首先，列车准时出发。乘务员和司机都非常热情周到。整个旅程舒适安全。预计到达时间也几乎完全准确。

从 A 点到 B 点的旅途中总难免会遇到“颠簸”（双关语）。遗憾的是，菲律宾道路上的基本路况，例如无休止的施工延误或绕行，都是标准操作程序。然而，通过保持卫生间清洁可用，以及候车区更安全，公交运营商可以大大减轻乘客的负担。两者都令人遗憾！同样位于 Villa Escudero 的站点却只有麦当劳和另一家当地餐馆，这到底是怎么回事？这些多家公交公司联合起来的运营商难道不能集中资源，投资建设像样的终点站和远离主干道的公交站，配备各种餐饮设施、正常运行的卫生间和安全的休息区吗？乘客需要用辛苦赚来的钱享受基本的优质服务，但他们往往别无选择，只能忍受糟糕的通勤状况。

由于座椅不符合人体工程学，乘坐起来很不舒服。 CR也很臭。

我从上世纪80年代Penafrancia巴士公司成立之初就是他们的常客。我能理解去年12月30日的混乱情况。当时正值台风天气，很多乘客滞留，巴士的到达和出发都严重晚点。除此之外，这条巴士线路的服务还算可以。但他们仍有改进的空间。在正常情况下，我们希望巴士能够按照车票上的时间发车！谢谢。

没有遇到任何不便。只是巴士没有准时到达。总的来说一切都很棒

首先，这不是我们所期望的。太懒了。男孩座位已经变形了。安全带不能完全发挥作用。它不像网上看起来的那样。更糟糕的是，我们坐在公共汽车的最后一排。这就像我们在摇滚音乐会上摇头晃脑！

WE BOOKED ONLINE SO MY PARENTS COULD BE SEATED COMFORTABLY, BUT THEY WERE ASSIGNED A DIFFERENT BUS UPON ARRIVSL AT THE TERMINAL, WHICH HAD A DIFFERENT CONFIGURATION, BUILT AND SEATING ARRANGEMENT SO THEY ENDED UP IN SEATS FACING THE COMFORT ROOM, WHICH WAS FRUSTRATION BECAUSE THEY NEEDED REST AS THET WERE BOTH TIRED FROM A FUNERAL.

It was as we expected alone paid php2900 for 2 as compared to 1800php if with competitor ALPS with our senior discount and NO (built in) insurance n fees.

The trip is overall smooth and fast. Driver is professional. Seats are spacious and comfortable. The only minor issue is the air-conditioned, I hope they can lower down the cold air temperature during the trip or better provide blankets for the passengers for added comfort (even with extra charge is fine as long as it meets the desire of the passenger. Thank you so much!

CR inside the bus is smelly through out the trip! It made me vomit, and it made my head ache!

i wanted a sleeper bus but offered me a standard bus through online much more expensive than what it is

Not good. I booked online in advance to secure a comfortable trip with a choosen seat and bus. I booked for July 28 , at 8:00 am. But suddenly around 6am when they just informed me that my bus is under repair so i was merge to a 7:30am trip. It was so frustrating how they did it! Unfortunately i missed the trip of course they just told me only 1 1/2hr left to make it. I was directed to a 9am trip, that was a 2x2 seater, i booked and choose 1 seater and paid 1,599 but the bus i was transferred cost only 1,100... That was really disgusting trip i ever had ao far because of the inconvience specially they give me a seat that is already booked by another person. How come the teller or personnel did not aware and know it???

The destination was supposed to be Avenida but when I woke up sa Cubao ang naging destinatoon.

The ten hour trip takes 17 hours or more because of the many bus stop to take passenger from different bus terminal in bicol, even thou the driver drive like mad max in the moon surface road of bicol. And when we reach the smooth surface of expressway . The bus swayed when it reach 75kph speed. Maybe the tire get deforme or the rim because of the bad road condition.

The Peñafrancia driver of bus no. 59 from Legazpi to Cubao was very rude to the passengers and should either go through a retraining. Also be given a driving test, his driving style is very uncomfortable. Jerks the bus going on drive. The only saving grace on this ride are the ticketing crew who were very pleasant most especially trainee Rona.

They moved my seat number claiming I was left by 7:00 PM bus when my ticket clearly shows 8:30 PM. When asked for a more desirable seat, they did not even give me available options and just chose for me. Staff inside needs proper customer service training, they let me wait without informing me what were they doing, no transparency. The drivers are good tho.

It was a nice since we arrived earlier than expected. However, driving fast was scary.

So far, my experience with Penafrancia has been good. The drivers and staff are courteous and helpful. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the seat handles could use better maintenance, and the seat numbering system could be clearer. It would be helpful if booked seats were labeled with initials such as "W" for Window and "A" for Aisle to avoid confusion among passengers. The bus stop facilities are generally clean and well-maintained, and the food establishments are decent. However, I noticed that passengers who bring their own food are not allowed to use the dining area's seats. I felt sorry for some passengers who ended up eating inside the bus because of this policy. For buses equipped with restrooms, it may also be helpful to post a reminder asking passengers to flush or properly clean up after using the toilet. During my last trip, I noticed that some passengers did not flush after using the restroom, which can be unpleasant for others. Overall, Penafrancia provides a good travel experience, but these small improvements could make it even better for passengers.

not on time : arrival at 8am instead of 4am

I found PITX much better than my previous experiences with bus terminals in Manila. What I don't understand is why the ticketing boots are separated from the gates. This is something you really should consider to relocate, to have them closer to each other. Not as it is now, gate 4 in one end and the ticketing boot in the other end. This is logistically very strange and not very costumer friendly.
