Phangan Tour 2000

巴士比预定时间提前出发了。车票需要在柜台兑换成渡轮票。理论上超重行李要收费50泰铢，但我们不用付钱。巴士上没有安全带。

交通工具延误了一个小时，我们差点错过转乘渡轮。司机发现我们迟到后，开始猛踩油门，危险驾驶。

我们被匆匆赶下车，丢在了错误的下车地点，没有任何人告诉我们如何找到或到达预定目的地。司机、前台工作人员和电话客服都尽力帮忙，但没有人能告诉我们为什么会被丢在错误的下车地点，也没有人提供任何帮助。

我们独自乘车出行；司机人很好，给了我们一个枕头，甚至还顺便在7-11便利店停了一下。我会再次预订。

准时到达。这算不上VIP体验，更像是普通旅客的体验。安全带坏了，不过没问题，车里有空调。工作人员很友好。

Times was terrible said all connects made 10hrs instead of the 5.5 stated on website

Everything worked perfect.

We booked with 12go a week ago from Ao Nang to Thong Sala pier and everything went well so we were expecting a similar experience for this trip, yet it is not what happened. This time we booked from Thong Sala pier to Hat Yai. The ferry was all good and on time, the pick up at Donsak Pier as well but then the van to go to Hat Yai was bad. The van was 1 hour late, we didn’t have any explanation on why and when it was arriving. Then when we had to go in the van, the driver explained that they were too many people on the van so one of us had to seat on a plastic stool. It was a 4h30 driver… I reached out to the WhatsApp number, the person called the driver and the driver asked someone else in the van to seat on the plastic stool instead of us. It was so embarrassing as we assumed that anyone who was on this van had paid and should get a real seat and not seat on a stool… the driver told us some people were leaving after 1h so we could take their seat so we decided to wait but the 1h ended up to be 2h. At the end of the trip I reached out to support to say we were unhappy with the situation and it was clearly a booking issue and she said I was trying to travel for free which is not the case at all. We just assume that we should get a fair service when we pay for it. So far we didn’t receive either recognition or any form of compensation, very disappointing.

Went smoothly

On time, careful driver, arrived early!

We traveled from Koh Phangan to Surat Thani Airport. The ferry ride was on time and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the land transfer was poorly organized. The minivan was old, cramped, and left about 30 minutes late. After about an hour’s drive, we were dropped off at the company’s office, where we waited outside on benches for nearly another hour before another minivan finally took us to the airport. Overall, the service was very unprofessional and disappointing.

Best company. I was 2mins late and they waited for me. The lady at the pier was very nice and helpful, she helped me not to miss the boat. The minibus is comfortable. The driver was nice, polite, and very skilled. The fastest ride I had between Phangan and Phuket. I even arrived in advance. Thank you so much!

Moved from van to bus when ticket specified van.

We got there in the end...we arrived 2,5 hours later than the ticket was for and had to change van in krabi after an hour's wait. And also here packets were picked up an delivered along the way. In this case the timing was not a problem, but if you have a flight to catch, you need to be wary.

It was good, we got where we wanted and were on time. We could find everything directly. The car war comfortable and air-conditioned. But in our eyes the driver was not driving safely: he was watching videos and doing video calls nearly the whole trip, drove very fast and did some overtaking that was very scary for us.

Very rushed to get on the early bus which was fine umtil half way they overpacked the bus snd people were on the floors. Not impressed you pay for a seat for your luggage and then u dont even have enough room to sit on the ridiculous long trip. We should of arrived by 2.40 we arrived well after 3.30 which id hate to think how late the 9.40 bus was. So mamy stops for pickups on the way. Absolutely terrible. Without a toilet break or being told this is a toilet break. If we did get off we would have lost our seats

The ferry was alright but the transfer was not clear and we had to change buses twice. Also the driver made many stops to pick and deliver packages which made the journey tedious and way longer than needed

Less space in Bus, changing bus without information before with waiting time more than 1h, delay more than 1.5h

Not very friendly at the phangan 2000 station in Surat Thani, boat arrived almost 1 hour to late.

We had to be at the desk of pangang tours 2000 at 8:30 but only left 1 hout later. At the pier there was no information given about which ferry we needed to take. We stepped on the wrong ferryboat. Luckily a woman came to get us to switch to the right ferry. The ferry was also one hour delayed... Long trip...

Very unfriendly lady at the shop when we arrived at their office with the phangan tour bus. 0 communication on how I‘ll get to the train station from there. Have to pay for the toilet and don‘t even get toilet paper. Got picked up by a minivan in the end but arrived at the train station nearly 1 hour later than it said on my voucher.

Double backed to pick up passengers, so therefore in a rush to meet scheduled time. Overtaking, speeding. I wouldn’t use again because of dangerous driving, especially on wet roads. On the flip side, I obviously made it 😳

It said we are going to depart at 14:00 and we waited there until 14:50 to depart . The bus was good

The bus inside was a little damaged. I couldn't close the curtain on the window. But later, it was cloudy, then all OK.

Ferry was late about 1 hour. Phangan bus was on time in a harbour.

Nothing wrong with this service. Although they left later than it was said, we still had time for the ferry

Comfortable ride on the boat and the bus was really premium. The drivers even helped us get where we needed to.

I arrived 4 hours too late at the destination (not even the same destination as descripted, the driver made many detours because he collected basically all his family on the way and man packages, got drop off at surat Thani and had to wait for another hour

Everything was fine, we had a bus for around one hour, waiting for ferry was not that long, 40-45 minutes and ferry itself was directed with duration of 3 hours approximately!

Was OK and more or less on time, but driver wanted extra 200 Baht to bring us to the hotel that was anyway on the way he had to take. Seems to be a typical move to squeeze a bit more money out of the tourists..

Service as well as described on the ticket, super easy check in at the ferry and the further journey steps were super well organised and to find as well.

Easy to find, helpful staff. Bus very cramped and no stops on the journey, but we got there on time.

Horrible experience. Not safe at all. Driver is constantly reading messages on his phone and doing calls while driving. Also running red lights and overtaking in dangerous way. Charging extra and more than local cabs to bring you to your final destination. Although all passengers have to do a detour or even have to leave the vehicle to go to the final stop by bus.

It took 5hours and 15minutes and was meant to be 4 hours all in. Slowest boat ever. Literally got overtaken by two seatrans en route.

Seats weren’t bad and there was AC. We stopped for the toilet too.
