above all, it was a source of unrest because the ticket states that if you pass passport control too late, the bus won't wait for you. Now, we were through control within 5 minutes, but no bus. This could use some improvement.
