Smooth and Easy

Check in was simple and quick using the voucher pdf. Both of my bags were automatically taken by the driver when I got up on the mini bus and stored in a "luggage" space at the front next to his seat so I didn't need to stick it between my legs. We left on time. Fortunately there was ac that wasn't very strong but enough to prevent the mini bus from heating up during the ride. We arrived at our destination on time if not a bit ahead of time which was great. Don't remember if there was a charging socket but it's not really necessary in such a short ride.

when i arrived at the port, they told me that the ferry that i paid was already gone at 4pm. so i hade to pay again and take another ticket… such a bad organization!!

I think they booked too many people for our bus so they put us in the next one which one 1 hour after our initial departure time... without telling us!

The bus was canceled on a short notice so we had to change our plans to an earlier departure

We were informed two days before the trip that the bus had broken down and that no replacement was available. Our trip was then rescheduled to another time.8

We took a quick break during the bus ride. We also got to Bangkok before the time vi were going to

the lady driver was riding the car excellent. Allthough we had to hurry I felt not unsafe at all.

The van and ferry trip was very good overall. Everything was punctual, comfortable, and well organized during the journey itself. The transfer and ferry ride went smoothly and met expectations. However, the information regarding how to redeem the bus ticket was insufficient. It was not clearly communicated that the ticket had to be exchanged at Ticket Building C first, and that the bus departure point was located at the back of the bus terminal. This caused some unnecessary confusion. Despite this minor issue, the service was reliable and pleasant, and I would still recommend it.

Our trip from Bangkok to Koh Samet was fine. We booked ferry and bus. Back to Bangkok we booked and payed more for speedboat and van incl. luggage. Unfortunately the van was the same kind of bus as the trip out and we had to pay ekstra for luggage. No need to pay ekstra for a van when we got a busride wich would have cost less to book. But we came from a to b though!

Value for money. You pay what you get

The minivan was old and very uncomfortable. The van did not leave at 7am as noted, instead it left at 7:40am.

Excellent. Experience was very smooth. Driver was helpful and pleasant.

The bus looked nothing like the one in the picture!

Before we could board the bus, we had to pay extra for our suitcases. No paiment; no trip. Our voucher indicated that we could take 1 suitcase each (4 persons) with us. No limitations This is not what we expected.

There were some travel issues with my trip. Tipwadee was amazing at helping me with a resolution. She spoke to me on WhatsApp and kept in contact with me the entire time, assuring I arrived at my destination. She could not have been more helpful. Thank you!

Great ride, safe driving. However there was a 45min wait to the ferry - I feel like this could have been timed better. Also we were late into Koh Samet

The ferry experience from Koh Samet was fine but the bus experience wasn't very good. The bus smelled like urine and the seats are extremely narrow and cramped for people with broad shoulders. Some of the double seats are wider than others, so unless you are a petite Thai person you will be sitting shoulder to shoulder with someone

Great value for money, easy to book and helpful people at the pier.

1.30 hour late, the company let us without explanations or excuses, driver was driving fast and made ne change seat because (i was in the front) and put a local girl instead of me. Could have been better !?

We left 1.5 hours too late. Shortly before departure, all the luggage was suddenly placed in the aisle so that 5 huge boxes of freight could be taken along. The seats were cramped and there was no legroom, especially because of the luggage in the aisle. The driver did not announce a break, just walked off and nobody knew what to do.

At Ekkamai, the bus attendant tried putting me on a later bus after I already boarded. It seemed like the bus was overbooked and she wanted to keep a group of 3 together at my expense. I declined and continued on my trip. Everything else went well after i started my route.

Very fast

The speedboat was good. It was on time. However the van was a bit late. Nonetheless the trip was okay.

Very hard to find the meeting point, driver asked you 100baths for the luggager

From the bus station to the island, every single member of staff was helpful and friendly! They even called me when I hadn't checked in for my bus because i was stuck in traffic. Best company in bangkok. Definitely recommend

Good but we missed our ferry because of the minibus… so we had to wait one hour more!

Clean and fast

Booked the speedboat at price addon compared to the ferry only to have to wait 60min at the pier as the operator didn't want to leave "before we are 8 more on the speedboat". After my complaints we left 25 min after the foreseen arrival time and were late 30 min. This is ok overall, but not with this reasoning.

The driver kept texting and playing music while driving.

It was pretty hard to find the right place to go at Ekkamai and the bus drivers all sent me a thousand different ways, in the end I made it but they also had difficulties with my 12Go e-Ticket.

Good experience. Coach and boat were on time. Good connections. The speedboat is a bit choppy, so if you suffer from sea sickness or are nervous on boats, take the ferry instead.

Perfect, just as scheduled. We love this company and uses it a few times before.

Our trip was scheduled at 2pm (from Nuanthip Pier to Ekkamai) but when our minibus arrived on time, they informed us that they had made a mistake and they didn't have a seat for us (4people). We were politely told that the only option was to take the next minubus but it would take us to Mochit instead ok Ekkamai which sucked as couple of us actually lived in Ekkamai. The next bus did arrived at around 2:30 and then the 4 of us were (scattered) seated on 4 empty seats within the minibus. I unfortunately got the front seat beside the driver and it was a scary experience from that point of view. Both the drivers were constantly on their phone (texting and on call) and it was quite a ride back home.

On time, and well arranged, a quick toilet stop just before arrival at the pier, easy to get on the bus and speed boat. Left at 8.30 am and arrived at noon in Ko Samet.

There are serious issues here. First, the access to/from the boat is terrible, i.e. very dangerous. 2 shaky planks to cross at Ban Phe for any passengers with luggage is a challenge. 2 guys help a bit from the boat but they might not avoid a fall… At the arrival in Nadan, it is not much safer to disembark but there are stone steps. A much better safety system for embarking/disembarking is badly required. Maybe a visit to developed countries to see how they handle the embarking/disembarking safety issue would be useful. Maybe also the heavy luggage should be checked-in separately, like for planes… Second, the boat itself looks and sounds old (I have seen the same kind of boats for many years). In this case, the engine stopped after 20 min at sea with no information given on board… Hopefully, it lasted a few minutes and nobody panicked… Not a word was said from the beginning to the end. Maybe bots could do the job…
