发动机故障后，更大的船来了，而且速度很快。花了50分钟。

虽然他们把我们的行程重新安排在上午 9 点到 11 点，但他们给了我们足够的通知，这并没有改变我们的计划。这次旅行原定需要 40 分钟（至少这是我们支付的费用……），但我们 11 点出发，中午 12 点 45 分到达。最后，离开10分钟后，其中一艘快艇的发动机坏了；我们不得不回去，他们把我们换到了另一间。

Well arranged speedboat transfer, with direct connection to our hotel by shared minibus

While the boat was bumpy, it wasn't unbearable and got us there fast. The best seats are the ones in the middle so you’re not squished up against sweaty strangers. The absolute worst part of this trip was the smell of fuel. We were sat in the middle of the boat and the whole way it stunk of fumes. It was like the exhaust was pointing towards the seating area, it was horrendous. My other half gets migraines and this is one of his trigger so it made the journey very unpleasant.

Easy, small station you arrive they give you a sticker and wait till the right time, 10min after you are in the boat quite comfortable but not sure for people with bad mobility. We arrived 10min late but it was ok. You have to pay 20bth when you get the port.

Anthron and the crew was super. Very nice and everything was well organised

The staff was friendly, the other tourists make the trip less pleasant. Yes, it’s hot (welcome to Thailand) and yes the boat is full and yes everyone wants to go on the boat, but some passengers we’re too miserable to make room for others who just as much want to go and have paid for it. The staff really had to force the passengers to move > a bit < There was enough space, but not for each person to sit with their legs spread.

Professional crew working perfectly in very bad weather conditions, trip was confortable and secure

Overall it was great :) We got some water in the beginning and the ride felt safe and fast. The only thing that was a little annoying is, that it was pretty full. Apart from throat everything great :)

Trip from Phuket rassada to Phi Phi Island was on time (1h speedboat) and everything good.

Fast but bouncy crossing- hard to see out so choose this route if speed is important otherwise take the ferry.

Wasn’t as bumpy as I expected, but they pack you into the boat like sardines. I was pressed against a complete stranger in high humidor about an hour.

Overall good experience, smooth sailing, on time and helpful staff..Though there was a 50 TBH charged for SMS updates, didn't receive any.

Made planning our journey really easy

Pick Up was at 11:45, so we're waiting for an whole hour at the Lobby

Everything went smooth besides small delay. No sea sickness but it was very very bumpy.

The boat left on time and the journey was confortable.

The crossing was very comfortable and over an hour faster than said. The ferry was very large. All the vehicles were air-conditioned. We continued with a large, normal Bus. The bus driver even took a short break at a rest stop. Everything was well organised. Maybe it was also because we were travelling in the high season - I can only report positive things! We were really surprised.

Speedboat is speedy and bumpy. Water will splash on you, but it is certainly adventurous.

The driver arrived an 1,5 hour late. We missed the boat and had to travel much longer on the ferry.

Pickup on time, transfer worked excellent

We had originally booked the 1pm boat for fear that things could go wrong with our morning flight into Phuket but it didn’t and we arrived at the pier 3 hours early… the staff were great and allowed us onto the 11am boat with no problems or questions asked at all. It was a fairly bumpy ride but it was fine!

The boat was super fun! Very recommended even for people who get boat sick!

It is a SPEEDBOAT, so it’s like an amusement park attraction: it goes very fast, it jumps and you jump too. I enjoyed a lot the trip because for me was funny, but completely avoid it if you suffer from seasickness or are looking for something comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with little kids, babies and the elderly.

The online transaction was hassle-free. I needed to have something changed in our itinerary and the customer service representatives were able to make the necessary changes almost instantly. So kudos for that. I had high expectations because of the good service online. But the crew at the pier is another story. We were not given proper instructions so we kept asking questions especially since the boat was running a bit late. We were the only ones left at the pier so we were anxious that the boat might've left us. One lady became quite rude to us and rolled her eyes when they weren't being clear about what we were supposed to do! It was also concerning when a man suddenly got our luggage without speaking to us. We understand that there may be a language barrier but it would have been better if they at least tried to explain what was going to happen instead of not talking to us at all.

Our tour guide was remarkable. The crew went above and beyond to find us a great spot for sunset, get some time on a relatively empty Maya Beach, swim with (small) sharks, and show us bioluminescent plankton. Probably the best day of our trip in Thailand.

Lack of organization and a lot of dirt on the pier.

Transfer pick up was on time. Boat left on time. Sea was not calm and passengers ended up soaked on a very bumpy ride. Would recommend taking this into account if travelling as most seats ended up wet.

Was a bit crowded

They ruined one of our luggage. They don’t treat the luggage right.

The pickup Was really late. For that price the should be on time!

Pick-up and transfer by speedboat worked perfectly (ans were on time). Travelling by boat will never be my favourite way of transportation, but everything worked out perfectly.

The pickup from Hotel was 1 hour later than announced, so we thought they forgot us. We tried to call the two Hotlines of the company, nobody could be reached. We had to look for other Phone numbers of the Company and found them only in Facebook. With the help of the hotel manager we were informed, that they will pickup us not 7:15 am but 8:15 am. This information combined with the booking confirmation would avoid worrying.

Professional staff but the ferry is more comfortable than the ferry. A few passengers became unwell.
