PP Koh Samed

The speedboat was delayed and the minivan departed late. We arrived in Bangkok an hour after the expected time, despite the fact that there was no traffic.

Everything was wonderful! At every stage, people met us and literally led us by the hand along the way.

Booked for mini van. Got on a bumpy mini bus with way too small seats. The driver was nice.

The bus from the pier to Mo Chit station was too small and too crowded. The bus had no place for luggage, so everything was placed on the floor. Even tall people didn't have enough space in this small bus.

My bus was supposed to depart at 3.30, about 2 o'clock I received a message that the ac is broken so I'll need to take another bus. The speed boat departed 25 minutes earlier than scheduled. A little tuk tuk took me to the office where I waited without understanding when I'll depart. Then they took me by car to some kind of shed where I waited for the bus for another 15 minutes. Then the van arrived, it was almost full already. There was USB to charge devices. When I asked the driver where he would stop near the airport he was almost angry. He said the bus doesn't go to airlink bus he would stop somewhere. All the time I didn't know where exactly. At the and I wasn't late for my flight but had to pay 272 baht for the taxi instead of cheap airlink and was stressed for several hours without understanding what time I'd reach the airport

Careful, this minuibus leaves from the new Mochit Minibus station across the road, not the old Mochit Chatuchak station (unfortunately taxi drivers only seem to know the old station). The minibus left 30 minutes later (7h30 not 7h) and we only arrived on Koh Samet at 11h45. It's a trip by speedboat, not the ferry, please fix the description. Since I get sick on speedboats, I was not too happy about this unwanted upgrade :(

Our trip from Koh Samet to Bangkok was great: Comfortable minivan + toilet stop. On time.

From BKK was great but from Babphe the minivan was very uncomfortable

Everything went according to schedule. Can’t ask for more. Driver was very pleasant.

The service supposedly has the quickest service to Bangkok which is why we chose it. In fact we arrived with an hour delay, not due to traffic but due to random stops and waiting for individuals to board somewhere between the pier and the freeway. In addition we actually did a U turn at one point and went back 5km to drop someone off.

Great, and fast. Speedboat ant tuktuk perfect. Please help next time to say where is my Point to go out. I passed my stop.

A bit slow route right after the departure but very convenient Mo Chit BTS destination to continue our trip with BTS.

Fortunetely we arrived in advance! Thanks god! We managed to take the bus of 11h30. They told us that our bus to airport rail link at 13h was cancelled! The ferry service was very good! I don’t recommand PP KOH Samet!

The speedboat from Koh Samet to the bus station was outstanding, 5/5 Staff was very kind, helpful and friendly, 5/5. The bus service was terrible: the driver stopped to pick two unofficial passenger and 3 boxes full of fresh crab! Then to refuel, then to get some cash from an ATM, then to buy himself some snacks. Then in Bangkok he did not chose the most straightforward path, in order to drop the crab boxes (2 stops), then one more stop to pick up a girl in order to give her a plastic bag with unspecified content. He was using his phone all the time and, eventually, he dropped us right in front of the terminal main entrance, three hours late. And no toilet stop for 5 hours. Some delay is understandable due to traffic jam, but most of it was the driver's fault. Thailand is a great country with lovely people... just not this driver.

Going from Bangkok to Koh Samed we used Nuanthip, a horrendous experience. From Koh Samed to Bangkok we used PN Group operator and what a difference! Super professional service! Highly recommended! Fast boat, staff carry the bags, air-con office to wait for the bus, very professional driver. On the first operator they jumped on the bus screaming for passengers to pay extra for normal bags…shame on them! AVOID NUANTHIP

Need to ensure about the transport Air conditional before starting the trip, but finally it oke

The woman working here can only shout and point. She started shouting at us because we sat in the wrong seat. 8! 9! 8!! 9!! 8!!! 9!!! Very strange experience. The rest of the ride was ok only one hour delay.

over one hour late, meant to be in bangkok 14.25 got to there 15.50

We almost missed our flight due to late departure from Ban Phe. Then the driver was slow and we had to tell him to speed up.

Driver in the minivan was the whole time watching videos en making video calls and using WhatsApp while driving with earphones in all the time. Very 😳 dangerous. Culture difference?
