巴士非常脏，厕所无法使用，而且气味难闻。司机很好，也很准时。

非常好。楼上的座位是最好的。你可以得到饮料、零食和毯子。准时出发，准时到达。座椅可以倾斜很多，所以你可以睡得很好。

包含小吃包，行李完好无损，提前1小时登机，但晚上厕所又脏又臭，而且没有灯。

The bus was old, and the suspension was making a lot of noise, and made it hard to rest. Our seats were across from the toilet. The smell and fumes from the chemicals used for the smell have effected my breathing.

Great driver, nice touch to have water & snack & blanket. Comfortable temperature. Would be nice to have a place to charge my phone. The seats are not that comfortable, but they are not bad either. Good value.

Bus was on time, plenty of leg room however the bus was very cold all night

Perfect way to get from Chiang Mai to Laos.

Normally I really like this bus, but this trip there were quite some issues. For this price (quite expensive for an overnight bus trip), the bathroom door handle should not be broken such that you have to actually hold it closed the whole time you're in the bathroom (otherwise the door flies open). That is quite difficult to do on a moving bus trying to go to the bathroom. Also, the seatbelts are so incredibly short - for me it's ok, but I'm a very small person. Many normal-sized people would be in danger because they cannot wear the seatbelt. Alsol, normally they provide water on this bus, but for some reason no water was provided on this trip.

You can recline but not lie flat. Buses in China are more comfortable.

Good evening thing is ok.but Chiang mai to nong khai bus is not phone charging.

They offer a snack bag, water and a blanket. But the roof of the bus has been leaking at some points. They offer a short rest at a 7 eleven, to get some snacks/ go to toilet (up to you)

The seats were wide and had enough legroom but the leg rest should come higher and the head rest should support the head more because it was such a bumpy ride I kept hitting my head and waking up. We saw cockroaches on the floor during the ride. The blanket they provided smelt very bad even though it was wrapped like new. The curtains on the windows don’t cover the while window so are pointless. The lady that dealt with our boarder crossing made us feel very rushed waiting in the queue to show our visa. When arriving to the bus stations people literally decend running on the bus to hassle you into taking their taxi etc- it’s very overwhelming. Overall it got us to the destination safely and on time but I wouldn’t ever use this service again.

Online booking was easy, but on bus nowhere to put baggage except in front of me, so there was not enough room for my legs.

Squeaky sounds, drops from the roof. No notice was given that we arrived at Udon Thani. I missed to get out.

Trip from Nong Khai to Chiang Mai - everything is fine

No Powersocket, Seats were not comfortable, Toilet was full of water and dirty.

I take this bus frequently, and there are many things broken very often. Sometimes the leg rest is broken. Once the bus broke down and it took 7 hour for a new one to come. This time my seatbelt was broken, and also my armrest was broken, and there was some very sharp metal poking out of it where it was broken - not safe. Also, the bathroom door lock had broken off, too, and so the door could just suddenly open while you were using the backroom. This bus is over 1,100 baht. It should not have so many broken things. The price to fix most of these things is not high. Please care more about your customers' safety and comfort.

The ride took 12.5 hours instead of 10. The service was Bad the steward was rude. and did everything he could in order to make the ride unpleasant. He talked very very loudly. Slam the door at every station. he "forgot" to turn off the lights between stations. He woke everyone at each station. and the bus completely stopped in the middle of the highway after 12 hours. and we needed to wait for a different bus to pick us up

You receive snacks , two drinks and a blanket , the bus was on time , you can recline your seat, no light on during the night, the staff was nice , easy to exchange your 12go voucher against the bus ticket at the station, toilets in, could be humid in, not that far by scooter from the border bridge

Bus suspension was pretty shot so difficult to sleep. Driver was safe though

The seat was comfortable and big and leaned back enough to sleep. The air conditioning was good but not too cold. We arrived on time and left on time.

Only problem was aircon was blasting and I was freezing, even with the blanket. Otherwise everything was great. I'd use the service again, I'd just make sure to wear long pants and layer up.

Overall ok. But if I would sleep 10 minutes more. I probably miss my stop. No soap in the toilet, no usb port for charging. The sits are very comfortable for sleeping.

We were provided with snacks and a small bottle of water. The seats reclined a lot which made it easier to sleep. It would have been better if the footrests came up a little further to help with sleeping.

We had a very comfortable trip on the overnight bus from Nong Khai to Chiang Mai. The seats were roomy and fully reclined. The bus was on time and the operator gave us a snack bag as well providing a blanket for the journey. We were very pleased with how smoothly the whole journey went.

The overall experience was okay. I got the overnight bus from Chiangmai to Udon Thani But be aware no English speaking staff on the bus. Also the bus doesn’t actually go to Udon Thani but an out of town station. I have traveled around Thailand by bus a lot and you can usually see online start and finish bus station. Long story short. When I realized I had missed my stop and was heading to busses final destination. I managed to get the bus to stop and got dropped off on busy road but managed to get taxi back to udon Thani. Also the bus had an accident with a car that night we had to wait 3 hours for a replacement bus. But no communication to say what was happening. And be aware that no charging point usb etc. many other long distance busses do have. But all part of the traveling fun lol
